One of my favorite studios in Dallas! The workout is only 30 minutes but it’s tough and you will feel all your abs, glutes, arms muscles work! My favorite instructor here is Allison Thomas! Also a plus that you can park in the garage next to the studio!

Rise Nation is my favorite work out studio! It was the first studio I attended in person once the city opened after the pandemic and they made me feel very welcome + safe with their cleanliness. The front desk staff is always very welcoming and helpful to newcomers. The teachers know a lot of their regulars and make a point to great first time climbers. Seriously such a great work out--tones muscles I didn't know I had! Plus, it's only 30 minutes so great to get in, work hard, and go about life!!

Rise Nation classes are a lot of fun! The lights are turned down low and the instructors have energetic playlists. I had back surgery last year and it’s such an amazing workout for low impact. You’ll definitely sweat and be pushed to your limits and encouraged to go beyond them! Instructors are very helpful if it’s your first time and will show you how to operate the machine and also remind you to correct your form throughout class. Everyone in the studio is welcoming and friendly! It’s my favorite workout!

I loved working out at Rise Nation. It's become my favorite workout class. For 30 minutes I feel completely focused on working out. All of the instructors are so motivating and push me until the end. I definitely sweat it out and feel amazing when I leave. Recommend 100%!

Tried my first class today. I was a little nervous because I heard this was a tough workout. So glad I tried it! Love this class and the studio! Zeke and the other instructors took a lot of time to show me how to properly use the machines, were very welcoming, and super supportive overall. Everyone goes at a pace they are comfortable with and there's no pressure to "keep up with the class." Each person is going at their own pace and takes breaks as needed. I liked that it really does teach you to exercise with your entire body. I usually run or lift weight and I rely on my legs. You can't get away with that in a climb class. Your arms must be engaged for the machine to work. Lastly, great music but it wasn't too loud. Some places break the sound barrier. I appreciate that the music wasn't loud enough to make my head vibrate. Will definitely be back! 👍

One of the best workouts out there! I love the energy of the instructors, the playlists, the lights. If you are short on time or have a busy schedule, get into Rise Nation - at only 30 minutes long for Level I and II, you have no excuse! Love that we've found this studio, it's the best, sweaty 30-minute workout in Dallas!

Rise Nation is nothing short of amazing! It is the most effective and enjoyable 30 minute workout I have ever done! The instructors are energetic & motivating, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the studio is super clean. If you haven't tried it you are missing out and once you do you'll be hooked!

Rise Nation is my favorite place to workout! The classes pack so much energy and cardio into just 30 minutes. Plus-- the instructors are awesome! You can always count on a great atmosphere and a great workout. If you're afraid it will be too hard -- just give it a try! You can take breaks whenever you need them :)

When entering great people checking you in. If it's your first time it's going to be amazing. For first timer, they will give you a tour as well the machine you will be at. They will help and make sure it's your height and explain to you which does which. Which it does make sense during the class as well after your third class. Once your at your spot there are ppl there who are nice and if you need they will. The instructor goes over everything and make sure you are doing a great job in the class. There is any form for runner for incline as well. Definitely would go back again and work out!

My first visit to this studio, and I'm so sad I haven't been sooner! RN is a great full body workout, that engaged my core, arms and legs. As a typical cycling fan, I can honestly say that the level 2 class was challenging, engaging and super fun. Everyone in the studio was super friendly when you check in, and the vibes are out of this world! Everyone in the class is very casual, it's not the kind of place that you get stares or glares your first visit - which we love! I think the best thing about this workout was how personalized it was; I was able to set the tone and pace of my experience with guidance from the instructor. Sad news! This location is closing at the end of July! But don't fret, they have plans of reopening a new Dallas location soon after the closure of the McKinney Ave location.

Let's talk about mind/body connection workouts. If you are looking for a real challenge...and something that effectively targets all parts of your body in a wham bam thank you ma'am...wait for it...30 MINUTES...baby...you've got the right one here at Rise Nation! Park in the retail parking garage right next to the studio and arrive early if you are new. They have cubbies where you can put your things and the studio is nice and dark with flashing lights throughout the workout. I did the base climb this morning with Priscilla and she worked me all the way OUT with incredible music the entire climb! As a fellow instructor I appreciate another instructor who knows music! I literally was rocking out the entire time and it made the time FLY by when you really just wanted to stare at the clock because the workout is hard. However I found myself fighting through it and not wanting to give up and Priscilla gave us the push we needed with words of encouragement. I recommend bringing water and your own towel because these they do not provide. Definitely wishing they had towel service. But I LOVED it so much so I'm definitely signing up for another climb soon. If you are new to the versa climb I recommend doing the level one to get used to the equipment. I'm for sure already sore in my arms and all over. Thanks again Rise Nation and Class Pass for a fun filled fantastic climb morning!

