I came here for a mocktail. I love the ambiance of the place. It reminds of a really nice bar that I used to go to in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The bartender was friendly. It’s nice and quiet. Even outside as well. It’s a relaxing spot.

Revival is my FAVORITE bar/ speak easy spot in Lakeland, hands down. It’s such a vibe and has been a super cool and ahead of its time spot for many years now. It feels like a speakeasy inside, but it’s not quite as mysterious as most are. You enter in the front door after checking with the bouncer outside. The drinks here are gourmet, there’s no other way to say it. They have an extensive and unique list of options, but they can also make pretty much anything you ask for. The last time I was there I had a lavender blueberry moscow mule, of which I had asked the bartender if I could have a flavored mule and that was his suggestion. There’s a decent amount of seating here but the place gets pretty busy. The one thing I can knock them in is they have really slow service. The bartenders work so hard on each drink that even if there’s a few dozen people there it takes time to order and then get your drink. So that’s just something to be aware of but I promise it’s so worth the wait. Absolutely love this place!

This is a proper bar, best in the area, and one of the better ones in FL. Their happy hour prices are great at $6/$8 for great basic cocktails. Their menu has all basics covered, with an excellent choice of old fashioned variants, unique cocktails, and just ask if you need a specific cocktail, they most likely can make it. Their bartenders are all experienced and true professionals, and the setting definitely has the proper speakeasy vibe. Will definitely come back and recommend to anyone that enjoys a great drink.

I always enjoy the vibe at Revival. The music is great, with a decent volume so you can still carry on conversations without shouting. The drinks are excellent, some of which can be quite creative. My new favorite from this visit is the brandy Old Fashioned. The only downside is that the wait can be long. It seems that service is faster when you sit at the bar, as opposed to placing your order, then waiting at a table. But it's still one of my favorite spots for drinks in downtown Lakeland :)

This is one of my favorite bars in Lakeland. I always get the espresso martini, and it's one of the best I've had in Florida. The atmosphere, especially on the weekends, is super cozy yet lively. I hate going into bars that have lots of screens or reek of cigars, but this place is very dim and is decorated really lovely. It does get considerably loud on the weekends, but it's a bar, that's to be expected. They bring the drinks wherever you're sitting, and I never have any issues with the service being bad. I go almost every weekend, and it's a hit every time. My ideal night out in Lakeland always starts here! I can't speak for the other drinks cause I'm a creature of habit, but my friends have said they are very good as well. Prices are a little on the higher end, but the quality, atmosphere, and service all make it worth it. There's almost always a place to sit as well, as there's people coming in and out frequently throughout the night.

Chill atmosphere, Music is played at a comfortable level. Friendly mixologists, Delicious cocktails & Grove Roots beers. Food is not served here, but the drinks are great, which is why a gave five stars for the "food" :-)

Katie and Jorden were amazing! I highly recommend you come here if you’re looking for a date night or a girls night or even just a drink! Well worth the trip I’m so glad I came out!

We went in with high expectations of true craft cocktails. Their menu said, “pick your spirit, pick your flavor profile”. My wife was so excited as we had an excellent experience with this at another establishment. She picked vodka and savory; they served her a freaking Bloody Mary at 7:30 in the evening. Complete lack of vision and execution. Not wanting to make a scene, she wouldn’t let me send it back, but we definitely will not be returning. $12 for a generic Bloody Mary is completely unacceptable.

Always amazed by the mastery of skill and level of detail performed here at the Revival. The atmosphere is beautiful and people are great! Next time I'm in showing off this gem to friends I hope to remember to take a photo of my lovely cocktails and the relaxing upscale atmosphere. Thanks to the smarts behind the desk, the prices of drinks are NOT upscale and are fair. They have a kick a$$ happy hour too! To the owner: keep rocking it here in Lakeland!

I love Revival. End of discussion. I honestly think this is the most elegant, put together, and vibey bar in Lakeland. The drinks could be considered more on the expensive side, but they are handled with care and there is a variety to choose from. The mixologist's here are one of the best and I love that they take their time to care for their customers needs... I don't ever feel rushed when ordering or that I'm putting an extra weight on their shoulders when asking questions. I have been here multiple times and it never fails to disappoint me. I will say that it can get busy quick so you might have to wait before finding a table or a place to sit, but the wait is worth it!! I will definitely be going here more!

The ambiance is similar to a speak easy and there is a cool vibe. The bar area reminds me of an apothecary with bottles of liquor for "medicinal" purposes. Their drinks are creative and well made. The bartenders were helpful and eager to please.

