Ristorante Corleone

We went out for an early celebration dinner at Ristorante Corleone. It was the best Italian food I have had period. The bread was perfectly toasted and the dip was delicious with a great punch of garlic. Our server Andrew was excellent and kind. He gave us space when my table couldn’t make their minds, didn’t rush us, and he made wonderful recommendations. I knew what I was getting from the reviews that was the Carbonara and boy did it not disappoint! They had it paired with the perfect noodle that soaked up the sauce, the sauce was silky, peppery, and the Guanciale di Norcia was super crispy, and plentiful. My wife got the boar ragu which was bursting with flavor, the pasta was cooked excellent, and meat was so tasty! My mom got the BRANZINO which was done as a fillet on the skin, it was perfectly cooked, and she got the croquettes which were out of this world, the veggies were tasty. My wife got the delicious affogato with gelato for dessert and my mom got the profiteroles which had the perfect dough and tasty filling. I took home a piece of the chocolate cake which was the only dish we all felt was lacking. The cake was dry, the filling was delicious, and the fudge icing was tough with such a dry cake. We would give them 10 stars if we could it was a perfect evening. We highly recommend getting a reservation and heading to this amazing place!

If you are searching for truly authentic Italian cuisine you have found your resting place. Family-founded and providing the traditional first-class chef and personable and amazing daughter server you will find a memorable evening of dining. Small dining area that still can seem cozy with mini table lighting seat about forty-five guests. All wait staff are friendly and helpful and bustling about checking and rechecking their tables. Portions are large with excellent presentation. Loving veal, two of us had Vitello alla Parmigiana and Costata alla Milanese - both memorable. Others were delighted with Calamari fritti, Paccheri alla Norcina, Carbonara, and Spaghetti alla vongole. The perfect ending was the Traditional Tiramisu. They complement meals with an extensive wine list.

This is a local gem! The food is authentic, service Is amazing, and the depths of flavor are on point! My husband and I came here for a date night and we had the mushroom risotto, wild boar Pappardelle, along with The limoncello cake, and tiramisu. Everything was delicious, and the staff was warm and friendly. A wonderful Mom and Pop vibe! You will not be disappointed

I met a friend I had not seen in weeks and Ristorante Corleone was the perfect spot for good food, good service and good conversation. We both ordered the Wild Boat Raghu that was delicious. Even ordered dessert which I rarely do. Overall a good dining experience.

La perfezione! 🍋🍝 Chef, grazie mille for an unforgettable dining experience! From the very first bite, it was clear that we were in the hands of a culinary genius. The funghi risotto? Silky, rich and cooked to perfection. As for the Cacciucco—mamma mia!—rich, tender, soulful flavor, and perfect with the pasta and that glorious extra dipping bread (a stroke of genius, truly). It was a sin!! And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, the lemon sorbet that sparkled with zesty sunshine, followed by a tiramisu so divine I’m convinced it was whipped up by angels. 😋Glorious!! A standing ovation to the chef and team! We’ll be dreaming of this meal for a bit! See you soon!

Dinner was fantastic! This quaint restaurant is a hidden jewel in Port St. Lucie! Our server was attentive, and the chef even came out to make sure we were satisfied with our meals. The desert was amazing! I had Chicken Parmesean, and my friend had Veal Marsala, which was delicious too! The lemon cello cake was so moist and decadent!

Amazing Italian restaurant in a tiny strip mall. From the minute you walk in, greeted and seated it was perfect. Super friendly professional wait staff. Nice menu options, and wine list. The bread started it off which was a crostini dusted with parmesan, excellent. Calamari appetizer with 2 sauces was the best we’ve had anywhere! Veal chop milanese looked too good to eat but was fantastic. Eggplant was described as super light and was also perfect. Mom had the chicken francese’ which was 2 large very tender cutlets with fettuccine. Also one of the best she’d ever had. A nice side salad was also enjoyed. Glass of Amarone, and a Chardonnay for the eggplant diner. Nice sized pour. Somehow we managed a tartufo and a spumoni dessert that were super sized and delicious. Both were top notch. Chef came out to say hi at some point. Since we follow him on Instagram it was quite special to meet him in person. Definitely a fantastic place to dine and MUST GO BACK. One of the best restaurant choices in a long time. Lucky Port St. Lucie to have this in their town!!