I HATE CARDIO with a PASSION. If cardio was a person, I'd punch it in the face. I heard many good things about this place so I wanted to try it. After all, it's different and I like trying new stuff so I got the gut to do so last weekend. Took my (girl)friend with me because I didn't want to suffer alone. We signed up for LC's class-level 1 and he kicked our butts in a good way though. It was awkward at first due to the form but I got used to it after 5 mins. I also bought their super cute and overpriced crop top afterwards. The classes are expensive but worth it. You might run into celebrities here since I know Mark Cuban stops by sometimes.

If you're intimidated by the versaclimber like I was, don't be! In 30 minutes, you'll get a high intensity, challenging workout that'll have you burning the next day. The instructors are full of energy and really are your cheerleaders throughout the class. The machines are spaced out and the rooms have great lighting to put you in the mood. You climb to the beat so you'll definitely be hearing jams to pump you up! There's a parking garage and your first class is free!

New to town and instantly saw this new type of workout equipment popping up on my feed which intrigued me. Don't let them intimidate you! It looks scarier than it really is. Pricy membership, but that's Dallas for ya but thanks to ClassPass I was able to test it out! I braved a 530am class which was daring knowing I had no idea what I was truly getting myself into. The staff here is amazing! Warm and welcoming making sure you have all the knowledge needed prior to the start of the class. And if you're a few minutes late, no problem. They will give a quick demo for any newbies! 30'minutes only but the best workout! I was breathless within just 7 minutes of the workout. Get yourself on these stairs, PRONTO!

Best workout ever in 30 minutes! I tried Rise Nation through class pass, and now I am obsessed. It's one of the best studios in DFW, their classes will get you pumped and burning calories fast. Their machines are built to help you "climb" and they count your altitude as well. The instructors are amazing, they motivate the crowd and push everyone to the limit! If you have not tried it and you're open to trying new things, I recommend it!

I love this studio! The workout is so fun and I've actually seen results. I've had a rough couple of months because my mother passed away...so Rise has been a great outlet to get my mind off things. Not to mention, the people that work there make you feel so welcomed. The instructions are always so friendly and positive. I especially love AJ, Allison, Tyler and JD. They are incredible! They know your name and I feel like they genuinely care about you and are passionate about their job. The front desk is so professional, caring, and sweet. They always greet me with a smile and cheerful hello. The studio is extremely clean and nice! They provide deodorant, hair ties and Malin & Goetz shower products. They also provide nice fluffy shower towels and hand towels. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone!

Wanted to move today. Wanted to try something new. This was new to me. It was a welcoming atmosphere from just opening the door. I was shown around and to my station. Yes even though I was told how to use the machine- I told her I would leave it along. I was still unsure of what I was doing. She also told me that the instructor would tell us what to do. The instructor was cool. He said hello when people was walking in and ask if i was new to it. SO NEW- GREEN LOL. He had a lot of energy- and looked to be very good at it while I glanced up looking at the time. Hot mess. Sometimes new- makes you want it over quick. It was a great sweat. The workout keeps you moving. Arms, legs, core and your overall endurance will be worked. Everything will be ingaged. The mood is kinda like a spin class but just with a climber. The music comes on and the lights goes off. It was nothing but high energy and really easy to go with the beat. If you get lost- look at someone else. Of course on the 1st try you will not be perfect but sweat enough- it will make you feel like you were the bomb.com at it. Just move. There is a garage for parking or get a spot outside on the street if a space is open. P.S. calories and time are on the machine(2 things I notice)

Great experience! My brother goes here weekly so we couldn't wait to see what it's all about. BOY DID WE SWEAT?! The staff were very friendly and helped us get going. Loved the song choices, the energy and the vibes were right on! Now I see why my brother loves the place so much. Can't wait to visit again

Absolutely love this place. Best workout routine I have had in years. My whole body gets a workout in only 30 minutes. The staff is so friendly and the facility itself is super clean. The best part though is the instructors--I go to the Knox location. Super motivating and very good at what they do! I am addicted!

I love this workout studio. Took Level 2 class with Mercedes this am. She was GREAT today!

