Wait staff very professional, we had some parmigiano reggiano (can't go wrong), then risotto and lasagna neither dish had the wow effect but were good. We also had the side table Gelato that we both liked

Beautiful and chic place to have dinner with family, friends or couples. High quality service and food. Great for a special occasion ! Highly recommend as the atmosphere and place is very beautiful decorated with lights and quality lining!

One of the best restaurants in Parma…. Across the years the quality and service level hasn’t been changed. Stakes and meat are the top as well as appetizers and cold cuts. Don’t miss the home made gelato with topping of chocolate and zabaione. Wine list is huge and well furnished. This is not a cheap restaurant but the price is totally worth. Price range over $€100… wines choice can bring up the price significantly.

My wife and I tried a few things, and they were all hit or miss. Terrific Beef Wellington, for example, but tough and unremarkable Irish beef tagliata. The dessert was nothing to write home about. I might come back eventually, but it's not necessarily a place I would recommend. UPDATE: Replying to the owner's reply below, I did point out to the waitress that the beef was tough. But I appreciate that the owner addressed my worry.

I was there for the first time with my sister and brother in law. The atmosphere was excellent, the food abundant and of very high quality. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. Absolutely a recommend.

The service was nothing short of lovely, with smiles as genuine as the flavors that graced our plates. The Tomahawk beef we had the pleasure of enjoying was a culinary masterpiece. Cooked to absolute perfection, each succulent cut was a celebration of quality and taste. The Pinot Nero wine accompanying our meal was equally amazing, with its rich notes perfectly accentuating the beef, making every bite and sip a harmonious encounter. Equally impressive was the ease with which we could park. No fuss or unnecessary stress; it was straightforward, adding to the relaxed experience that Parma Rotta promises. Amidst the laughter of families and the clinking of glasses, the ambiance at Parma Rotta was vibrant yet intimate, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings, romantic dinners, or celebratory occasions. The blend of exceptional food, exquisite wine, and a heartwarming atmosphere earns Parma Rotta a well-deserved five stars. It is, undoubtedly, a gem in the crown of Parma's dining scene.

The food overall was great here, but the Gelato is what you need to come here for. They use the milk from the cows that make the best Parmigiano Reggiano. This was the softest and best gelato we had throughout multiple stops in Italy and we will be talking about it for a very long time. Leave room for desert, you won’t regret it! We were staying near the train station, so we had to take a taxi. It was easy to get one to be dropped off, but it took a while for the restaurant to be able to reach the taxi company to pick us up due to high volume, so keep that in mind! The restaurant staff was wonderful and kept trying and updating us throughout the process.
