Tastewise, the food wasn't as flavourful as other Mexican restaurants I've been to, but it was decent enough. But I will give 5+ stars to the customer service. The guy who took my order was super friendly and helpful in explaining the different options they had.

Always quick and friendly service. If you choose to order or dine in the lobby you may also get a show from the homeless population. Overall the food is perfect for drunk stupors or midnight munchies. Consistent portion sizes and flavor

I called and ordered as always enchiladas no lettuce . My fiancé picks up my food . I go to warm up my enchiladas and bam there lettuce I don’t like lettuce because when I warm up my enchiladas the lettuce get soggy and they put the chesse on the lettuce . I call the manger she said she was .She was very rude unprofessional calls me out my gender then calls me a liar proceeds to say she don’t care and then hung up on me . This is the second time at this location I had trouble . Please retrain on customer service and how to act accordingly with customer complaints especially with management . Very disappointed I’ll be going to another Mexican restaurant until y’all can get it together thank you and good luck 17.00 dollar meal down the drain

This chimichanga is so good.....and these pickled onions are so flavorful with it. Like super good onions🧅🌯🌮 very clean in here. The chicken burrito was so good!

How? I’m so confused why there is so many locations of this restaurant the food is a 2/10 at best. The two star is for the carne fries the rest I wouldn’t give to a dog. I’m so confused how this is served at so many locations. •Bean/Cheese burrito-0/10 No flavour zero tasting cheese or beans •Guacamole-0/10 zero tasting no seasoning •Rice 1/10 Barley any flavour •The enchiladas sloppy horrible green soggy lettuce Never again I wish I could get my $60 back trash trash trash!

This was the 1st time visiting & I did because of the reviews. I ordered but felt like the lady really wasn't happy. I asked questions because I didn't know the menu, but also wanted to try different things. Everything I ate was just ok. It came out in a timely fashion, but again just tasted ok. I saw other reviews that said that this wasn't a good location, so maybe I'll try another location some time down the road.

I go to Roberto's often here in Las Vegas and this one by far wasn't that great I always get the same thing I get a carne asada burrito with guacamole only , not only was the meat very dry but there is barely any guacamole on it whatsoever it this burrito sucks, this location in my opinion is not as good as most of the rest

Used to go here a lot...usually spend around $30 for my girl and I to eat every time. Don't go here nearly as often anymore because even though the food tastes good, they are also beginning to skimp on the portion of meat on the platters and burritos. May as well just pay the same amount and get more by making them at home

This review is for their Chicken Taco Day on Wednesdays only. My parents were in town and wanted to visit Roberto's, having had Roberto's all the time when they used to live in San Diego. We visited on a Wednesday and as it turns out, they're currently running an awesome deal every Wednesday at $1.59 per chicken taco. We ordered a few to try and grabbed a table while we waited for our order to be called. While waiting, we also helped ourselves to the salsa bar: they had a mild green salsa, a hot red salsa, pickled carrots (my parents' FAVORITE), and pickled red onions. The chicken taco was a steal. Freshly fried, hot and crispy tortilla shell with surprisingly zero grease to it. Absolutely stuffed with shredded chicken, lettuce, and cheese. No idea how long the promotion is running but definitely worth a try! This location is conveniently open 24 hours.

Dropped by after flying into Vegas. Perfect for the late night craving. Don't expect super attentive service super late and night - be patient with the nice man! I got the taquitos (rolled tacos) which hit the spot. Tons of gauc, lettuce, sour cream, and cheese to top them. My friend got the chicken burrito and it was not as good. Very bland, leaking a pool of juice at the bottom, and nothing except chicken inside (maybe that's the style?). Seems like a very reliable local late night joint.

