The 13 Best Rooftop Bars & Restaurants In Atlanta

"This rooftop sits above the Reverb by Hard Rock hotel, just across the street from Mercedes-Benz arena. The sleek, minimal decor of the patio area encourages cocktail-drinkers to hang out, especially before an event at the Benz and soak up the views of the surrounding, buzzy downtown area. They keep the menu minimal too with drink options like lime vodka sodas and classic margaritas while most of the bar bites like wings and guac are overpriced and underwhelming. But despite the menu woes, it’s hard to deny that this rooftop is a sceney spot to catch live music or a sunset photo shoot to flex on all your exes." - juli horsford

Toast to International Chardonnay Day at These Spots Around Atlanta | Eater

"Pro-tip: you don’t have to stay at this hotel to enjoy the RT60 rooftop bar and its skyline views. Locals drop in impromptu for the live music and unparalleled view of the stadium next door. And best of all, they’re pouring Harken Chardonnay at the rooftop and downstairs at Constant Grind, the open-late coffee bar. AT RT60, get into a sharing spirit with their XL tater tots with a trio of sauces, cherry-smoked wings sauced tableside, and giant pretzels alongside a bottle of Harken. Meanwhile, at Constant Grind, you’ll want to check out their mandarin chicken bowls, salads, or wraps, made with blood oranges, toasted almonds, spicy Korean chili paste, and sesame Thai vinaigrette." - Su-Jit Lin

As soon as you walk in the hotel it’s a vibe. Clean, music playing, people sitting at the bar. It’s a very high tech hotel. The showers are nice and spacious and the entire hotel smells amazing!. You have a great view of the stadium. The only issue I had was wen I walked in the hotel I didn’t know where to go. I was walking around lost and no one assisted me. I figured things out on my own.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel, our room had a fantastic view of the Mercedes-Benz stadium. When you first walk in, there is a huge bar next to check-in. A nice safety feature was the fact that you had to have your key to choose your room floor in the elevator. Every floor has ice, water, tea and sugar available in a small amenity section. I had a room with two queen size beds that had lighting underneath. I’m guessing so you can see at night if you need to get up. We had a speaker with music that took a minute to figure out how to turn off when we checked in. Coffee maker was a Lavazza and it made some strong coffee for a little pod, which was quite good with my added creamer which I recommend you bring.

Google
Hotel is right across from the Mercedes Benz arena. Pros:Staff was great. Room was clean. If you drink they have 2 bars. Self parking in their parking garage. ($35 a night). We got a window view of the city and MBA so it was nice (only downside was you can hear all the traffic). Hot water was great. Soap, shampoo and all the things in our room we needed. Cons: Fridge didn’t work in the room. You get 2 pillows per bed which go pretty flat fast. No pool, which was a huge disappointment. Overall I would stay again if going to a show at the MBA or the State Farm arena.

Google
Great place! I stayed there because I needed an overnight stay before leaving to get home to Florida. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the Mercedes Benz stadium. I had dinner and drinks at the on-site bar. The veggie Mediterranean wrap was delicious!!! The only issue I had was when I turned on the hair dryer, it turned the bathroom lights out for a minute or so. Otherwise, I had a great stay, and the service was polite!! Thank you!!

My girlfriend and I were in town for a family graduation. We were very blessed to stay at REVERB Atlanta. This is one of the nicest and coolest hotels We've ever stayed at! Rooms: 5 stars out of 5. The rooms are all super modern and smart. They have ALEXA in the rooms! We were able to control room lighting and music! The rooms are very clean and pleasing to look at. Service: 5 stars out of 5. The appearance, attitude, and work ethic of the REVERB staff is unparalleled. They were all so helpful and friendly. We met a manager that helped us with some issues. Her name was Keshawn Whitfield. In the lobby / Bar area Ree & Allan were so accommodating and nice. Great service! Location: 5 out of 5 stars. The location of REVERB is in a perfect location. It's literally in the middle of everything. The weekend we came was filled with graduations and concerts. Everything was close and convenient. Great! We were very pleased with our stay at REVERB and will return very soon. It was a great experience! SB

LP Gave excellent customer service with a welcoming smile. She was personable. The check-in was seamless and She insured that we were satisfied. The service and care of this hotel makes me want to come back sooner than later. Alan served us breakfast and was very professional and personable. Always amazing. We stayed here two years ago when I surprised my now fiancée with a trip to Atlanta. We are celebrating our 2 year anniversary 6/25 so we did a trip back to Atlanta. When I tell you the staff went above and beyond to make this anniversary trip special, I cannot say it enough. 1) they decorated the room with the Anniversary Package (highly recommend) 2) I asked if possible could they have us facing the stadium again, well not only did that I’m pretty sure they put us in the same exact room. When you come to Atlanta STAY HERE!!!

