It’s hard finding good BBQ in the Seattle area that is also gluten free. I typically can only eat proteins if I go to BBQ restaurants, no sauces, few sides and absolutely no dessert. At Richard’s, I can order and try anything on the menu, even desserts. The items on the menu that we have tried include the brisket, chicken, Mac n cheese, potato salad, coleslaw, greens and peach crumble. All full of flavor and delicious. Can’t wait to try more!