Went with friends to this quaint little restaurant. We all agreed the Food was very good. Service from our waitress excellent. Highly recommend!

Quality of food was good and decent wine selection. Staff were very nice and friendly. The portions were not very fulfilling and rather small which is why I dropped a star. Not very satisfied with the small portions all four of our party received. Also, the beer glasses reminded me of an old country breakfast diner and not that of a fancy restaurant. Deserts were absolutely delicious.

Went for dinner with friends, it was great. They had a dinner for 2 special. We chose the calamari app, I had the bucatini it was delicious, Husb had the carbonara which had quite large black pepper flakes, othered had the sausage, mushroom rigatoni another chicken parm. Everyone was happy with their food. Complimentary bread was like toast. For dessert cannoli which was yummy. A great promotion. Service by Andrew was top notch. It's a comfortable, nice restaurant, it's small so make a reservation.

What an experience! The place was packed, so we ate outside, which was better, because it was quiet. The waitress was super friendly and knew the menu well. The food was quite good, had great taste and nice portion size, but the meat was tougher and fatty... For the price, that was a turn off for me. There's other Italian around that have excellent quality and aren't as expensive.

Been here several times and it is always good. The food is excellent and the service is great. If you are from NY, you will appreciate the quality of the food. I had the Short Rib Ravioli and my wife had the Veal Chop Parmigiana, both were delicious. Definitely one of the best restaurants in the Port St Lucie area. Highly recommended!!!

Fresh ingredients, fine dining and helpful, engaging servers. There has been so much word of mouth buzz on Corleone's, the small restaurant can't hold the surge of diners. Could they be moving to Tradition soon? The caprese salad was the step off to our Italian journey. Fresh mozzarella cheese, hearty tomato slices, fresh basil and a balsamic glaze was the perfect starter. A bowl of warm bread slices and herbed olive oil was brought tableside. I also had a small bowl of the lobster bisque. Delicious, creamy base with a subtle lobster flavor and topped with small chunks of lobster. A sophisticated serving of classic bisque. I couldn't decide between the wild boar bolognese or the seafood stew but my wife knew the chef's special was her choice right away; osso bucco. That hearty lamb shank slow cooked in a medley of old world ingredients. A marrow spoon helped lift the creamy delicious marrow from the bones' center. I decided on the seafood strew to bookend the lobster bisque. Perfect choice. The chef plated fresh shrimp, black mussels, white fish, scallop and clams in a flavorful red broth where you select your spice level. The stew was hearty and the warm bread begged to be dipped into the broth. This was a meal created with expertise from the kitchen and serve by staff who were friendly and helpful but not hovering. We can't wait to see what's next for this chef and their restaurant.

My review is a little late. We were there on New Year's Eve. So they, of course, were busy. The dining room is fairly small but they make do with available space. Our server was friendly, helpful and on point. The restaurant was full, so lively conversations all around. That did not affect our dining experience at all. I never understand why folks choose an Italian restaurant and expect silence. :) I did not order an appetizer, because I know I would get full and not fully enjoy my entree. My friends ordered the Fritto Misto and everything looked fresh and not greasy. They thoroughly enjoyed it. For my entree, I ordered the Filet with croquettes as my side. It was described on the menu as topped with crab meat, but they prepared it for me without. The steak was cooked perfectly to my desired temperature and was very flavorful. The croquettes were rather bland and not to my taste. I did try the roasted potatoes and those were good. I know now for next time. Two of my friends ordered the Osso Bucco and I had a small taste. It was delicious! We also had a Branzino at the table and that was very good as well. I can only speak for myself as far as personal taste, but my dining companions were very happy with their meal as well. For dessert, two of us shared the Tiramisu. I have never had it with toasted lady fingers. While the dessert was delish and the mascarpone cream was perfect, I personally like the softer, soaked version better. Still enjoyed the flavor though. All in all, tutto bene and I look forward to visiting again soon. Grazie Mille for a nice end to 2024. See you soon in 2025.