Google
It was certainly not a bad stay. There could be signs to help direct you. After about 2 minutes of looking around and trying to figure things out someone noticed and immediately directed us to check-in. Don't get me wrong, I am one to find someone and ask for help. I just prefer to try to figure things out on my own first. For the rooms- They are spacious. I can't stand sliding doors. So the bathroom was private but not enough for me because the door would slide open a bit periodically while I was in there. It would have been nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room so I could keep food in there. I took a bus to Atlanta and this was my first time. I was forced to eat at the restaurant because I didn't know where anything was around me and nothing was in fast walking distance that I could get to in time since I had an engagement. If you're in your 20s or not thinking practicality, then this place is perfect. Our body wash dispenser was completely empty. For the price of the hotel, you'd think their staff is on stuff like that. But, the beds were comfy and I loved the concept of game rooms/areas. The restaurant has amazing food but was way too pricey. I wished I had done more research into food options for the hotel/area but I didn't think anything of it. I've been to cities and there is almost always a store or affordable restaurant near by but here, there wasn't. Nearby I mean, let me walk to the end of the block and see something. When I left this morning to walk to the bus station, I do not recall seeing anything except one restaurant and that was it. Perhaps, with more time and my own transportation this might be different but being on a tight schedule and having to walk everywhere and this being my first time, it lacked. The great thing about the location was how close it was to the stadium and arena.

Yelp
The hotel is a really nice hotel. It has a lot of paraphernalia laying around, a really nice bar situation on the first floor, and little huddle room type environments as well. They have all the things that you would expect in a hard rock and it's decorated very nice. The bar on the first floor is right when you walk in the door. There's a little lounge area as well. They have kind of indoor and outdoor seating so if the weather is nice you can hang out outside and get some air. The bar has food so you don't have to worry about only being forced to drink, it may be a little expensive, but it's something to make sure you can coat your stomach. Parking, it depends on the day or the night. There could be lot parking across the street, depends on if they need that. They also have valet and a structure, but if you go past there, you can park on the street. It's just a little walk to get to the hotel on the next block. The reason that I go is RT60 ... Which is on the roof. This is a rooftop bar that has a really nice view of the city. Most of the view is going to be Mercedes-Benz, but it's still a very good vibe on a really good night. There's indoor and outdoor, and they have food for you. Just the same as they do on the first floor. They have heating lamps if you need the heat depending on what time of year it is. The times that I've been there they do have a DJ and even on a weekday you could still get a DJA or something along those lines so there is a good vibe with that as well. They also have TVs so if you want to catch a game, it might be on the screen so you may be okay in that regard as well. Overall, this is a pretty good spot. The prices may be a little higher than what you would like, but the view is definitely something to respect. Wings from there, 12 of them, were somewhere around $25. Last time I went I got hot honey, they were okay. I wouldn't pay $24 for them, outside of this, but I needed something and it hit the spot. So as long as you're aware of the prices of food, keep that in mind. Drink prices are probably standard. I bought a couple of drinks and it was about $14 a pop. So just keep that in mind but still a good spot. I've been here quite a few times and I do enjoy the venue. It's a good stop off and it's in a good area. They're actually building a food hall right next door so it's going to even be more traffic. There's a really good cigar bar called fellaship right down the street in walking distance. So I've spent a few nights here bouncing from one to the other. In any event, if you need to suggestion for a good view, this is it.

Yelp
The hotel is located directly across the street from Mercedes Benz Stadium and I had a perfect view from my hotel room. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights over Thanksgiving the service from everyone, even during the holiday, was excellent! Pros: -The hotel and room were clean and smelled good without being overpowering -The staff was friendly -Location: Close to AUC, Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, and everything near Centennial Olympic Park Cons: -I wish there was a clock in the room -They need electrical outlets on/near the bed's headrest -There is no sanitation equipment (spray, wipes, etc) in the fitness center In between (depends on preference): -No in-room microwave; each floor has a centrally-located "amenity closet" -No business center but there is a coworking space that can be reserved by calling their sales dept -Overnight parking (non-valet) is $38/nt -The rooms have an Alexa device Unfortunately, the rooftop lounge was closed and I didn't try the bar in the lobby or breakfast (there is a WH nearby) while I was here. I would stay at this hotel again!

