We were lucky to hold our wedding at Ristorante Lucia. Everything about our day was perfect, thanks to Cristina and her team. Cristina was extremely helpful and accommodating leading up to the day, helping us figure out the best layout, menu, and details for our event. She was flexible and supportive with all our questions and requests, such as allowing us to have a Mariachi band play in the restaurant, and helping us pivot when it was raining during our outdoor cocktail hour. During the party, our guests had an amazing experience and were raving about the delicious food, drinks, and generous service. The catering room was beautiful and perfect for an intimate event, with enough space for a seated dinner, mingling, and a cozy dancefloor. We are so thankful to the team for making our special day an amazing experience for us and all of our guests.

The beautiful landscaping demonstrates the care and effort the owners have invested in this little gem. We had a lovely early dinner and sat outside in the wisteria arbor, and our waiter Jose could not have been nicer. All the staff was attentive and the food was excellent. There are many choices for food and budget from pizzas to full dinners. The beautifully landscaped outside seating among the gardens and arbors delights the senses and creates a lovely atmosphere.

We had a great experience at Ristorante Lucia. Lunch reservations for 5 before heading to Bronx Zoo. Our server was outstanding; friendly and knowledgeable and genuinely welcoming. He really made the meal feel “home style”. The vibe amongst employees was really good, and the general ambiance in the restaurant was warm and comfortable. Food was very good, but we had trouble finishing the dinner portions at lunch. Menu was focused but with enough variety to warrant many multiple return visits. Highly recommend a meal at Ristorante Lucia.

What a great experience, ist as the perfect combination: Ambiance, service, weather and Deliciousssssss Food....the whole staff is extremely pleasant and inviting to enjoy everything about their spaces. The outdoor patio is an oasis....to top the experience to the perfection they have home made Gelatos......again Delicious ...200% repeatle experience!

Food and atmosphere was great. Servers rushed us to order and seemed very impatient all while not being very attentive. The rest of the staff were wonderful. The gelato was excellent quality and similar to what I have had in Italy in taste and texture.

We held our wedding at Lucia’s in October 2023 and it was just so special. The little party cottage is perfect for a small event and can easily be transformed into anything. The outdoor area was perfect for a cocktail hour! Christina and her team were wonderful and accommodated everything we needed. All my guests loved the food, the appetizers, the extra little desserts they got us as well! I recommend the party cottage for anyone looking for somewhere to host.

I can’t wait to go back! What a treat. The seating is arranged perfectly! You don’t feel overwhelmed with multiple tables surrounding you. The food is delicious. I have never enjoyed Eggplant Parmigiana the way I did this evening, the risotto with shrimp is a must-try as well. Our server was fantastic. It took a little longer than expected to place an order but once we did, everything came out on a timely basis with no issues.

Great little spot, very cozy. But the food was hit or miss. The risotto was great and so was the meatball. The aranciatta wasn't and we couldn't get through one. It's all very heavy food but pretty good. We didn't have pizza but everyone was commenting on it being wonderful

The service is always friendly and professional. The food fresh and piping hot. Don't miss the avocado pizza. It's the best I've ever had. Gelato is always delish.

The sale was overdressed, it seemed wet. The mocktail I ordered was basically just a few blueberries in soda water. The salmon was just barely cooked, and drenched in a puddle of sauce. I would not recommend this restaurant at all

I loved the ambiance of this Italian restaurant. I came here to celebrate a relatives birthday on a Sunday evening. It was very hot that day so we opted to sit inside. The service was impeccable! Very thorough. We all started with some gazpacho. Unfortunately it was not the best, it was overly salty and was basically tomato soup with some diced veggies in it. The bread on the table was very good though, especially the pesto that came with it. I then shared a mozzarella caprese salad with avocado. This wasn't bad, but the tomato didn't really have much flavor. For my main I went with the lemon sole. Portions here are very big! I could have definitely shared it. The pasta was cooked well and the fish was battered. Dessert was probably my favorite part of the meal! I went with a flourless chocolate torte that came with a scoop of gelato. It was warm and delicious! We also had a personal connection with the owner, Lucia, who was very sweet. She really cares about the restaurant and her guests.

Nice local spot for some Italian food! This is my go-to for take-away pizza orders. The gelato is also superb! Lucia's was a god-send during COVID, where pizza seemed to be a weekly order. My favorite is the bbq chicken and the classic Lucia's pizza. This location has tons of parking onsite and is ADA accessible. Inside, there is tons of room (it's a great place for large groups!), and a stunning authentic wood-fire oven (front and center). The service is reliable and quick, and the staff is very kind. My go-to is always take-away, but every once in a while I dine-in and it is always a treat. A Bedford must, for sure!