Very good food with some challenges. Came on a Saturday night. Papa was taking my wife and I out to celebrate milestone birthdays. The first challenge was the seating. Might have been the worst seating I've ever truly had. Like open the door and to the immediate right was the table. So every time someone came or left, the door opened leaving bright light and a heavy waft of hot air on me. So not cool, no pun intended. Then our waitress was a bit 'a bit to be desired'. Kept asking if we were ready to order, even minutes after sitting down. After the 3rd time I told her 'jokingly' i woudl flag her down when ready. For context, when we go out, we like to dine. Sit, chat, enjoy. Now I don't mean to sit for 4 hours and take up tables or anything like that, but i felt like I was on a cruise ship asking to get my full order in quickly. I didn't care for this. Another challenge ie is we had a few chicken dishes at the table. My dad's wife gets a steak fork for her chicken, and my wife had no knife to cut her chicken..so we asked for one.... and the waitress brought a butter knife. Seriously? We asked for an extra plate (my wife and I were splitting two dishes)...she gave me a small bread plate. No on top of it water refills, etc. SMH. So between the above two, it set a bit of a tone...of course I enjoyed the food and company. Back to the food 1) Bread: My wife wished the bread was more a good bread to dip into olive oil and vinegar. It was fine to me (it was more of a cheesy bread) 2. We had the burrata and sliced beef. It was quite good. My dad had mussels, and the two ladies thought they were fishy (and my mother who was not with us tonight said same thing) although my dad and I ate them :) 3) I had the pasta and clam sauce. I rather enjoyed it. My wife had the chicken marsala, it was good but not great. My dad had the chicken parm which was very good. 4) We had the Lemon Mascarpone cake...this was really, really good. Scoop of pistachio gelato. Yum. So....I think the $60 menu is a great deal, truly. Nice quantity, and high quality. Fix the table seating and the waitress, and I would go again.

We did have a great dinner at Ristorante Corleone. I had the Chicken Parm (a staple of mine to baseline compare Italian). Definitely pleased, portion size large, pasta accompanied, bread was good and they served with olive oil & spices. My wife was also happy with her dish (not quite recalling what she had). The only minor downside was pricey ... I think slightly more pricey than what I saw in yelp-linked menu photos. We normally would get the calamari as an appetizer, but when we saw prices, decided to go only with main course. Also the wine was pricey. I think most glasses $15. Sorry, that's a bottle for me (not at a restaurant, but at my norm Costco). So, decided to stick with water. Giving it 4-stars. The dinner was great and ample. If you go in expecting on the pricier side, you'll be pleasantly rewarded. Possibly I saw older info, and wasn't tracking that much, and even if so, was above my usual. One other remark. I think they brought out the bread, and said the first basket was on the house. We stayed with just that helping. In the end, just main course, no app, no wine, one bread accompaniment, and I was still full walking away. Must have been the right decision!

I have to admit I've been following Chef Luca on TikTok for almost 4 months now and knew I had to come here to eat when I visited. You walk in in the place is super clean, and it appears to be very upscale, but I will have to say that it is casual and the people in the staff treat you like family. The service was some of the best that I've ever had and I've been to many restaurants in my lifetime. I highly recommend everyone here, and all the food that I did try. We sat down and they knew who we were based on our reservation and the fact that I had driven down from Ohio to visit my friend in Port Charlotte, which is 2 1/2 hours drive from this restaurant. But I didn't mind the five hour round-trip, because it was worth it for this amazing meal. We ordered two appetizers even though I knew I shouldn't have ended up taking most of one home, which didn't last very long the next day, and the food was literally the best Italian I've ever had in my life, and I have been to Italy. If you've never been here, I highly recommend putting this on your list of places to eat Plan to make reservations as they may be able to take walk-ins if you show up early enough but I wouldn't want to be late when we got there at 5 PM. We were the only people in the restaurant by six. The restaurant was almost full when we left around seven the place was getting packed so keep that in mind if you're in the area and just wanna walk in. Did Chef Luca come out and greet? Most of the customers but he created some amazing food and I heard zero complaints the whole time we were there. I would say that if I had to come back into the area, I would highly recommend this location and I would drive from Ohio to come here just to eat next time I may stay on the East Coast just so I don't have to drive so far after dinner, thank you to the staff and Chef Luca for such an amazing experience. Even my friend said he hadn't eaten anything like that since his grandma passed away.

