Rocco's Pizza

Unfortunate, really. Ordered 3 times now: 1st: long hair in pizza 2nd: good 3rd: A piece of plastic in the pizza. Yes, really. Not hard plastic, but like part of a used plastic bag (photo attached). The pizza I had was good so we wanted to give second chance; however, 66% of our orders now have had disgusting items inside the pizza. I’m hoping others haven’t experienced the same, and I appreciate that help is hard to find/manage lately. Worse… after last night’s “experience” the owner or manager never called me directly. I don’t want free food. Maybe a sincere apology and conveying they will make changes necessary would necessitate a 3rd chance.

Ordered large cheese calzone The calzone was the perfect size for two people. I also ordered 3 marinara sauces on the side (50 cents each - I was expecting at least one to come with the order but I guess not? The guy seemed impatient/rushed on the phone so I didn't want to ask too many questions) The dough was cooked well and was a little crispy on the outside, but didn't have any flavor. It didn't taste like it had any salt at all which was a little weird. There was a LOT of cheese inside (no ricotta) and a little bit of marinara sauce. Overall, it was a pretty decent calzone, very filling. The inside was great, the dough was meh.

Very good pizza for a local in your neighborhood type of place. A little pricey but it’s in Naperville so it only makes sense. One of my go to for sundays football.

Pizza is good but no way I'd order from here again! Ordered dinners the woman rushed the order on the phone and of course the order was half wrong. Ordered chicken parm with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara. Got chicken Alfredo instead. Ordered cheese ravioli, got meat. Called and the same woman started arguing. Hung up on her. I would only order their pizza if I was you.

It was my first time ordering here. I had a cheese pizza with bread sticks. The dough was thick, which I loved. The sauce has really good flavor and it was just right.

Received a Welcome coupon at our new house, so we decided to give Rocco's a try. Pizza was delicious as was the pasta. Luckily this location is right down the street from us, and we can't wait to go back. Yum!

The pizza is pretty good, but the prices were really high. And the Family size pizza was like a normal Large pizza. They have a good selection though, so I'm a little torn. I just wish the cost was more reasonable

Rocco's Pizza is a place that unless you know it's there you can easily drive by and keep going right on by. Often times headed out of that parking lot is when you are reminded that there is a pizza place there. An order for pick up was ready quickly and can be tracked using the website. Walking in it was a typical pizza place that smelled like pizza with a few soft drinks available. This was my first experience with Rocco's Pizza and I can't say anything bad about the pizza, no surprises good nor bad. I'll keep Rocco's Pizza in the pizza rotation.

Used to be good. It's still good, but they can't make a typical chicago thin crust pizza. It's soft dough, no snap or crunch or anything. I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I must've passed this place 50x taking my daughter to practice over the last 9 months. Never had any idea it was here. What a fool I feel like. The pizza is AMAZING!!! It's a small, quaint shop, located tucked away in the corner of the plaza. I got a half cheese half pepperoni and my only complaint is I wish they advertised better so I could've found it last summer!! And the lady (didn't get her name) helping me decide what to order... deserves a raise. Such a sweetheart and so friendly!

Solid Chicago tavern pizza. Ask for thin extra crispy and we have the same preference.

Haven't ordered from here for at least 7 years, no reason, other than it is not close by to me. That will change because they are worth the little extra drive. Had a thin crust pepperoni pizza and it was excellent. Definitely putting Rocco's back into my rotation

Maybe after a 12 pack of beer? The pie we ordered and picked up 3 blocks away was soggy and way over salted. Many people like their pizza that way. I prefer to taste the quality of the ingredients and add salt if needed. I also prefer a much crispier crust.

I was looking for a pizza place to deliver for a company meeting and chose Rocco's based on reviews. Communication was excellent, the price was reasonable and delivery was flawless. The delivery was a little difficult due to the location and yet there were no issues or complaints. I was not able to eat the pizza, but it smelled and looked delicious. Many of our employees approached me, the following day, to tell me how delicious the pizza was. We will definitely choose Rocco's again for our pizza.

Their pizza is very good but they have gotten the last two orders of mine (with the same ask) incorrect. I used GrubHub and wrote "Important: 1/2 cheese-only and other 1/2 pepperoni and mushroom, please." This time it came with one half mushroom and one half pepperoni. Last time it was all pepperoni and mushroom. I've an extremely picky eater at home (we are working on it...) and I really don't like to have to pick things off food because the order wasn't correct... twice. Like I said, good pizza (and fast) but the quality control is a problem.

Best sauce, best crust! No skimping on the toppings....definitely our go to! Staff is great!

I've always thought the hole-in-the-wall pizza joints are the way to go - and I mean that in the best possible way. The place where you get basic, no-frills, just what you need on a weeknight pizza. The cheese to topping to sauce to crust ratio is spot on. The sauce is actually very tasty, and the cheese perfectly melty. I ordered for carryout on a Wednesday and it was ready in 20 minutes. Highly recommend this as your local pizza spot!