Yelp
Cool themed hotel , love the vibe here. It's giving content creation / music lovers haven. Pros: cool vibe, roof top events, not far of a drive to major attractions Cons: price, parking is expensive, there is not a lot to walk to , a lot of the amenities seemed faulty, food is basic Best bartender ever Ebony! Give her a raise!! Not only did the make the stay work it, she made great drinks , she gave dinner and entertainment recommendations.

Yelp
Great location for anyone going to Mercedes Benz Stadium or State Farm. A lot of events happen often so be aware of traffic. A marathon was in place when we were checking out and it took us 40 min to get to the 75 due to blocked roads. The room and staff were good. One faucet didn't work (cold water) on sink and one of the usb charger ports also was broken. But to me it wasn't a big deal.. Parking was simple and seemed safe in the garage. You can go to the bar in the morning and buy an espresso or coffee. They also have a free coffee station with cream and sugar. Check in was a long line if you arrive at 3. No closet in room, just a rack to hang up clothing.

Yelp
Had a great time with friends on the rooftop lounge. Dj was on point Saturday night. We sang our hearts out. Looking forward to going back.

Yelp
We came here after a preseason Falcons game. RT60 is the spot to be after and concert, football, soccer, or basketball game! On a clear night you can see all the way into downtown. The DJ is spinning great tracks and shouting out ATL rappers. Everyone is dancing and the drinks are flowing. Bars have standard beers, some ATL breweries, shots on draft and will make well cocktails. Come for a party after a night at the Benz or State Farm if you aren't ready to end the night early.

Yelp
The hotel is pretty nice! It has meeting and personal rooms for use by guests. You have access to Alexa in the room. A paid parking garage is available. They also have a place to eat at and a small convenience kiosk. However, my room had run out of conditioner and body wash. Housekeeping did come clean and tidy the room at least once, but didn't check on the toiletries. Overall, it is a good place to stay at to be close to the Mercedes Benz stadium, State Farm Arena, Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Park, and other local attractions.
google avatar

Darren N.

Yelp
I didn't stay here but attended a party at their rooftop lounge. They had a live dj and solid bartenders. They don't take cash so have your card ready. They have their own parking garage and I paid $40 for valet. Reg parking was $20. They also had a live dj in the lobby with a full bar. Great place to spot by if you are looking for a Low key place to grab a drink with your fiends.

Yelp
perfect for a solocation, couples trip, girls staycation Highlights of the hotel: - Top tier customer service - 2 bars and restaurants (one rooftop) - Alexa technology in room - Modern and aesthetically pleasing - Self check-in - Podcast and content creating studios - Convenient parking - Located across the street from the Mercedes Benz Stadium and near the State Farm arena - 24 hour grab and go snacks

Yelp
I came to Reverb in Atlanta specifically to be in walking distance from the Mercedes-Benz Stadium for a concert. It's the perfect setup for a concert and a really fun hotel if you are into music! Check in was pretty seemless. Downstairs they have a bar with an indoor-outdoor set up. At the time of my stay, they had a live band and large crowd in preparation for the concert. The room was nice with a modern aesthetic; they had an Alexa in the room. The beds were comfortable and the perimeter under the bed lights up when your feet hit the ground. They have a rooftop bar that is PHENOMENAL! I absolutely adored the staff! We had several pre-concert drinks and came back and celebrated the after party there! Definitely check it out if you are in or visiting Atlanta!

Yelp
Hard Rock has lost me as a customer forever. What a horrible customer service experience. No apologies for losing my reservation or attempting to help solve their problem. What a shame. Low staffing and even lower customer service training.

Yelp
I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and it was good... But this is a food & bar review for the downstairs bar & rooftop. My friend and I wanted a quick bite before heading out on the town so we ate at the downstairs bar. The menu is somewhat limited but we settled on the spicy chicken salad and the veggie pizza. The salad was similar to something I would create at chipotle but almost double the price. I recommend getting the dressing on the side, because mine was soggy and over saturated. My friend said the pizza was filling but average at best. Please note that they have a policy where once you order, you have to pay immediately. So know that it's not like a traditional bar/restaurant with a tab at the end. Overall this is a place to dine purely for convenience. The food is Meh. I do want to note that the staff and service are great and the rooftop bar has an awesome view and great vibe. Adding a star for the staff & atmosphere at the downstairs & upstairs bars! If you come on the weekend, be prepared for fire music from the DJs at the upstairs and downstairs bars.