There's nothing like losing $400 in blackjack and going home with a consolation prize from Roberto's. Is this the best Mexican food in Las Vegas? In my experience, no. Does that matter when you need a reliable plate of food and fast, polite service in the dead of night? Not at all. I've had bean and cheese burritos, flautas, tacos, a carne asada plate... it's always hot and fresh. To be honest, the only thing that could use some work is their red salsa, which I would prefer if it was spicier and had more chile flavor. God bless the fine workers at Roberto's, especially the ones in the midnight shift. You are propping up the Las Vegas economy, one drunk meal at a time.

Came in at 8am. Many options to choose from. Service was good enough. Food is cheap which is great! Carne asada breakfast burrito was amazing and very large! 10/10 and the red sauce was great too. Ambience was pretty good. Definitely recommend this spot for ease and because the food was very fresh!

I just ordered from here and never have I ever gotten carne asada fries without guacamole or beans! Look at this.. where is the guacamole or refried beans? I called them and a guy tells me he's just getting in so he gives the phone to the girl. She gets on and ask me what happen I explain there's things missing. She ask me how I ordered it? I told exactly as it's listed on the app. She's keeps making it seems like they don't come with refried beans or guacamole. I told her I've been ordering them for over 15 years now all of sudden it doesn't come with it? She's sitting there playing dumb. The chef the says he put it. She says take it up with app. I hung up.

So we were headed back from a late night and most eateries were closed so lucky we found Roberto's. Seemed a little sketchy at first. We know not to get chicken from places we don't know so we pretty much all got beef tacos except my mom of course who is vegetarian and got fish tacos. It was all pretty decent, I did hear from one friend that the chips were better than the hard taco shell but that was the only dawn side, but that big a deal. I cannot come back home without stopping at a Roberto's. Seriously, it's ALWAYS 24 hours, the food is always fresh, I wish I could just pick this place up and drop it in North Carolina. They're always pleasant when I go and they're patient, while I comb over the menu. I am never, not going to get the Carne Asada French fries. They fry the fries so that once they add all the toppings, your fries are still crispy. I have your guac, your beans, your pico, your cheese and a big serving of perfectly cooked carne asada. They're big enough to share but I simply cannot. Can't wait to go back!

I stopped by here for breakfast burritos. One of my offices is around the corner. My team enjoyed the burritos. It was huge and delcious. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

Have you ever had a place you added to your travel plans for a taste of home? Thats it with Roerto's when in Ca. Az. Nv. Some are critical, because they dont know what its like to loose something good and not have it. The locals look at taco bell as authentic. You get good value,taste, and something close to home.

This place has quick mexican food that tastes way better than other quick taco places around town. My favorite is the chicken and beef taco plate which comes with beans and rice. Their breakfast burritos are huge and can feed two people. These taco shops are located through-out the valley. I like the one on Spencer by Walmart.

Roberto's has my favorite rolled tacos! So happy my short term condo is within 2 miles. Stopped in for a mid morning snack. I didn't see convenient street parking, but wait. A covered parking garage with direct access to the store! My server, Marisa, was helpful sorting through the massive menu board. I got the five rolled tacos daily special; 2 beef and 3 chicken and a fountain soda. What I love about Geraldo's is the condiment bar with marinated carrots and red onions. Delicious with every bite. As I bussed my tray, Melissa said she hoped I enjoyed my stay and hoped I will be back. Definitely!

Long story short. Cashier accused me of making a mess of the onions. Said I spilled them into the red sauce. And then had the worse attitude. I got there and got my bag of red onions. She gave me the worst stink eye. Said "it didn't look like that before you got there". I just showed up... Sorry there was a mess, and that I'm trying to help contain it. Check the cameras. The cashier needs to keep her composure, regardless of the situation. For whatever it's worth, I've worked in kitchens and bars for 25-ish years and would never make a mess of the station without cleaning it, or at least notifying a staff member...

Here, at 2:17am.. I had the combo 22 and my bestie had the chicken enchilada and chicken taco! Absolutely amazing! Fresh, delicious, seasoned perfectly and the best Roberto's I've had of all the locations I've visited here in Vegas! Wow!