Ristorante Lucia is the only Italian restaurant in town, and it's well-loved! It has ample parking in the front, lots of space for large parties and private events, excellent homemade gelato, and a beautiful wood-fired pizza oven. Everything is fresh and made to order, and the service is quick. I normally order takeout from this restaurant (see pictures for my usual order). Lucia's also did an excellent job during Covid, when they offered consistent and clean takeout with complimentary ice cream with every order. Moreover, I heard the owner recently purchased the adjacent lot, so looks like they're planning on expanding! If you like Italian food and are in the neighborhood, you should definitely check this place out!

The food is fine. Really. The service on the other hand . . . My entrée was served with my salad. A (not so) subtle signal that dining alone is not cool and they'd like to table for more people? Then it turned out to be the wrong salad. Sigh . . . And am sure wrong in finding it unusual that the host could not ID a dish on sight and had to interrupt a guest to tell another patron what he was having? All in all, you're much better being patient and waiting for the line at Giacomo's house n the next block over . . .

This review is based on a party we hosted recently for my son's baby naming. From the start, Christina, was so helpful in helping us choose the menu. She accommodated my FIL who is gluten free at no extra charge and had the seating plan perfectly executed when we arrived early to set up the day of. My guests raved that the service was excellent and the food plentiful and delicious! The weather was hot and humid so we were unable to utilize the gorgeous patio, but highly recommend anyone to enjoy the outdoor setup! or go for the gelato:) Side note: they have a beautiful room outside the restaurant for events, we only had 35 people we used the space inside the restaurant. Thank you Ristorante Lucia!!

As always, awesome place awesome food I have two sides, one with beautiful linen tablecloth and the other one comfortable relax, setting both sides serve excellent food and excellent service.

I usually go here with my full family, and least to say it was amazing. The atmosphere was great, with very nice artwork, along with nearly every spec of the restaurant clean. Honorable mentions to the bathrooms, which might have been cleaner than my home ones. Service was quick and pleasant. I was met with pizza bread and normal bread, and it was amazing in both ways. My favorite item is the stuffed clams, which for some reason didn't appear on the menu (highly recommend adding if you all haven't already) The gelato was amazing, all i have to say. 11/10 recommend going here.

We went back again twice in a week again and boy was it fantastic. My other review was probably just a fluke snd an off night for the restaurant. Steak and seafood marinara were great Soup was seasoned perfect. Pizza take out on different night was cooked nice and crisp. Great job

We ate lunch there today. My husband had lasagna and I had penne alla vodka. Both of us were more than disappointed. The food was inedible! Very poor quality!

Such an adorable, transportive spot covered in ivy with tons of outdoor seating that makes you feel like you're in Italy when you're next to DeCicco's. The best part of the meal is the ambience, the perfect and creamy cappuccino and cherry gelato, and the greatest sangria I've had, while the breaded chicken dish with Parmesan was just okay and the penne alla vodka was solid. I'd come back for most of the above and try a different dish. Definitely coming back.

We had our daughter's baby shower at Ristorante Lucia. The private party room was perfect & the food was excellent! Cristina does it all!! She helped make our event a very special occasion! Our guests had only good things to say & we would highly recommend! Lisa G.

Food is fresh and delicious. Good portions. We especially love the calamari and pizza. We've tried a few and all have been great. Looking forward to trying the pasta dishes. Service is very pleasant. Make sure to make a reservation, very busy! A new favorite of ours!

Ordered 14" traditional pizza "Pizetta" $18.40. Cut for 4 slices. Very cheesy that the sauce slides off. My first bite hit me with the cheese which I did not like the taste and the dough is yeast heavy. Sauce was okay. Crust taste like breadsticks crispy. Unfortunately I didn't like the slice.

Fantastic, delicious food. Terrific service (Orlando) and really wonderful ambiance inside and out! It was a birthday lunch for my daughter. Fantastic!!!

we have been patrons of this restaurant for many, many years. cristina (owner) is so accommodating and has a wonderful group of employees who are like family to her patrons because they don't change. Same ones for years. we've had many holidays and parties there. anyone we've take there for dinners, always go back. try it, you will NOT be disappointed. they also have the most extensive gluten free menu available in her restaurant and I'm never worried of being glutened there

Had the Branzino. Absolutely delicious. I recommend it highly and the staff was extremely nice.

I have never been disappointed, fell in love with Lucia's the first time I went, have been coming here for years and have recommended it to all my friends. Christina is the best!! And their outside dining is so so pretty :)

We were looking for someplace local to celebrate our anniversary and decided upon Lucia's. We had never been there before but the photos online looked charming and had good reviews. It is one of the best restaurants we have been to and WELL worth the 30-minute drive! Our server, Christina, might be our all-time favorite... She made our lunch memorable and even sent us home with dessert and a HAND written note! We have not had this level of service from restaurants we frequent often and for that reason we plan on becoming regulars. The gnocchi bolognese and veal parmigiana were both exceptional. The option to cork and carry allowed us to enjoy a great bottle of wine rather than 'by the glass' choices that often disappoint. Thank you Lucia's!