Yelp
I'm not sure what you're doing with your staff, but, you're doing it correctly..everyone I've come into contact with has felt like a warm hug. I was not able to be with my family for the holidays (thanksgiving). I felt like I was among family while I stayed here. From directions to the gas station to recommendations on sports bars, this staff is on point. You will notice I do not post on here. I've not had a reason to. I broke this rule to shout out some really good hospitality people. Angela, Josh, and 3-4 others I came into contact with. Thank you. You made my Thanksgiving feel like I was with my own family. Please celebrate your employees, Reverb. This location is doing it right. It was not busy at the hotel, but there was not a moment where staff did not attend to any questions I had, no matter how small. Thank you, Reverb, Atlanta. You made my holiday bright. - Joshua

Yelp
My friends and I visited the rooftop last weekend and had a great time. The views are amazing and the vibes make it even better. The dj played great music mixing current popular songs and some from the early 2000s. The drinks we had were good and we will definitely be back!
google avatar

Tammy R.

Yelp
The staff treated us great. The room was incredible. The environment is very upbeat. It was central to everything that we wanted to see. We had a handicap room for someone with me and it was very easy for her to get around. Two thumbs up!
google avatar

Monique' M.

Yelp
Visited the bar in the lobby, had some tater tots (yum) and then went up to RT60. The lobby offers a lot of seating options with different vibes in each space. The music in the lobby was 90s R&B, which always prime for a good time. On the rooftop, the DJ was spinning a mix of R&B and Hip-hop, current and early 2000s. There is a lot of seating and food is served there. Great option for a more chilled evening. Try to rideshare or find street parking. The parking deck was charging $30 and there wasn't even an event that evening.

It was an amazing location and would highly recommend the location if your ever in Atlanta and going to the Mercedes Benz stadium this place is a must stay!!!#Atlanta united International

Yelp
TL;DR -- This hotel was designed by people who either have never stayed in a hotel, or who know how terrible it is and enjoy making guests dissatisfied and annoyed. Negatives: You cannot turn off the motion sensing lights under the bed -- I asked the front desk. The little reading lights on the headboard don't work, again, according to the front desk. No spare roll of toilet paper. There is no refrigerator, just a cooler to keep things at the temperature you put them in... and it's a small space... so much for storing leftovers and drinks at the same time. No microwave in the room, so use the one down the hall. Ice machine doesn't work. The sparkling/still/flavored water dispenser in the amenity closet doesn't work. The beds are HARD. The pillows are mushy. There was a layer of dust on the joint headboard; when the A/C kicked on some was blown onto the sheets, totally disgusting, see photos. The bathroom door slides, but does not close completely, and will then slide back fully open without your help. I could see feet walking by under my room door so I put a pillow there to prevent strangers being able to look into my room. No nightstand, so I used the ottoman they'd intended to be a desk chair (no actual chairs, just a sofa you can't move). They had a little cafe table but it was heavy and made of metal so I could not move it anywhere. Coffee pod machine doesn't work. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are not in single-serve containers but in refillable bottles in the shower (no tub). I didn't dare to use these in case some weirdo contaminated them. While my colleagues and I were waiting in the lobby for our shuttle, we were asked to either stand outside or sit in a little room where we wouldn't have been able to see our ride arrive -- they were shooting a commercial with a wide lens and current guests would mess it up. Finally, as a crowning insult, I was traveling for business and the company made my reservation, but the hotel charged my credit card upon check-out. Positives: The charging pad was thoughtful. I appreciated the makeup remover wipe. The elevator only works if you have a key card, which makes me feel safer. The hotel is quiet even though it is trying for a party vibe.

Yelp
Came into town for work conference my coworker and I enjoyed our stay here. Hotel is very modern, easy check in and check out; they accommodated our rooms to be same floor we stayed a total of 5 days, they held our bags on checkout day so we could explore the city. Very friendly staff, their roof top bar was great with live music drinks were amazing.
google avatar

Yelp
The staff wasn't uber friendly, maybe over worked from the game downstairs. However, the rooftop was nice and the emcee did a great job. I would go back.
google avatar

Cara E.