The margarita is delicious. Crisp crust, hint of garlic contrasts nicely with sauce on the sweet side. Can be salty likely due to generous mozzarella but overall this is the pizza our family depends on. We've been regulars since the late 1990's. Fussy pie spots come and go but Rocco's is still standing serving up affordable consistently good pizza. Again this is not high end wood fired craft ingredient territory this is the dependable family pizza night delivery/pick up spot.

Pretty good pizza place. I felt their dough was a different taste and texture compared to other pizza joints. One of our pizzas was overcooked. Overall, worth trying.

This is my favorite style of pizza. It's the kind I grew up on. Thin crust (you can order double), delicious tomato sauce, quality cheese and fresh toppings. They have a gluten free crust. Only issue is it's only a available in medium pizzas, which are huge for one person. I just love Rocco's. I don't want pizza from anywhere else since I first had a taste. The people that work there are friendly and their service is efficient. Single(large) slices are available, but later in the evening harder to rely on availability. No in store dining. Located near Trader Joe's, close to Great Harvest. Delivery is available.

A few weeks back I went in to pick up a pizza and garlic bread. I was very happy with my decision to go here. From the time I ordered it only took about 15 minutes for my food to be ready. Both the pizza and garlic bread were absolutely amazing!!!

My family and I have been ordering from Rocco's for 12-15 years now. To us it's the greatest family pizzeria we've ever eaten. The secret is in the sauce I swear. That balance between sweet and bite is perfect with the sauce. It's unlike any place I've ever ordered from. The dough is also fantastic. Especially when it comes out golden brown. You won't be disappointed if you like thin crust or double dough. That's what we've always ordered.

We finally found a pizza joint we all love! The Hawaiian pizza is the absolute best with their home made bbq sauce and healthy portion of pineapple! We have gone every other week!

I've never seen service take a nose dive like this.. My wife and I have been ordering pizza from Rocco's for years and we loved it until today...we ordered a pizza for delivery. It was an hour late so we called - they said they thought we said we were picking it up and said we'd be getting a pizza right away ...20 minutes later the delivery driver arrives and says we owe money - he had to call the restaurant and I had to stand there waiting for them to figure out what happened - turns out I owe them 2 dollars and 40 cents because it's a delivery instead of a pickup! Ok, I say put that and the tip on my card ...I bring the pizza in only to find out it's ICE COLD!!!' Final insult. I'm done with Rocco's.

We've been picking up pizza from Rocco's for years and have always been very happy with the speed, service, and quality of the food. Convenient location close to home seals the deal.

Pizza slice was just terrible! Nasty over-cooked and greasy with no flavor.

Had a chicken parmigiana sandwich at work today for our Saturday lunch. It was delicious. Meat sandwich was very good as well

This place is somewhat hidden as it's tucked away in a corner (near the bread shop). Friendly service. I got a thin crust veggie pizza and it was pretty good. Nice dose of cheese. It was very sparse on green peppers and mushrooms, though.

The crust is always so soggy!!! Other than that, it's the best pizza you will eat. They need to work on keeping the crust from getting soggy. They use really good cheese and ingredients and they don't skimp on the ingredients.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. We just moved into a new home (but we're locals), so this was a shot in the dark. We got the thin crust pizza with Italian beef, gardinera, and sausage. It was INCREDIBLE. Reheated very well and had tons of flavor. They are not stingy on cheese either. They also told us 40 min for delivery it was here WAAY faster than that. Very very highly recommend!

This place is your standard neighborhood pizza place and it's just about perfect. I had a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza and an order of buttered noodles for the kids. It was ready to go when I was there to pick up. The pizza box doesn't look big when you get a medium pizza but it's about enough for 2-3 people. And the noodles were enough for my 4yo and 1yo to share. I'll definitely be back.

Best customer service ever- the people here genuinely care for their customers and ensure they are properly taken care of. The extra thin crust well done is a crust I would highly recommend. The Rocco's special is pretty popular as well for us. Very nice people and friendly staff:)

My family just moved into the Naperville area and we're always on the lookout for good pizza places that are local, family run. I tried this place yesterday evening on a whim based on the stars and this place reminded of another local small family run pizza place in downers grove. Everyone in the family raved about roccos pizza last night! We have definitely found our new pizza place! A shout out and a piece of advise to the owners- please don't change your quality and service and keep doing whats you've been doing!

Usualy when a business changes from the ORIGINAL ownership theyre trying to save money in the beginning and cut back on quality. This seems to be the case with Rocco's too. My wife was raving about this pizza AND its called ROCCOS so I thought how could we go wrong. I am not a Chicago transplant. I was born in Chicago and grew up trying new pizza on the Northside and the Southside. Roccos is equal to speedway gas station pizza. It has a very bland taste to it. I was expecteing a crunchy crust on a thin pizza and this isnt the case at Rocco's. People that swear by Rocco's havent had Al's pizza on cumberland and lawrence in Norridge.

I always pass this place when I go grocery shopping but it never looked like the kind of place I thought would have gluten free pizza. Well, I looked at the delicious looking pics on Yelp, called, talked to the owner, and within 20 mins, the perfect gluten free pizza was delivered to my door. Honestly, when I opened the box, it was still steaming. That has never happened in my whole pizza delivery life. 10/10! Thank you, Rocco's Pizza!! I will be back!