"If you like spin classes, you'll like rise nation." Not sure where I saw this, but it is true. The class itself is very similar to an indoor cycling studio, lots of intervals, sprints, resistance (less so at rise) along with loud (potentially deafening lol) music and club lighting. Oh those lights...out of all similar places including spin studios around DFW, I think rise and neon cycle in Plano have the BEST LIGHTING EVER!! Seriously, go check it out! Personally I find the classes challenging, but not harder than those traditional competition-based studio cycling classes (flywheel, equinox pursuit: the burn aka the hardest class ever...). Granted, I have yet to try any level 3 class or the mile high club. I've taken one level 1 class and a few level 2 classes, and think it's totally doable to jump to level 2 if you work out regularly and do some kind of cardio consistently. If you are new, I suggest booking a weekend classes so the coaches have more time to explain the machines/workouts and there are usually more newbies on weekends. I have a friend telling me that she went to a weekday workout, and the coach did not even ask if anyone was new... I've mostly taken Allison's classes because of the schedules. And if you like EDM, her classes are like raves - but better, since you are also burning calories. Seriously, who needs raves if you can rave AND work out at the same time??? I have sent a few people to Allison's classes, and they all love her. Her instructors are clear and she'll take time to greet you and get to know you. And how does she pack so much energy and personality into that tiny body?! Price-wise, rise is definitely on the higher end of those ridiculously priced boutique studio classes, especially if you want to buy their membership plans.

So, if you've never had a workout with a versa climber, you have to try it. The first time you'll be tired but will feel accomplished that you tried it. Overt time you'll get used to it and feel great about taking the class. I usually go to Tyler's classes and he's great. His classes are intense but it's so worth it which is why you're there. Also, If you got a chance you need to try the Climb classes which are level 2.

Me and my mom came here for the first time today. We wanted to try a different place to work out and we took the intro class. The famous last words "it's only 30 minutes how bad could it be" well that 30 min KICKED our bad. But we loved every minute of it. The vibe. The music it was all good! We will be back. My only regret was not purchasing more classes instead of buying one class for $24 I should have done $30 for three would have been better off.

Giving this three stars because the staff is great and the instructor was energetic but I have absolutely no idea what I just did. About three minutes in I knew I was in trouble. This might be user error, but my forearms hurt so bad. I felt like I was only using my arms to climb this mountain. For real could not grip the steering wheel on the way home. I wish there was more explanation by the instructor on proper form. This may be an awesome work out, but I was left completely befuddled.

Do you know what a Versaclimber is? I didn't until I discovered Rise Nation Dallas. The best way to describe a Versaclimber is if a stair climber and a treadmill had a baby; you'd get the Versaclimber. I wanted something new to throw into my workout routine and was referred to this studio. Something unique about any Rise Nation location is their LED lighting system inside of the climb room. The lights are not anything you have not seen before, it just adds another level of uniqueness to your workout (I think there is something about the colors that affects your overall mood...I don't know, but it is cool). I started with the level 1 class which is only 30 minutes, but you wished it was only 15 minutes when you first start out. This class will kick your ass in just 30 minutes. I have come out of each class drenched in sweat. There is also very little impact on your body. If you are like me who has had some lower back and shoulder pain in the past, you don't have to worry with this form of workout. If you can survive a few level 1 classes, work your way to the level 2 which is the same 30 minutes but the movements are a lot quicker and there is little to no "active" recovery period. They offer a level 3 EXTREME class several times a week which is 45-minutes and really is EXTREME. I can burn about 400-500 calories in a level 1, 500-600 in a level 2 and 600-800 in a level 3. Pros: Besides the intensity of these classes, Tyler and Mercedes are two of the reasons why I continue to go week after week. Both have their own style of teaching and their playlist get you moving. Tyler offers a no BS style of teaching which is what you need on some days and Mercedes is just cool (she is my spirit animal). You really need to check either one of them out. They both offer classes in all three levels. The facilities are clean, the front desk staff are friendly and if it is your first class, the staff make sure you understand the machine and movements before the class starts. The instructors also give you a very quick run down in the level 1 and 2 classes, it really eliminates that "new person in class and have no idea what-to-do feeling". When you are in a level 3 class, you just jump right into it. All the instructors are very friendly and approachable, offer a lot of theme nights which really gets you engaged with the staff and other climbers. Good balance of early morning and late night classes. Cons: The price is a little higher then what you'd expect to pay for a 30/45 minute class. They are on ClassPass and are reasonable amount of credits and a slight discount when purchased via the ClassPass app. Parking can be a little challenging. Studio is located on the lower level of an apartment complex with other business so if you are attending a class that is back-to-back, finding a parking spot can be a challenge. I have had to park across the street in the Crate and Barrel parking lot on two separate occasions. If you are like me...try and request a climber away from the speakers or bring earplugs...music can be a little loud sometimes. I know some people love that...but I have walked out of the room with ringing in my ears lasting for several hours later. When the room is full, it does get very hot. There are fans and A/C in the room, but when you have 40+ other people in the room, it can start feeling like a sauna (bring a big bottle of water, you will need every drop). Would give this studio and workout a 9/10.