Yelp
Let me start by saying that I haven't actually stayed here. I visited the hotel's rooftop bar - RT60 - which doesn't have a Yelp page. If you're not staying at the hotel, *the* reason to visit RT60 is to experience their killer view of the Mercedes Benz Stadium and downtown Atlanta. Especially at sunset! Their drink menu offers beer, wine, and cocktails for $9-$14. They have a pretty small food menu with some snacks for $13-25. Unless there's a game happening at the Benz, there is really nothing else going on around the hotel. They only offer valet parking for $20. We were not able to self park. I probably won't return, but I am glad that I went once!

Yelp
Reverb is Sexy hotel! I was in town from Washington, D.C. and attended the Soulful Sunday for the Rhythm on the rooftop. It's right across from the amazing Mercedes Benz stadium. Y'all from From the lobby level to the rooftop , everything was chic and modern. For the event, I loved the energy and crowd ! The dj was great and the musicians were great. It was good to see so many beautiful brown folks having a good time and honoring their HBCU's. I took off a star because we couldn't smoke our cigars on the rooftop?!!
google avatar

Chloe B.

Yelp
The Day Party was what it was and as expected, however the food and drinks were exaggeratedly overpriced and subpar. One of my girls ordered the shrimp eggrolls for $18 and they literally were six medium sized shrimp individually wrapped in wonton paper with sauce on the side. I purchased a personal size charcuterie and the pretzel was hard as a brick, plus with my Tito's and pineapple juice it came to $50!!!! They obviously add the gratuity but you only see the total but the tip line. The James Room is worth that....not here.

Yelp
What a cool spot to hang or stay! I checked out this hotel recently when an associate was in town and I'm a new fan. Located just up the street from the Mercedes Benz stadium, this hotel is a great place to stay, play and enjoy a nice downtown vibe in the A. Your first view of the exterior of the hotel includes a large half circle driveway along with an extensive garage where the friendly valet will park your car if you're visiting the hotel. Can't remember the pricing but don't remember it being insane, and valet seemed to be mandatory so heads up! What always stands out about Hard Rock's line of businesses is the decor. They have created their brand and stick with it, through and through. And it's shown in the musical influences displayed all over this beautiful, industrial-style hotel. Complete with fun LED lighting all over, there are also cool touches such as meeting rooms in the lobby that are designed like music studios/booths. And, you couldn't miss the bar downstairs if you tried! It's the first thing you see when you enter and there's tons of great seating all over. The bartenders are awesome! Now, although I didn't stay as a guest (heard that it's worth the stay though!), I did get to check out RT60, Reverb's rooftop bar and WOW. A nice, intimate spot for a nightcap, you'll be pleasantly surprised if you walk out onto their large terrace complete with heaters, seating and an insane view of the Mercedes Benz stadium. Paired up with good company and a stiff drink, it's totally worth a visit!

Yelp
I visited Reverb after a 1:00 Falcons game on a Sunday. Of course they lost. What do you mean? However, the part still goes on. I arrived with small group and found 2 seats at the bar. The decor is modern & hip & the DJ was rockin! I can't remember the bar tender's name, but she was pouring heavy, which is why the day was a blur. After the manager came to take everyone's seat at the bar, yes, the actual chair I was sitting in, we closed our tab & went upstairs to the rooftop bar. This place is a whole vibe!! The DJ upstairs was not the same DJ downstairs but he was equally as good. All ATL hits baby! I danced all day. Judging from the crowd, you would have thought it was 1:00 a.m. People were standing around talking, dancing, drinking & having a good time. I can't tell you anything about the food or parking situation. Figure it out when you get here. Just get here!!!

Yelp
Stayed here for just one day for a work trip and it was absolutely delightful the staff was great and very accommodating would definitely go back!

Yelp
Interesting concept. You check your self in, program your door keys, find amenities in a centrally located area on each floor. Our room was nice, but the safe was locked, and the body wash pump was broken. We reported these the day of check in and well, nothing was fixed by check out. We selected this location for convenience to the MB stadium which was just next door. There are many other hotels within walking distance so we may try one of those on next trip. Great bartenders in lobby, we didn't go to the rooftop.
google avatar

Rae J.

Yelp
We haven't stayed in the hotel but we love the rooftop! There's usually live music, and gorgeous views of the city. I like that there's an inside and outside portion, and the bar has food and drinks available. Plus valet parking which is a win downtown!
google avatar

Maria M.