Super classy, lots of varieties of old fashioneds. There are other options, if that's not your drink of choice, but I was sold on the old fashioned list. I got the Japanese old fashioned which was fun. My spouse got a bourbon old fashioned and it was phenomenal. Very interested in returning to try a couple more.

In addition to fun and interesting drinks, Revival's aesthetic is perf. I love the dim lights, book wall, greenery and overall low key chic vibe. Service was also very good. They have a TON of drinks to choose from and most of them are super interesting sounding, most of the drinks I sampled were really tasty. I wish we lived closer to Revival so it could be our weekend spot. We will definitely be back!

I stopped by Revival on a Saturday afternoon while visiting Lakeland. I am very happy I did as it was some of the best cocktails I have had in a long time. I visited on Saturday shortly after they opened. I had the bar to myself and the bartender was super friendly. I looked over their menu and decided to start with the rum old fashioned. I am not usually an old fashioned fan, but the drink she made me was incredible. The brown butter fat washed old fashioned really surprised me. It was outstanding. I sampled around the menu and had a few more great cocktails before I left. Everything was quite tasty. Overall, I really enjoyed my first visit to Revival. The drinks and service were top notch. Already looking forward to a return visit.

Each bartender makes a different drink, so if you're expecting the same cocktail every time this is not the place for that. But saying so, the vibe is awesome, the craft cocktail idea is great and I would come back again. The garnishes are beautiful and the atmosphere is definitely different and eclectic. We had fun trying a bunch of different cocktails!

Drinks and atmosphere was great! Happy hour pricing was even better. Only downside was having to wait in line at the bar to order and not having a server come to the table.

WOW! Revival absolutely blew my mind! Phenomenal cocktails and phenomenal conversation. Jordane was our bartender, and although she was quite busy with a full bar on a Saturday she still provided us with astounding hospitality and exceptional drinks. The bar itself is beautiful, and I could have easily spent the whole day here. I truly cannot recommend this place enough, and I look forward to coming here on my next visit to Lakeland.

Recently found Revival while walking around downtown Lakeland. What a great bar. The staff was great, the ambiance was perfect and the drinks were delicious. My only issue was the ordering drinks when the place got busy due to the line. But this is a small venue and that is to be expected. We will definitely be going back.

Revival belongs in Manhattan or Seattle, with on-trend decor, expertly mixed craft cocktails and an edgy, intimate vibe. Yet somehow, Polk county has the incredible fortune to host this inviting cocktail lounge. Do not miss this gem unless you are a teetotaler. ***HOLY SHITZU AWARD

My favorite place to meet up with my friends. Adult atmosphere and terrific drinks. Would love it if they had servers to take drink orders. Waiting in line to order drinks can be time consuming and frustrating at times. But I love the place so I still give it 5 stars!!

The cocktails are impressively good! I had a special drink, the "High Roller Old Fashioned" (named apparently for its $20 price. But being from New York, I have paid more for worse and been proud of it). It is a wagyu fatwashed bourbon with rosemary bitters. Basically a steakhouse in a crystal tumbler. It was full bodied, smooth and worth every penny. My wife had the Matcha On My Mind, which nailed the perfect balance of sweet and citrusy to compliment the nutty and earthy matcha. It was frothy deliciousness. Ordering was a little unusual. There was no table service offered the night I went. But unlike most bars, where everyone Travis Scott pushes to the front and competes for the bartenders' attention, patrons formed a (mostly) orderly line. It was crowded, so the process took about 30 minutes, but the reward at the end was well worth the wait.

My favorite cocktail bar in town! The atmosphere is upscale, with a vintage/speakeasy touch. They have a great selection of cocktails and my husband loves all of the options for old fashions. Great place for happy hour!

Josh and Alec were DELIGHTFUL! I started out with a Don Fulano Negroni and my husband had their house espresso martini. Both were balanced, beautifully executed, and delicious. Round two was a delightful riff on a Manhattan for my husband and a "brown, bitter, and stirred" cocktail for me since these boys were clearly creative and talented. We had planned to close out but we're tempted when at the mention of a cocktail that was reminiscent of a Big Mac. This gin Gibson with a saffron infused gin did not disappoint, and neither has out experience. We will return!

I love coming here. They have fantastic cocktails and the staff is very friendly. The ambience is so cozy. A great spot to come after dinner.