It's hard to find a good Italian restaurant, but let me tell you, my friend and I went last night. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent as well. If you haven't tried it yet, I would definitely recommend it!

When I made reservations for dinner here I was very excited. It was my husband's birthday and I placed that note with the reservation. After another table had a birthday celebration after their dinner I was at least waiting for acknowledgment to my husband about his birthday- none came till I stated after the check came when they checked the reservation yes I did state it was his birthday. The check for 2 came to $130 plus tip- the least they could have done was to check their bookings after the guests arrived. This was obviously not done. The food was cooked and tasted wonderfully. My husband had veal Parmesan which was huge. He has plenty for 2 more days. I ordered a salad that I found delicious and left some to take home which was funny when I got none of the arugula from the bottom that was not touched was missing. This was the Burrata e Caponata. My main meal was the Zappa Di Pesce. The seafood was cooked perfectly but I left hungry. Portion wise nothing in comparison or close to it with other meals being served. The dining room is small but the noise level was off the charts.

Small and cozy space, service was outstanding. The place seems to be a gourmet feel, so the prices are a bit higher. They do ask if you have a reservation before seating.

Every once in a while a meal redefines your point of view of what was the best version of a certain cuisine - last night at Ristorante Corleone was that meal. Melissa was our server/guide and she as well as the rest of her staff was excellent. She recommended everything we ordered: We started with the Crostini Corleone and it was extraordinary. My wife got the Paccheri alla Norcina and it was truly amazing. I got the Battuto di vitello alla Parmigiana which was the sing best version Veal Parm I ever tasted, At that point dessert was a must - Traditional Tiramisù & Cannoli siciliani (absolutely mind blowing). I CAN'T RECOMMEND THIS GEM ENOUGH!!!!

Atmosphere nonexistent, tiny dining room, service was good. Food selections very limited. Perhaps my palette likes American Italian better than traditional. We went there based on Baldy's review. Food was good, nothing exceptional, to me and my wife. Prices, high like you're in a fine dining establishment without the ambiance of fine dining. Got the impression the place was filled with regulars.We were a bit disappointed and will not return

Excellent! The food was authentic and traditionally prepared. The service was sophisticated and personal. And the ambiance made for a delightful meal. Highly recommend, and save room for dessert!

We went there for Thanksgiving dinner. First time and may be a tradition going forward. The turkey dinner was just as great as home made I've had in the past...even better was the option to order from their menu. The ossobuco was delicious. The service was amazing and made us feel like we were part of their family. Don't forget to get dessert. We tried everything and good coffee on top of that. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

The food and service is top-notch. The seafood risotto was properly made with olive oil and not creamy with cheese. The carbonara competes with some of the best carbonara we had in Italy. And, the tiramisu does not disappoint. If you like Italian food, you must go here! We made the trip from Tampa - well worth it. Thanks chef Luca!

This place is located in a nondescript strip mall, like thousands of Italian restaurants across the country. However, unlike many of those thousands, this chef strives for something different, and succeeds. The food is well seasoned, but delicately so using only the finest fresh ingredients. You can taste it. I will give it my finest compliment: this chef cares what goes on your plate and has the skills to execute. Pricey, but you get your money's worth. I could quibble about a couple of things, but why? I'm a diner, not a critic. More: Our waiter Zack debones a fish table side like a boss, and he packed up my veal bone for my dog without me asking. Good stuff!

Corleone's is a delightful family-run restaurant in North PSL. The waitstaff is charming and attentive, and the owner/chef welcomes you after dinner. We had veal chops, the largest and most tasty ever, with a variety of sauces and preps available. Add a bottle of Sangiovese. Delicioso!

