The South Miami location has a wide variety of fresh bagels with slightly chewy crust and pillowy insides. You can grab a bagel (or 12) to go, but if you have time to sit down, definitely order the nova bagel. It features a plate of silky, savory smoked lox, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumber, bell peppers, capers, and lemon along with the perfect amount of cream cheese and a bagel of your choice.