Local of 20+ years. This is the cleanest and friendliest Roberto's in town. The food is bomb as well. I've only been here late night. Between 8pm - 2am.

Picture Perfect burritos and delicious too chimichanga this location has the cleanest nicest Roberto's bathroom I have ever seen I'll come back just for that delicioso

First time at this location & also the chain. Come here if you're looking for something quick and simple. It is *not* fancy -- expect this place to be a step above 'fast food.' Food is 3.5 stars - bumped the overall rating to 4-stars due to the friendly staff. Pros: - vast selection of combo rice plates - meat portions are very generous (way out of proportion vs. the rice) - friendly staff (Efren at the cashier was especially friendly and patient as I figured my way through the giant menu) - fast service coming from the kitchen - parking is easy in the attached parking structure Cons: - some of the food is pre-made too in advance (e.g. menudo came out of a refrigerated bucket and didn't taste fresh - their menu advertises only having it on Sat & Sun, and somehow they had it when I visited (Thu), guacamole (very slurpy version) was brown from oxidation) - students who are not customers & also not wearing masks use this place as a shortcut from the front of the building to the back. The extra foot traffic & increased risk from non-customers makes dining-in unnecessarily more risky during COVID. - salsa looked very watered down and runny, so I didn't try any of it

This location is my go to when in the UNLV area, super convenient and clean and inviting ambiance. Enjoy the laughs and humbling experiences, obviously has the best cooks and service so there's nothing but good things to say... shrimp burrito is Bomb !!! But I also love the chicken nachos and the Sopas !!! Lol if you've missed this newer location, you should go and experience the cleanliness atmosphere friendly and quality service and yumminess that comes from here you'll be pleasantly surprised and find the area to be full of convenience

Best Roberto's I've been to. I really enjoyed their carne asada fries. Horchata is also really good.

Way better than Taco Bell lol I went to Roberto's near UNLV for a late night dinner and it was amazing! I had the Carne Asada burrito and this burrito was huge! I got two meals out of it. The steak was seasoned and cooked just right and the guacamole was so fresh. The service here was also great! I will definitely be going back.

Who eats this stuff? Ordered chili Colorado burrito, was good. Rolled tacos, bland, with the grossest green goo on top that I have ever seen. Not sure if there was any avocado in it or not. Shrimp burrito, edible, barely. Enchiladas, nasty. Quesadilla with cheddar cheese, good. It would appear to me that everything is processed elsewhere and just heated there. All the Mexican drinks come from syrups. The salsas were very weak.

Me and my wife placed an order at the location on Maryland Pkwy near UNLV and the cashier was very rude and disrespectful. After receiving my order I asked for green sauce for my tacos from the refrigerator because the sauce seemed to have hair in it and the cashier name F Ramirez refused. I explained that I would feel more comfortable receiving sauce from the refrigerator because of the hair and I was told the sauce in the refrigerator sauce was for uber orders only. I said that rude, unprofessional and unsanitary, and she just walk away like I was nobody. I hope they take better care of the exposed condiments and have a heart to heart talk with their employees. Great fast service, it was 1:30 A.M and the guy at the register was very nice. Tacos tasted great and they are open 24 hours of the day.

Super friendly staff! I went in this morning. I ordered a carne Asada quesadilla with rice and beans and a large pineapple drink 20/10!

Just finished my jumbo carnitas burrito (+fries) It was excellent Carnitas was crisped on the grill, flour tortilla was also grilled good. Got burrito to go and was perfect temp,when I got home and ate it ( unlike Chipotle wich is always room temp/cold) This attention to detail makes all the difference between a good/great/shitty burrito. However,although recommended by Guy Fieri, their carne asada is bland and tough. Location is new and clean.

Saw this on an episode of "Best Thing I Ever Ate." Guy Fiere raved about their carne asada burrito, so I told my fiancée that he had to check it out since he lives around the corner. This is now his go to when he needs a mexican food fix. So, he bought me a shrimp burrito the other day...and it was SO good.