It took a while for us to actually be able to get in here, but once we did it was worth the wait!!! On the weekends, it is so crowded and you have to wait in line for a drink and there aren't many places to sit. I suggest going on a week day or Sunday around 3!! We had the most amazing bartender who was so friendly and even wanted to make us a custom drink based off of the things that we like. You tell them what you like, they will make you your next favorite drink! The decor, the seating , the bar, the ambiance , is all to die for. I have been searching for a cocktail bar for a long time and I am so happy I found this one and it's also so close to home. We had the high tea. Which is the most popular drink of choice. But then we got a customized drink from the amazing mixologist. This is seriously a craft! I was so mesmerized by the drinks he was making. They were delicious but also pretty! Can't wait to come back again!

Wasn't a big fan of their menu, the atmosphere was okay. Waited forever for a drink and didn't really enjoy them screaming at us the moment the clock hit closing. I mean screamed at us.

I love love love this spot. The drinks are always an adventure in imagination, creativity and taste. The lead bartender never ceases to amaze me with her recommendations. The music is always universal and something enjoyable for every genre. The atmosphere is beautiful and fun. I love all of the games they offer.

Cool concept. This would definitely be a go to spot if well executed. I wanted to take my wife here and stopped in to see what they're all about. The service just doesn't compare to those similar I've been to in Tampa or anywhere else. Tasteless humor and belittling by the bar tender and their friends if you interrupt a slow chill day for them. Not the crowd you'd expect in a place like this. I'd recommend if you're 21 and haven't experienced nicer places, give it a shot. I'd imagine the drinks are as good as the service, not worthwhile.

Clean, plenty of seating, plenty of available menus as well as digital menus, (drink menu is extensive), clear signage on where to order drinks if you decide not to sit at the bar. Decor is gorgeous. Bartenders extremely knowledgeable.

I was visiting from out of town and my local friends took me to this bar. Upon entry, I was impressed by the modern and somewhat eclectic interior, with a floor to ceiling bookcase, retro chairs, art, and a large chalk menu board. There is a large, handsome bar and a variety of different seating areas. The menu and pricing was fairly typical of a craft cocktail bar, also offering some unique renditions of traditional favorites like the duck fat old fashioned. Everyone in the group enjoyed their cocktails and the ambience is really relaxing and comfortable. If and when I have to return to Lakeland, I would definitely drop in here again.

This place is chill! So relaxing , good music and really interesting drinks. One of a kind. Came here on a Monday night and had a lot of people, good place to talk, and be with friends

Revivals is the best cocktail bar in Lakeland. Ore pandemic revival offered free charcuterie on Wednesday at happy hour. They may have started back up but I am unsure. The drinks are always mixed well by the very experienced bar tenders who are always willing to make a drink suggestion or find something you like. Sam had the Cmac and I had the Lavender and Lace Old Fashioned. The sotol was a nice Smokey touch to an old fashioned style drink. I recommend anyone who is in town and enjoys a hand craft drink to stop in.

The ambiance with the dark lighting and rustic look makes this place an amazing bar to go for a date night. The drinks are always great and the amount of bourbons/whiskies to choose from makes this my #1 bar in Lakeland.

I visited Revival with a friend. The atmosphere is incredible. They have truly captured the speak easy vibe. They have a large selection of drinks and whiskey. I settled with some red breast and Old Forester 1910. I will definitely be back!

I'm so glad I had the chance to visit this bar last night. When you walk in, you are greeted with a chill, calming environment. I ordered their Old Fashioned and Japan Stan. There is a happy hour drink menu before 7p, most drinks $5 - $10. And after there is their normal menu, about $10 -$14/ drink. The options are endless and on the menu there is even a bartender's choice. You pick your spirit and flavor profile, and they will make a drink. Loved it! The bartenders were fun to chat with and watch mix drinks, highly recommend for anyone wanting a great drink.

The ambiance is nice. Dimmed lights, trendy music beats, swanky seating. We were very hopeful. We love old fashions and couldn't wait to give this place a try. We tried the original old fashioned and the amaro old fashioned. While the bartenders were friendly, it took 30 minutes to get our drinks. When we finally got them, the original was watered down and the harsh smell of the amaro overpowered the subpar flavor.

Revival, I have been here many, many times since you've opened and failed to rate you. I am so sorry!! You are just what Lakeland needed. Your cocktails are made with care and scream quality. Your atmosphere has contributed to many deep, meaningful conversations. It's the perfect vibe for great convos and a tasty drink. Thank you to the wonderful bartender who made my friend and I a second drink tonight after we ordered the wrong thing, and thank you for continuing to be wonderful!