Yelp
Negative stars!! No customer service! Had a problem with the AC blowing like a storm, tried calling several times from the phone in the room and they never once answered! Went downstairs to ask for engineering to come fix it, after 2 hours and 2 trips downstairs to complain, he came. He couldn't fix it, told me the front desk girls said they were sold out but had a few cancelations (which meant empty rooms), but still wouldn't change my room, I packed my stuff and left in the middle of the night to another hotel. Tried calling for days to get a hold of a manager, of course no answer. Finally was able to leave a voicemail and here I am, 2 weeks later and no call back.

Yelp
Reverb by Hard Rock was the best hotel experience that I have ever had. It was a whole vibe from the lobby to the rooftop and everything in between. The aesthetic and ambiance exemplified the iconic Hard Rock culture. This entire space felt like a welcoming hub for music lovers. I was in awe of the open floor layout; outdoor seating; courteous, energetic staff (Anthony was spectacular!), self check-in process; bar; co-working space; music booth equipped with a guitar; amenities areas including multi-flavored water dispenser; my smart room including Alexa; rooftop bar and view. My quick getaway from the Big Apple to Georgia Peach has spoiled me rotten. How could I ever go back to the boring hotel brands? Whenever I return to downtown Atlanta, this will be the place to stay because it's cool and close to good food and entertainment.

Yelp
Very nice hotel. Cute & very clean. Parking is about $35 a day. The hotel food is not very good, early check in is $75 & no room service. Also, you may hear a few gunshots at night. Lol

Yelp
I rarely write negative reviews, but this is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had in a long time, and would absolutely not recommend this hotel or ever stay here after our experience today. We made reservations EIGHT months ago for 4 rooms to stay here for the Crisp Summit back in Match for November, and had high expectations, since Crisp recommend it as a partner conference hotel. We checked in online two days in advance, so they knew we were coming. We had "guaranteed" check in for 3 pm for 4 rooms. However, when we showed up at 10:30 pm after a long flight, it was a total nightmare. Only one of the four rooms was available; they claimed to have HVAC issues with some rooms, and asked us to please wait while they sorted it out. I had booked a guaranteed King high floor, but the only room they said they had left was a 2 Queen room, so I went up to check it out. It was very odd, and definitely not designed for business travelers. It had no desk, desk chair or desk lamp, just a counter and a "square" to sit on, It also had no closet, no dresser, drawers or shelf. Just a place to set your suitcase and a rack w/ some hangers. And this was for almost $300/night. Meanwhile, people who said they had just booked their room TODAY were allowed to check in. We thought we'd just have a drink at the bar while we waited, but no such luck - the bar at this Hard Rock was already closed, so just had to sit in the lobby. After waiting 1-1:2 HOURS, from 10:30 pm to midnight, they still didn't have rooms for the 4 of us, so we had no choice but to book rooms nearby at the Omni, where they treated us professionally and promptly checked us in. Would absolutely never book at this Hard Rock again, would not recommend them, and hope Crisp no longer does business with a hotel who treats its valued clients this way.

Yelp
My go-to hotel every time I'm in Atlanta. The staff amazing! They are always so helpful and accommodating. I've stayed here solo, we stay here as a company and also have booked celebrity influencers to stay here. They have cool work spaces for you to frequent, the rooms are super cool with great views and vibes and the rooftop is amazing. Can't wait to get back!

Yelp
What a view! I got the address a bit mixed up but I find the gps always scrambles in this area near the stadiums. So, I get to hotel. I don't like the $30 event parking fee. Sorta a money grab. I'd encourage those with a walking buddy to find street parking a few blocks away. I get inside, the lobby looks nice and trendy and the bartender greeted me and directed me to the rooftop event. It's a nice space it's indoor and outdoor options. And a very cool view of not only downtown, but beyond. I was here for a private event but I will say that the bartenders were very friendly and the food served buffet style was amazing and lots. I will be back. I see they have lobby bars that are also really nice.

Yelp
Came out here to grab a drink and enjoy the city and it was not bad. The drinks were a little pricey but the view was nice (and the weather was fantastic when we came). The DJ also had great energy though! We were a little surprised when someone came by to tell us that the rooftop were closing at 10 but the downstairs lobby and indoor bar was still open til 11

Yelp
This is a great spot to pre game before going into the big game at Mercedes Benz stadium. They have a large bar with a lot of seating and floor space on the ground level as well as a rooftop bar with spectacular views of downtown. The drink prices are a bit high but it's all about the real estate. If you don't want to haul down all your tailgating gear down the morning of the game, don't! Just tell your friends to meet you at the Reverb instead!