Popular place for many but the food is not tasty enough for my palette. I'm sure some items are better than others, buy am generally disappointed. The tiramisu is good!

We love Lucia's!! ....we've gone there for years & have brought many friends who also have become loyal customers. Why?.... The food is excellent - whether it's a " special" or their regular menu, we have never been disappointed. Actually, I think they just keep getting better. The family & staff always check that u r happy with your selection & service. The staff is just wonderful & the atmosphere is just charming inside & outside.

JUST SO EVERYBODY KNOWS: Ya know the lemon parmigiana chicken dish? It comes with asparagus and potatoes with basil. Not just the chicken. HOW DARE THEY GIVE ME MORE FOOD THAN I ASKED FOR.

Great casual Italian place, well worth the drive from Stamford. We had calamari and a small pizza as starters for the table then ordered entrees. My sausage broccoli rabe pasta was absolutely delish. We're looking forward to going back.

First time there.Met three girlfriends for dinner. The restaurant itself is really cute with nice garden dining in front, but unfortunately, it was raining. I started the evening of the fabulous chocolate martini, and the bread basket that was placed on the table was wonderful. For starters, we ordered the Arancini and the arugula, endive salad. Salad was excellent, and The Arancini was tasty. For entrées, I ordered the chicken scarpariello, two ladies ordered the chicken balsamic, and one Pappardelle Bolognese. I really liked my chicken scarp, in a nice rich garlicky sauce accompanied by potatoes and sausage. The Pappardelle Bolognese was extremely rich, but very flavorful. The chicken balsamic was good, but way too much vinegar. This restaurant is really a 3 1/2 star but has potential to be a four-star easily if they fix a couple of things. Service was great, atmosphere is really nice. I look forward to dining there again.

Hosted an office holiday party and it was fantastic! There is an entire separate cottage that holds their banquet space. The food was delicious and the staff was excellent. Everything was set up beautifully. They had candles, holiday decorations and background music. Would recommend, and can't wait to stop into the restaurant for dinner

Excellent food! Excellent service! One of our favorites! The dining room is lovely, as are the outdoor garden seating in warm weather!

Food was great. I had the veal which was excellent and huge! My wife had the lobster ravioli with shrimp, also excellent. Overall a good value and fine experience.

We had a 5 pm reservation - we didn't finish our appetizer salad and our entree arrived. Dessert was served with the check. As soon as we took our last bite of dessert and sip of coffee we were asked to leave. So it's all about table turnover and not about an enjoyable restaurant experience. We'll never go again.

The food & service is always great here. I love the artichoke salad and the braised beef pappardelle.

My review is being updated because the owner or manager decided to argue with my review rather than apologize. The place is cheesy and old. There are fake plants (vines?) over the windows... the art work looks like it belongs in a creepy castle. The large window is okay, but nothing special. The best thing is the pizza and the staff is sometimes good, sometimes not. The pizza side is loud and definitely "family friendly" (that means screaming kids). Gelato had freezer burn. Espresso was ok. Not going back again.

The food is excellent, the staff is very well trained and friendly. I always enjoy the food and drinks here. The atmosphere is wonderful. Martinis are top notch!

It's solid, albeit pretty run of the mill iItalian. My main complaint is actually with the pizza prices - when toppings start at 5 dollars each, a large pie with just Pepperoni and mushrooms ends up being 30 dollars which is quite high. Otherwise I'd be giving 4 stars.

Just got home from hosting an event at Ristorante Lucia. I actually couldn't wait to write this because my experience was exceptional. The food was amazing. This is my fourth visit and food is consistently great! The staff is friendly and warm. Our waitress Cristina was great handling our large party. The outdoor areas are STUNNING with the wisteria growing on the patio. Bistro chairs and planter complete the bucolic outdoor space. This is officially my favorite local spot for date night, or larger party.

Westchester County is home to many Italian Restaurants which represent many regions in Italy. One issue I have with many of these restaurants is that sometimes it feels like once you have been to one of them, you have been to all of them and dishes can be dull sometimes. That is not the case with Lucia Ristorante. All offerings here are authentic, original creations, full of flavor with their distinctive personality as to flavor, seasonings, and presentation. Cases in point were the arancini and the branzino. These dishes can be ubiquitous in Italian restaurants. Here, those dishes tasted as if I have tried them for the first time and were absolutely superb renditions. Service was A1 too. This is definitely a hidden neighborhood gem. Not to be missed. A wonderful Mushroom Pizza. The sorbet is excellent. In Bedford village there are few options for take out. So, this is our default when we are both too busy to cook.

Excellent staff, great food and terrific ambiance. A "must go" I particularly like the oversized portions.

The patio is really cute, many areas are in a gazebo type structure covered with ivy and vines. The food was surprisingly good. We live in the area and have driven by to a packed parking lot many times so we figured it has to be good. Well it seems all those people were not wrong!

Enjoyable experience not just because of the food! Friendly and attentive service, and pleasant ambience.