We came to Lakeland for a one night getaway and this bar did NOT disappoint! What an awesome place with a great speakeasy feel! You can have anything from a typical beer to a hand crafted cocktail that is unique but delicious! Seriously, they hit a home run and we were so pleasantly surprised! This is a must visit while here

Visited from out of town and liked the atmosphere but it was loud and dark. Asked for a simple drink of 2 ingredients and got passed to another bartender whom I explained the drink and somehow got the drink wrong twice and charged me $40 for bottom shelf liquor. I really don't understand how you can call yourself a bartender if you can't make a drink with 2 ingredients after the customer explains exactly how it's done. Worked in the industry and cannot wrap my head around it all. It ruined my night out. Will not revisit again. Should've gone to Lucky's or Molly McHughes instead.

The bar itself is beautiful. I can not express how in love I am with the bookshelves. I would love to add a wall like this in my house. My boyfriend and I have been to Revival a few times and always had a mediocre experience. Usually the place is packed and understaffed. I went this past weekend for a girls night out and the bartender Jeanie was unnecessarily rude and unpleasant. I ordered a "hummingbird" and was rudely informed that she did not know how to make it. I googled the recipe and when I tried to tell her she looked past me and brushed me off. So I just went with a glass of Rose. My girlfriends had a similar experience with her also. We each had one drink and went to another bar.

This is one of our favorite places to visit on spring break every year. The cocktails are made with love and care. The atmosphere is pleasant and the revival theme is fun. I recommend asking for the prodigal son cocktail. This drink is made with amaro, local cold brew coffee, plus ...

The drinks are fantastic. The ambiance is intimate and cozy. We loved playing a few Uno games and browsing the books. Our bartender was attentive and friendly.

This place is fantastic!!! Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon before seeing a show at the Lakeland Community Theater. It was empty when we arrived and we had a chance to chat with the amazing bartender who was really passionate about craft cocktails. Don't come here to order a rum and coke or a vodka tonic. Come here to order a unique drink that you probably won't find anywhere else in the area. They had a good amount of Mezcal drinks on the menu which I absolutely love. Excellent quality and very fair prices. Great dark bar with plenty of seating throughout as well as board games to entertain you. Fantastic rainy day find today and I will definitely return when I am back in downtown Lakeland!

Wow! Great selection, great staff, great drinks = magic! An amazing field trip-- called around midnight:30, they'll be open, cool. Find an Uber, not easy, but made it work. Walked in, solid bottles, amazing selection. Met people, good times, friendly crowd. Reading the menus and somewhat indecisive, one was suggested by other customers and then the bartender, it was epic -- creative, skillfully poured, tasted absolutely magical. Decided to go with the the two-page Old Fashioned menu (also, wow, that menu!)-- chai held my interest: great execution, great drink, amazing service. 2/2 at this point, "what do you recommend?" led to the amazing suggestion of a duck fat old fashioned -- omg, so good I want to buy the barrel. 3/3, and would not hesitate to visit again. I'll be back a few more times this week. Easy 5/5 by every measure -- a true gem in Lakeland!

This place is still great. Everywhere downtown was closed so we decided to stop in here for a drink. We would've had more than one but unfortunately they seemed understaffed. Only one bartender, though he was great, for 30+ customers. Keeping my rating a 5 despite their understaffing because the atmosphere and cost of drinks is still great. Really think they should have 2 bartenders in the evening though. I couldn't imagine being a bartender with 30+ people there and being the only employee. We waited probably 15 mins to get our check closed out because a group of 10 or so showed up at once. He did great though all things considering.

The drinks were delicious! Our bartender offered to custom make drinks, which were delicious. He put a twist on the Petal to the Metal and the Old Fashioned. Both were delicious. We loved the ambiance and the decor. Stumbled upon it while walking down the street. Definitely recommend.

Amazing bar. We came in on a Wednesday afternoon to feel like adults on our first kid free day in months. The atmosphere is perfect, relaxing and not stuffy. The bartender was phenomenal! Attentive and helpful. Those may have been the best cocktails we've ever had. And, the prices were great! We spent a few hours there. If we ever get a babysitter again, we will be back.

A great environment to get a drink. Drinks are good and especially affordable ($5-$8) during happy hour (1-7) Monday - thurs/fri? For the vibe and decor it feels much more expensive and upscale. If you go later at night, it can take a while to get your drink/find a seat.