Hands down the best pizza joint I've been to! From quick orders to great taste this place does it all! I have become a huge fan and frequent customer at Rocco's and they never fail to serve up a tasty pizza that I can bring home for my family and friends. Tonight I ordered a family sized pizza with all sausage plus bacon and half pepperoni with the other half green pepper and everyone at my dinner table loved it! For the quality of taste and service I paid a low price and only had to wait 30 minutes for the pizza to be ready even after requesting the pizza to be well cooked. Very friendly staff working the front, as well as quick!

Omg !!!! Read the reviews while shopping next door at My fave independent grocery store-Casey's so I grabbed a slice of pepperoni to test the waters & grab a menu. Now I'm back with the best Italian beef pizza on the planet !!!

One of the best pizza I've had in a long time. I ordered a thin crust with sausage mushrooms and fresh garlic. It was Saturday night so they were busy but they had it ready in 25 minutes and it was delicious. Will definitely be going back.

It was good pizza. I've had better but it by far surpasses any chain restaurant. Pretty fast and the pricing wasn't bad.

This is really an excellent pizza spot! Rocco's Pizza is really awesome! All of their offers are great and interesting. Their food here is really fresh, unique, and very delicious. Their menu is so huge, their variety is so great, and they have a nice selection to choose from. All of their food are so fair and reasonably priced. You can really save a lot of money here. Their food worth every penny. You will absolutely love all of their food. Rocco's Pizza is exceptional. Their pizza is so tasty, unique, delicious, and phenomenal. The texture and style of it is so different and much better than other pizza. Really incredible and mind-blowing. This place is really amazing. They are so near and very accessible. Been living nearby for 13 years and finally tried Rocco's. Ordered a 16" thin crust with sausage, chopped garlic and fresh basil. Delivery was fairly quick and the pizza itself was delivered hot and was very tasty. Good crust, good sauce and not too much of it. Nice chunks of flavorful sausage and the garlic and basil flavors were noticeable without being overpowering. I wish I had tried this place sooner, I have a new go-to pizza place!

I love Rocco's, and my family has ordered pizza from them for over 15 years, but I feel like I have to pick a new spot. We're in the midst of a global pandemic, and the owner, someone I have always respected, will not wear a mask correctly. He wears a chin diaper. When I picked up our pizzas this evening, his mouth and nose were uncovered around food, both cooked and uncooked, and his employees. That's a deal-breaker for me. I'm sad to have to find a new go-to pizza place after all of these year, but respect for customers wins out here. Sorry, Rocco's.

I love supporting small, family owned businesses. Very friendly. Generous with the cheese and a great price compared to others. A large ($19) with 3 topping fed 3 of us comfortably. Very Tasty Pizza and will definitely go again.

This has been my favorite pizza for a while now... great sauce and the right amount, gooey cheese on a thin crust that's not cracker thin but not bulky bread either. Unfortunately, I've been very disappointed the last couple of times I've gotten it delivered. Last night it looked and tasted like it was a reheated leftover. The cheese was browned and dry- even though I ordered extra cheese, it didn't seem to have made its way onto it. The sauce was good, but didn't seem fresh, either. However! The breaded mushrooms were fantastic! Juicy and flavorful. Yum!

Great pizza, quality ingredients, and I can feed my entire family for $17 with a family size pizza. Owner has even offered to open early when I needed pizza for my kids' events. I have not ordered anything but pizza here, but Rocco's is our go-to neighborhood pizza restaurant.

Got a quick slice with sausage to go for $2.75. WOW! From the dough, sauce and cheese, all the ingredients tasted very top notch! The dough was kinda thick, but soft and delicate and the same time. Sauce tasted fresh and had a good flavor and the cheese wasn't overwhelming like what most pizzerias do to mask the flavor of the dough and sauce. This place doesn't mess around!

They make a very good thin crust. That's my go to pie. Extra thin with a nice crisp outer crust. I had a problem once and Fred set things right. That says a lot about a place. Everyone can have a bad night.

While I really liked their pizza, hubby thought it was way too cheesy and even took some of it off.... How dare he?!?? So if you love your pizza cheesy as hell, Rocco's is for you... If ur like my husband, then this not for u. We got their thin crust, and well, just a warning- it's not very thin lol. It wasn't crispy either. Which again, I was fine with, but hubby likes super thin and crispy- so not for him. But alas, I ended up giving 4 stars cuz when he is out of town, I will be ordering from here again ;) I would like to see them set up online ordering, cuz the guy who took my order didn't repeat my order back to me and didn't even tell me the price and hung up very abruptly. I had to call back and ask how much the bill would be :/

I've been ordering for 23 years, back when the orig. owners Rocco and Debbie ran their place. It's my hands down fav place to get pizza from.

Rocco's is one of my favorite places to order pizza from. Personally I think its an amazing deal considering how good it is. I love how this place always has the pizza ready when they say its going to be ready. At other pizza places I sometimes have to wait around a few extra minutes, but that rarely happens at Rocco's. They seem to be very organized! The price is very reasonable and the pizza tastes amazing! Rocco's rocks!