I was craving a breakfast burrito and thought I would give this Roberto's Taco shop a shot (since other Roberto's I've been to have not been the best) and it was SO GOOD. I was very impressed. The burrito was the perfect size and also not greasy at all. This is now my new favorite place to go pick up a quick burrito.

Everything was watered down. Bean burrito with sour cream cheese was not melted beans cold. Carne asada burrito with cheese sour cream and guacamole cold as well so much tortilla is was crazy on both burritos the large Jamaica I got was watered down too. I'm from San Diego and I've had Texas Mexican food as well this one by far pissed me off the most, especially since the drink isn't even right all yo cut costs

This Robertos is my favorite Robertos taco shop in Las Vegas. They always remember me, they offer a military discount as well as a student discount. I appreciate the food and the customer services. Not to mention they are fast as hell if you call in a order!

Don't come to this location. I would go to Eastern or any other location in vegas. Came down on my lunch, keep in mind i called ahead of time and placed my order. I showed up, got my food, rushed back to work to find out my order was completely wrong, left them a 5 dollar tip and they didn't have any type of way to resolve the issue. Super frustrating when your pregnant, it's hot and you just want some food. Even charged me for the steak

Roberto's has never failed me. Their Asada fries are always top tier. Their salsa is yummy! And their prices are pretty reasonable. I think they're worth your time. (Very clean location too!)

This place gives you exactly what you'd expect. A quick fix for a good burrito or other various Mexican food items. I got the carne asada burrito with extra carne and added rice. It was delicious and service was good/speedy!

They messed my whole order up horrible dont recomend it here worst decision of my life

I tried to place a phone order at 12:30am. 3 carne asada burritos. I asked if they could be grande and I'd tip $5. I got to the location and they didn't have my order. I ordered and said the same thing, grande and I'd tip $5. The guy said "o, they are big already". So I put my sauces together which looked runny compared to other locations. When my order came up which was very fast I went back to my co workers. The burrito's were the smallest I've ever ordered from any Roberto's to date. Like they did it to me on purpose. I was the only person who tipped in their tip jar also. My co workers said they did it to me on purpose and they said the same thing about the size. Never had they had smaller. My first bite was tortilla! I usually go through 4 to 5 sauces per burrito. It was so small I only had 2 sauces with it. Don't ever go to this location, it's the worst Roberto's ever!!!

I went in today to get some food. There was a gentleman cleaning utensils and also touching the trash receptacle in the back. When I finished my order the gentleman went to prep my order by washing his GLOVED hands. He did not discard his soiled gloves, wash his hands, and put on new gloves. I asked the gentleman at the counter if the guy was going change gloves. The gentleman at the counter told the guy who was conducting the food prep to change gloves. I asked for my money back due to not wanting to eat at an establishment that fails to uphold basic sanitary practices. They have an A food rating and ServSafe certificates on the wall. I'm not sure if these are new employees, laxed workplace culture, or failure of management to uphold standards. Stay vigilant. I'm sure children, elderly, and other susceptible groups eat food here. I would hate to see anyone in the hospital due to preventable food borne illness.

I have eaten at several Roberto's over the years. I lived in San Diego in the late 60's and had my first rolled Taco's out of a house on Golden Hill, not far from where we lived. I have loved them ever since (they were the first). Unable to find them anywhere else (at least for many years) was thrilled when we started coming to Las Vegas. So every trip to Las Vegas I visit Roberto's for rolled tacos at least once (and this year I was able to do so in San Diego (Pacific Beach) also). I would be happier if they served chunky guac instead of the creamy stuff (I do NOT like) and if they made more of a pico salsa for the rolled tacos rather than just a red or green sauce but they are still the iconic rolled tacos. I order a taco salad once in awhile there and it is your typical taco salad. Most of the time I have found their buildings clean and the staff friendly and quite willing to accomodate.
