Ristorante Growen situato a Lostallo in una zona fredda e stretta del Grigioni italiano, si presenta come un ristorante caldo e accogliente dove la tradizione della cacciagione incontra la tecnica di un ottimo chef. Bando alle chiacchiere: la sella di capriolo è davvero buona una delle migliori che abbiamo assaggiato finora. La presentazione, la qualità e i contorni sono di alto livello e anche di fronte alla seconda portata si è invogliati a proseguire nel pasto. Il melone, i mandarini cinesi e le castagne glassate ( non caramellate) davvero interessanti. La salsa di accompagnamento saporita il giusto, attenzione a non esagerare perché coprirebbe il delicato gusto del capriolo. Interessante anche il letto di funghi, davvero una scoperta. Cantina ricca di vini e dessert all’altezza. Prezzo in linea con la qualità e sicuramente vale l esperienza culinaria. Torneremo presto!