Yelp
It's extremely rare I give a hotel a 5-star but this hotel was extremely impressive! I picked this hotel because it's one of the newer hotels in the city. My significant other and I did a staycation for our anniversary and we weren't disappointed. The room was very clean at first sight (I always sanitize on my own regardless though), the staff was super welcoming and nice! It's located in such a great area, close to everything! It's right across the street from the Mercedes Benz Stadium! I would most definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Yelp
This is an interesting property. And I'm still wondering if the turquoise fender works with the amp in the small office? Is there an artist in residence program? The amenity closet idea does not work, but the gym is kind of perfect - there should be spin classes or yoga. There is no continental breakfast, but a genial and clean cafe in the middle of the lobby. The restaurant hours are inconsistent - come on Mr. Morton - You are a Chicago guy, consistency is key. This is an interesting place in a gentrifying part of town. Check it out....

Yelp
Front desk were warm and welcoming especially Kenya. Unfortunately, this hotel fails in the area of cleaning service. Left our hotel room early in the morning and requested cleaning service when we briefly noticed the room wasn't cleaned. Informed by Kenya at the front desk that it is a hotel policy to not clean rooms, but every other day. So, we asked for our room to be cleaned. Once we returned (in the evening), our room was not cleaned. See attached pictures. Disappointed in the lack of cleaning and the time it took to report this issue with management. This is not acceptable to return to a room with the same full trash cans and dirty linen.

Yelp
I had a chance to visit Reverb as I wanted to try a roof top location with a nice scenery. I tried the fried green tomatoes and hot honey wings and both were amazing! Thanks to Johnnie Singleton for the excellent service and good food.

Yelp
I was skeptical about booking here because of the mixed and mostly bad reviews on Yelp and Google. I had emailed to ask a question prior to my stay and no one bothered to respond. I ended up calling and that did not go well either, because the two women I spoke to on the phone seemed to be scatterbrained. However, despite the minor pre booking and pre check-in issues I enjoyed my stay here. Check-in was quick and easy. They have tablets for you to check yourself in, or you can ask for assistance. I booked a King room, but ended up with a Queen room, because I wanted to check-in five hours early and that was all that was available when I arrived. It was really modern, super spacious and clean. A major pro was that I was able to check-in early as mentioned and got put on a higher floor with a cool view at no extra charge. My only major issue was that on Sunday, there was a line to get on the elevator to go up to my room, because of the people trying to get to RT60, the rooftop bar. The reviews are correct about the elevator wait. Guests staying at the hotel should have priority to get on the elevator over people just visiting the rooftop. This is a great location being that it is walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Stadium and other major attractions. The rooftop is a vibe and makes for picture perfect scenery when it's empty. The Body Rock gym also has a nice view as well and everything you need to get a decent workout in while on the go. The conference room/co-working space has a cool aesthetic and nice view also. , The customer service here is hit or miss. The reviews are correct about that. The only people that displayed good customer service were Deyxon, Kenya, Chanel, Donnie, the Asian guy at Constant Grind who I believe is named Kim, a hispanic lady that was housekeeping on Sunday around 3:00ish, and the light skin woman with a bun that was working check-in area around 5:00ish on Sunday. There is one woman in particular with brownish hair, that I believe is hispanic, who I encountered two days in a row that looked me dead in the face several times within that time frame ... and said not a single word. She's bad for business. Overall, I recommend and look forward to staying here again.

Yelp
This hotel is terrible! I had a booking for 15 minutes showed up to check in and instead of the $169 I paid through Hotwire, the hotel tried to charge an additional $150 non refundable pet fee and $38 parking making it close to $350! Then I was denied a refund no questions asked even though it was only booked 15 minutes before arriving!! It's not like I held the date for weeks then tried to cancel. I would never recommend this hotel! The experience couldn't have been worse. Don't waste your time. It's in the ghetto and hardly worth the $160 let alone a $350 night rate. Ridiculous!