Great authentic Italian restaurant, made the drive from Tampa and stayed overnight just to have a dinner date with my wife. Everything from the food, service, and atmosphere was great. Highly recommend the desserts also, I had the tiramisu and she had the torta Al chocolate....Overall had a great dinner date with the wife at Ristorante Corleone

We've been there before, but this time it was just OK. Service was fair. Obviously the girl was inexperienced. I had bronze and my husband had the veal chop. Again it was OK. Don't think we'll go back. Prices are quite high.

Arrived at 6 reservation time sat immediately wonderful Ordered calamari good and then waited 1 hour for dinner Table next to us. Seated same time boxed and out before our dinner arrived Staff dismissive asked 2x hold up manager dismissive as well sorry this was my choice for bday dinner

I moved into Port St. Lucie approximately six months ago and my first opinion was that there was really no fine dining that I was a custom to coming from Palm Beach. We went to Tutti le Fresca and after the third time of going there I decided that I was not going back. I mentioned to somebody the issues and they asked me if I had been to Corleones. So with that we went and made a reservation for last evening. Finding the place was very difficult knowing the reputation and finding it in a dimly lit strip center. As I open the door I was shocked to see a small amount of tables with fine table cloths and the place was busy. The service was amazing however, coming from Brooklyn I guess I need to say that it is the best down here in Port St. Lucie. Not feeling to have red sauce I ordered the veal chop. The serving was amazing and the veal was absolutely delicious. My husband had this special that included the lobster tail and various fishes. He found the pasta sauce a bit sweet I found it very different. Will I go back again absolutely without a question. I cannot go up once a week to New York and this will certainly satisfy my attitude. Made a special date to visit while visiting and had a wonderful experience at Ristorante Corleone thanks to Chef Luca and his amazing team. What really stood out was the care they put into selecting quality ingredients, traditional cooking and making sure every guest felt really special. Everyone was so attentive and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home. Chef Luca's passion for hospitality shows both front of house and back of house and really made the evening unforgettable.

I want to be fair and honest about my review. First impression walking in was very good. Very nice and quaint. No complaints on the ambiance. It was Saturday February 15th and we had reservations which was a good thing because the place was full to capacity. We were seated promptly which is always a plus when you have a reservation. I think it's important to be seated promptly when you haveca reservation. Our waiter was spectacular. If I recall correctly his name is Andrew. I apologize if I got the name wrong but I'm almost certain that was his name. For starters he brought a DELICIOUS basket of bread. I couldn't get enough of it. We proceeded to order appetizers....calamari and mussels. The calamari were delicious and the mussels although I didn't try them because I don't eat them but my boyfriend and his family said they were good and the sauce was outstanding. After that is when my positive outlook took a turn. We proceeded to place our orders for our entrees. I wanted to order the chicken parmigiana and it was not available. I was disappointed but understood we were going thru a shortage of chicken and eggs. I decided to order the carbonara. I have to be brutally honest it was awful. It was tasteless and the only real taste it had it tasted rancid. I'm not sure but it was probably the pancetta that gave it that taste. My boyfriends mom ordered the risotto and she didn't like it either. Taste was not appealing to her. At this point I was totally disappointed because I wanted everyone to enjoy their meal. My boyfriends father ordered the cod he did say the sauce was excellent. My boyfriend ordered a steak and a lobster tail. He ordered the steak to be cooked medium rare and it arrived medium. He also ordered the lobster tail to be cut in half because we were going to share it and it arrived whole. Although our waiter offered to take the food back my boyfriend declined. Apart from the bread, calamari and the dessert I had the profiterole I was disappointed with our dining experience.

We had a very nice experience at Corleone's. Very small restaurant, very expensive food and wine and good bread. We had the house salad that I expected to be larger due to the price. We both had the swordfish special and my husband enjoyed a side of pasta. I appreciate what they want to create in this restaurant but you can get food every bit as good if not better for half the price. The one restaurant that pops up in my mind is Uncle Giuseppe's, excellent and reasonable. I thought 4 star was generous but I didn't want to ding them too much on price because although expensive it was very good. Don't think we would come back though.

admitedly the food was not bad, and pasta was actually really well made, however sauces were mediocre and every plate, including ravioli was over $30.. Veal Parmigean was $46???.. WTF? Ambiance was ok but it really bothers me that in todays economy, when everything is so expensive that a crappy (no bar) restaurant would be so incredibly expensive for pasta....long wine list ( not very good) had every single single glass of wine at $15 per glass and pours were ridiculous... I woud rather drive to Vero where there is an abundance of good Italian restaurants that dont rip you off.

