River Park Motel & Suites

Would have put a three on there, however who they rent to is not under their control at times. Everybody has problems. However, what makes it amazing is the cleaning staff. So polite doing an amazing job. So many people take them for granted. Not knowing that a clean room makes a big difference, somebody has to do the dirty work and these people do it with no problem. Humble and kind and so respectful and helpful. They're taking three stars to the five for the reviews because of them

They always lie and say rooms sold out if you call on the phone. Especially if you sound black. It’s always best to show up with a female and have her get the room.

Such a bad experience i had , no room has good bedsheets .. bad smell for bedsheets and evn rooms are stinking.. the beds are soo bad i couldn’t sleep its the bad matress i have ever seen !!! Not at all suggestable and i really wish they would wash n make sure Evrything is atleast good

Very good place I come often to here to stay a few hours staff it's very kind , clean rooms , discreet area good price.

is looking for a pet friendly motel in the area in its description it said that they accepted pets and when they arrived at this place, they did not say no the receptionist who was on duty was rude and impolite, as if it were the fault of one who was in their description .

This place no accept pets, I wanted to leave my car parked to ask at the one on the corner. The receptionist was rude and took me out as if I were a criminal

Everything was nice even the man at the front desk who offered coffee at checkout and was informative. This was worth it compared to the other kind of motels that make u return the remote control with ur key. This place had a bathroom door and well the heater worked just too noisy

Manager is very disrespectful, after I told him about issues in room #118. Power outlets in the wall were bad, no A/C, and a broken toilet... he had the nerve to get an attitude with me for telling him about these issues.. SMH.. some people just don't want to take responsibility and be held accountable... I mean it's your property, your supposed to be happy someone is telling you about issues on your property so you can get it fixed as soon as possible for the next customer... rooms are kind of run down as well.... definitely don't recommend anyone staying here...👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