Rise is INCREDIBLE...! Allison Thomas is my go-to instructor - she is motivating, generous with her praise, and incredibly helpful. Not to mention that you barely have time to consider the clock while she's teaching! The studio itself is extra-clean with all the amenities, and I look so forward to every time I get to take class!

Wow! Talk about a workout. This place is no joke! Don't let the 30 minutes fool you, this is a serious workout that will have you tires within the first 30 seconds. By the end I was literally drenched in sweat. I will most definitely be back! Great workout Tyler!

Great 30 minute workout to get your day started! This is my third class as a part of their introductory deal (3 classes for $30) and I brought a friend to attend with me. We both loved it and will be returning for another gals day out! Mercedes & Priscilla are great instructors and will help motivate you throughout the class.

Had a bad experience buying classes/gift card here for my sister's birthday, specifically in regards to the behavior of Kirsten and the owner Mark. I purchased three classes for my sister's birthday over the phone and was told by the employee who rang up the purchase that they would be loaded into her account on the day of her birthday. Well, her birthday came and went and no classes were ever loaded into her account so she called Rise Nation Dallas to ask about the classes. All Kristen needed to tell her was that there's a gift card available at the front desk for the cost of three classes and that my sister would be able to purchase them on her own using the card. Instead of saying that, Kristen acted like my sister was crazy, denied that I ever purchased classes for her, told her that it's "not even possible" to buy classes as a gift. She said all of this in a rude, loud, weirdly upset tone of voice and then hung up on my sister. Not even fifteen minutes later the owner Mark called my sister, NOT to clarify that there was a gift card for her at the desk instead of the preloaded classes I and my sister thought I had purchased, but instead to further chew out my sister for not knowing there was a gift card for her at the front desk. Keep in mind, the employee who rang up my purchase told me that the classes would be loaded into her account and they also never contacted my sister on her birthday or any day after to even tell her about the gift card. They were both so rude that now she feels uncomfortable going in to workout. I'm really unhappy with my sister's experience here. I wanted to get her a gift she'd like and instead she got treated badly by two different employees for not being a mind reader.

This class kicked my butt! Naturally, I started with the intro class. I have been searching for a workout that I can safely do given my physical issues (lumbar pain, herniated cervical disc, recent bilateral stress fractures of the feet), and this class delivered. It is relatively no impact, and you don't even realize how hard your muscles are working until you get off the versaclimber and can hardly walk. Going back for more tomorrow

Tyler is freaking awesome!!!! He pumped my class full of energy super early this morning. It's a great start to my day! You'll have energy for hours. I totally recommended checking out one of his classes. You won't be disappointed!

I love it! This workout is unlike anything I have ever experienced! You just get Lost! Lost in the Music, Lost in the Lights, Lost in the Atmosphere and then Lost in the Sweat! Get ready to Sweat & Burn Baby Burn some calories! So much fun! All in just 30 Minutes! I wish they had one in Nashville!

The most incredible workout ambience, combined with a very challenging and fun climb. You will find the origin and insertion of all your muscles! Something out of the ordinary!

I love this place! Everyone is so friendly and the environment is super fun. The class is an incredible workout and pushes me to my limits but it's a ton of fun and the time goes by so fast because it's so interactive and high energy. Highly recommend!

I really love Rise Nation! I always get a great workout, regardless of who is coaching. They are all fantastic! The studio is clean and cheerful, I am always warmly greeted upon arrival. My favorite thing about Rise Nation is getting a full-body, sweat-dripping workout in just 30 minutes!

I am a Rise Nation devotee in LA, and hit this spot while visiting a friend in Dallas. It did not disappoint! This workout is short but intense. Stick to it, and you'll see results quickly. I also have to thank the Dallas staff for being so warm, welcoming, friendly. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

I frickin' love this studio! So I lived in Dallas for almost a decade (right down the street from Rise Nation, actually). But unfortunately, I had to move for my significant other's new business before this awesome studio opened in the neighborhood. I came back to my old stomping grounds for a week to visit friends and head to a wedding, and Rise Nation was the best studio I visited while in the Big D. The atmosphere is INCREDIBLE, and Tyler was *by far* my favorite instructor! The only way I can describe Rise Nation is LIT af. It's only a 30 minute class, so don't be scared of it! If you enjoy running (or if you force yourself to run for cardio), this class is a great alternative when you don't want to hit the pavement. I'm not one to do cardio on workout machines (I prefer doing cardio outside), but Rise Nation was so awesome that I wouldn't think twice about skipping the outdoors for this workout! I LOVE IT. So much so that I'm trying to talk my significant other into us getting a VersaClimber for our own house.
