Simply amazing dinner. Both tasting menus well worth it. Staff was friendly, food delicious, presentation beautiful. Go before sunset so you can appreciate the view. We arrived after and weren’t able to see much. Drive to resort is a long dirt road so prepare. Would return again and again.

Wonderful experience! Impeccable service and there were no problems with accommodating a pescatarian diet. The wine pairings were lovely and each course was equally enjoyable. Thanks and well done!

I don’t typically leave reviews for restaurants. My wife and I came here for part of our honeymoon in May of 2024. It was pouring rain on our walk over from the villa we were staying at and I walked into the restaurant completely soaked. One of the staff members immediately took the shirt off their back and let me wear it so that I could eat comfortably. The staff also had my clothes dry cleaned and ready for me after our meal. The food was exquisite and well worth the price and the drinks were strong but delicious. This experience will stay with me for the rest of my life.

Like the good folks at Michelin I also give them 2 stars. But not for the food. First our servers gave our appetizer to the table next to us. Then came 8 courses of foam and smoke. Truly disappointed in the food, some of it looked pretty, but none of it tasted good. Crazy how long we were there. At 11:30 pm they forgot about our table. My wife used the restroom and they had no toilet paper or hand towels. $720 and 3.5 hrs dinner for two. It was an absolute marathon, my wife barely ate it was so bad. The 2 stars are for the view, very beautiful.

A gorgeous Borgo in the middle of Tuscanian Maremma. The place is incredible, in the middle of nowhere, with a magical view at 360°. The restaurant has a beautiful view of Montalcino, and the dishes are really good. The chef is really passionate and talented and offers traditional dishes as well as vegetarian options. The personnel is very nice and professional.

Such a great property and service! + amazing and beautiful property - + we got Predrinks at the bar upstairs before going to dinner in the restaurant downstairs. The servers knew everything about every. Drink and essentially gave us a history lesson in each drink. + amazing view from the table of the Tuscany countryside + service was second to none + food was amazing - we did the chefs tasting menu + / - very far to get to if you are not staying at the property (we were not) and drive to get there is very off road. While a bit inconvenient, as is true with anything in life, the best things are worth working for, and this is no exception - very expensive but worth it for us on that night (we went on our anniversary)

This is easily best tasting, most true to the region, and extraordinary flavors I’ve had while in Italy. This is a must do, worth traveling to experience. The chefs tasting menu is divine from top to bottom, the extras they include are exquisite - spend the $, take the drive, this one is worth it.