Yelp
Cool vibe for a hotel. Accommodations are good; not great. Customer service from the staff on the 1st lobby is top notch. The rooftop terrace....nit so much. Views are great, DJ is amazing, bartenders should refrain from getting drunk themselves so they can actually do their jobs and let the patrons get drunk. #Sloppy

Yelp
I was in town for a conference and went to the rooftop with some colleagues on a Tuesday night. We were not guest of the hotel so our cover charge was $20 per person. Once inside, we grabbed some drinks at the bar and proceeded to sit at one of the tables. We were approached by a waitress who told us the tables required a $600 deposit. Note this was at 11pm and there was only 8 other people up there so it wasn't like there was a shortage of seats. We finished our drinks and left. This is not the Rio overlooking the Vegas strip....the view wasn't that great!

Yelp
I was hoping for a little splurge on business, I travel for work all the time and wanted to get my brain out of the cold and rainy November Detroit misery. Sadly this property was death by 1000 papercuts annoyance. The most egregious was the main reason I booked - baller rooftop patio. Amazing right? Really wanted to do some computer work and absorb some sunlight (forecast was 80 and sunny) yet the entire rooftop patio was closed for a private event. That was really garbage imo. Really unfair to the other guests who booked for that amenity and couldn't use it. Everything is card only, annoying if your budget strategy is to use the cash you have. More annoying when not only do they not accept US legal tender, but having to hear other guests have a thermonuclear meltdown about said policy and really really, let's just say bring the vibe down. People were PISSED. Worse - that due to "fraud" they also don't accept Venmo card, cashapp card, credit union cards, or anything other than a "Major recognizable bank". We're not talking about paying for the room, but a bag of chips or a can of soda. And where you were to use your holy major bank card? At a kiosk for $5 bag of chips. That...was broken. So then you had to wait in line for the very surly bar manager to ring you up for a chips and yogurt because kiosk was broken, and low and behold there's an 18% gratuity added to all bar transactions, so this sad bag of chips and yogurt got more fees for non existent service...and not even a spoon. Yep, I had dinner of chips and pouring yogurt down my gullet. Good times. The room lighting was super weird, trying too hard, controlled by Alexa, and since it was LED and on some mood lighting trip, it starved the LEDs for power and the bathroom mirror light just flashed and made me feel like i was going to have a seizure. The AC was so cold throughout the whole property, that even though I turned the heat up to 75, (I live in Detroit ffs I don't need a sauna, I'm used to cold) as high as it would go, (it didn't ever warm up) I slept fully clothed in a leather jacket. It was gorgeous and 70 something out, no idea why the whole place was an icebox. The "seasoned" tots at the bar have exactly no seasoning, which was a metaphor for the whole place. Only bright spot was Donny at check in who was an absolute angel and really friendly. I didn't whine about any of this to him. He did everything right.

Yelp
This is a hotel that doesn't think it is a hotel. After how expensive it was, they go and host clubs at night with speakers that you can hear several blocks away. They charge ridiculous fees for everything, $60 for 2 sandwiches is actually insane especially after how expensive the rooms were. When you have a hotel that has speakers designed for stadiums on the bottom floor, and who allow guests to come in from anywhere, that is no longer a hotel, that is a club. They shouldn't bother hosting rooms if they're not going to let anyone sleep. I've never once felt the need to write a yelp review. I made my account purely because of how awful this place is. If you're looking for a club I'm sure it's great, but if that's the case, they shouldn't include "hotel" services at all.

Yelp
The Reverb Hotel is superb in my book; a step above modern and yet very chic. Open lobby area that's spacious for sitting and dining, and includes an outdoor seating area. There's also a meet/conference rooms and a room exclusive for talk radio; all this on the main floor. There's a bar on the roof top that I didn't get to explore, only because my time was consumed by the WTAL Homecoming Finale, which didn't disappoint! But back to the review and as for my room - very clean and welcoming with a sense of contemporary style; all I needed was a vase full of fresh flowers. Overall, there was no hurrying or hustling of staff running amuck in disorder, but rather polite, professional, and willing to assist whether coming or going. I'm giving you word, check out the Reverb.

Yelp
We got this hotel last minute for the drake concert, it was okay for the night. The location was great, the parking was interesting- you had to self park for 30 dollars that will be charged later to your room. The room was alright, nothing too out of the ordinary. We had a nice view of the Mercedes Benz stadium, wish the light in the bathroom was brighter. The rooms also come with a steamer instead of a iron and there is no closet, and the fridge was not working. Overall it's a great hotel for the location but if you prefer a luxury hotel I would not suggest this one.