I was very disappointed in the food last Saturday evening. My pasta dish with scallops was not prepared well. The pasta wasn't cooked well enough. It was rubbery. I had waited quite some time for the food to arrive so I decided to try eating it but was unable to finish my dinner. Also just a final comment here I think the restaurant is overpriced. I don't know why a pasta dish is over 35 dollars. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.

This is a small place with good service and very good food. We enjoyed a summer special menu that was ~$70 for two. For an extra $5 we got two glasses of house wine. We had to wait a bit for the food, so we ordered another glass of wine each. I think the price was $14 per glass. A bit high. We've been there before but brought our own wine. I think the corkage fee was $25. No fee if you also buy one of their bottles. Chef (owner?) came out and mingled with the customers after the rush was over. Reservations suggested.

We wanted to like this restaurant based on reputation and friend's past experiences. The menu was good, and the bread basket & olive oil exceptional, but the food was served cold and the chicken Parmesan dry. Perhaps the chef was not cooking that evening. We were disappointed.

Italian Looking for the real deal in Italian in PSL? Ristorante Corleone is the perfect place to impress that someone special. This is the place you want to bring someone to for a fantastic night out. The restaurant is on the small size and the atmosphere is cozy / romantic. For just a little while, you are transported elsewhere, which is part of the whole dining out experience if you ask me. The waitstaff is very well versed: they can explain the entire menu to you and are there the perfect amount of time. Super friendly and considerate and make very good recommendations, if needed. The menu is comprehensive enough that you should be able to find something that will make you swoon and there are always a few evening specials as well. There is a complimentary garlic bread that come out and let me tell you- they are not afraid to use that garlic. Outstanding. We have had, and loved the risottos, the osso buco (these are limited BTW) and last night was a burrata special that made you want to lick the plate (but hey, don't do that). We have never had a bad meal here and frankly, everyone we have sent to Corleone has come back and raved about it to us. There are plenty of wine options for dinner as well, so indulge yourself with a nice bottle from their selection - again, there are enough options to help you find something in your price point / style, without being a massive undertaking to try to have a glass of wine. There are nights when they also have live music but that might be more towards the off-season - check their website if you are interested in that. Prices are on the higher side but you will not complain as everything is worth it. This is a fine dining experience and you will absolutely enjoy everything. Restroom is clean and the only downside is that the location is in a strip mall and really does not look like much from the outside. Plenty of parking is available. Pro-tip: reservations are highly recommended.

In an innocuous strip mall, this nicely appointed restaurant resides with young, professionally trained waitstaff that is very knowledgeable and gracious. The bread garnished with fresh garlic is delicious. The selection of fairly priced wines is vast. The dover sole was presented well at tableside. The branzino and the veal saltimbacco were very good and the tarimisu was shared by the 3 of us. All Portions were generous and the homemade pappadale was cooked perfectly.

Make a reservation before hand... our 1st attempt interior dining area was full! 2nd attempt success arrived on time, guessing other guests had enjoyed their meals so much they ordered dessert, idk. We were given complementary wine for our seating delay! The food was worth the wait, chef made his rounds at the end of service 10/10 experience! Salute

Don't let the fact that they are located in a plaza stop you from going here. The food is sensational. Starting with the complimentary garlic bread. We were going to order the bruschetta but they did not get their delivery of goat cheese. No problem. The bread was fantastic. My wife ordered the osso bucco with risotto and it lived up to the reviews we had read. Great flavor and very nice presentation. I ordered the branzino. Very tasty and moist. The meal really could not have been much better. We resisted ordering dessert even after seeing the tiramisu and the next table. Next time... The service was terrific. Melissa was our server and she walked us through a terrific meal. Chef Luca came out and spoke with us after business slowed down. It was quiet the night we went but do not take a chance. Call ahead or go on-line for reservations. We have already made reservations for our next visit when friends come to visit.
