Rock & Reilly's

Rock & Reilys is about the only thing fluidly functional at the Topanga Social opening week. Amongst businesses that are closing a few hours before 'closing time', this bar is lively and has servers throughout the entire lobby. While most places closed early because they ran out of select items, this place managed to keep pouring the best drinks. Will was my bartender, and he did great. Wish they had a bigger beer selection, but definition definitely had every bottle of high-end alcohol you could think of. Will be back after the rest of the place works out the kinks.

Came here during happy hour, the bartender told us “the non happy hour well liquor was only a ‘couple dollars more’” so we ordered a couple of those… at the end, those drinks were more than twice the HH price and the one well drink ordered was actually charged at $12 vs $7 HH price. I have given this place multiple tries and have not had a good experience to date. So disappointing, I’m done. So frustrating. Expensive and crappy mixed drinks, every time. It’s a shame as this should be a staple in the area. Don’t go here. It’s overpriced and not a “happy” experience.

I been coming here for 2 years and I really enjoy the atmosphere and the camaraderie amongst the staff members. I prefer Leila because she is very friendly and on top of her game. All of the staff members work very fast. I love this place.

Customer service needs improvement. Bar tender acted as if we and the other patrons were a bother to her during happy hour lol

The happy hour was $7 before 7 pm. I still got charged a couple extra dollars,but I'll be honest this time was not happy.Never had a bad experience till now. I always come here when the gentlemen with red hair and goatee work at the bar. This time was a woman with long wavy hair who seemed to be ignoring purposely whenever I approached the bar. She had me and my partner wait for 20mins while she hung out chatting and not looking in our direction,with the patrons who had drinks already. After finally being served, I had asked her if she could possibly refill my Topanga Social Card to use amongst the other restaurants. She gave me an attitude and said I can't pay with that there when I already knew that and I mentioned to her Again I knew that and needed to buy food. She walked away for another 15- 20mins to the other side of the bar to help the same people who already had drinks. I'm accustomed to being served by when you arrive in order following the next customer. Not this young lady. I saw her dapping it up with customers who arrived after me and would serve them. Had a great attitude with them but would change her demeanor when approaching me and my partner. Felt as if she had something personal against me and I've never met her until that day. She didn't greet us ,wasn't welcoming and made it uncomfortable to be there after. I work as a bartender and this service sucks, I used to enjoy coming here. Hope you guys get better.

We approached the bar with one bar tender in sight and a couple sitting across from us who were already served. We sat right across from the bar tender, we were able to see him and he was able to see us. It was my husband’s birthday and we figured we’d toast to another year before we walked around the mall. We took a few minutes to glance at the menu. Kept looking up to see if the waiter was coming by at any moment since he had already seen us sitting there. Ten minutes pass and still no hello no I’ll be right with you guys… nothing. A minute later, two Caucasian males walk up to the bar probably three seats away from us, the Caucasian red headed bar tender with a mustache (we did not get his name) walks up to the gentlemen to greet them both, starts a conversation about the menu asks them if he can get them anything, all while my husband and I are in awe and just staring at him doing all of this. At that point my husband prefers to get up and go somewhere else. The bar tender sees us get up and understands everything that is going on at this point, even the gentlemen caught it without us having to say a word. The absolute WORSE experience. To have to start a birthday celebration off like this. It is very sad to have a company that allows this kind of stuff to happen as I’m sure it was not his first nor last time doing this.

Tried to record some stuff for my socials on my GoPro, management was very weird and told me to leave even though I was just recording myself. Cool vibes ruined by weird management.

Overall I really enjoyed the atmosphere and cocktails I ordered. The reasoning behind the low score is because I am not understanding why I was charged an additional $4.00 to each of my margaritas. Nothing fancy or special just a Margie, so it would have been nice to know of the added charge before ordering. I tipped on the bill as well as giving an additional cash tip to the server. So over all I spent more on the tips than the actual drinks themselves. The moral of this review is I really hate being nickeled and dimmed. 😊

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Ive been coming since it opened was always taken care of by Leila, Johnny and Mark sad to see they have left but still have Leila. And she is the kind of bartender that makes you feel like you're not just a customer -- you're family. Every time I walk in, she greets me with a warm smile and remembers my drink order and my husbands. She's not just fast and efficient, but genuinely cares about your experience. Whether it's crafting the perfect cocktail, making great conversation, or just noticing when you need a refill without asking whether its my next drink or just refilling my water-- Leila gets it. There's a certain kind of magic when someone makes a busy bar feel like your neighborhood spot, and Leila brings that magic every single time. I always come with my husband, coworkers or friends here or Margarita Garden. Thank you, Leila, for always taking care of us. You're the reason we keep coming back

All of the staff members work very fast. I love this place. I used to spend a lot of time at Sol Y Luna and HQ Gastropub, but Topanga social is a level above all other places. The camaraderie and the friendship here amongst the guest is next level. I highly recommend this place all my friends and family and come here on a weekly basis. Ask for Joe the manager, or Leila the bartender.

Was a lazy Thursday in Woodland Hills . 100 degrees today . Went to get a beer and ended up with 2 new cocktails . Sierra is working . Great service and ambiance . Not thirsty Thursday anymore .

Top notch, all around. Located in the Topanga Social Dining Area, Rock & Reilly's is full a bar serving draft and bottled beer, a wide variety of spirits and cocktails. All the bartenders are really cool, serving up just about anything you like. Also available is a list of specialty cocktails on the menu. For bites, there are a couple of burger options, wings and fries.

Popped in for a quick drink after the mall to relax and chill before dinner. We sat along the bar area which was pretty busy that night. Mind you it was a weekend and the holiday season has begun. Service was great and Leyla, I believe that as her name. She took care of us which was great. The vibe was nice which is always a positive. People watching was excellent if that was your thing. Also, we noticed people being over food from the social to have with their drinks. Drinks menu was nice with both cocktails beer and wine. Believe they can also make whatever is your liking as it's a full bar. It's a perfect spot right along the middle of the strip.

Such a neat spot at the topanga social especially on Friday nights when they have a great DJ on set. I really wish I had gotten the name of the bartender (one with a really cool dragon tattoo) who helped us out- she was the best with the friendliest attitude & awesome drink recommendations! Will definitely be coming back!

Wooooh this place had a great Cranberry Lemon Drop and Gold Rush made by the Fabulous Devin!!!! Amazing hospitality and an honor to have his cordial acquaintanceship, just asked us while we perused the menu: "Can I make ya something?!l we said yes and wooooooow. Need I say less?!

Devin is the absolute BEST! Give this man a raise. He's so fun, so attentive, and just overall on it! My bf and I are here almost every Thursday because of his service!

Leila is the best bartender! We come for happy hour, but not exclusively. They have HH from 3-7pm. All draft beers and a strawberry whiskey sour which is delish! Quick and fast service from Leila. We usually come on Thursdays which is the day I think she works. Definitely come by this place at the Topanga social in the Westfield mall. Super cute and great to grab a drink before or after or mid shopping :)

They don't play around with their drinks! I'm a light drinker but having one strawberry whiskey sour already gets me a little buzzed. I don't normally drink whiskey sours at all, ever, but the flavor of this one is very good! The bar is right in the middle of topanga social with plenty of bar seating since it goes all the way around but also tons of regular seating in general with tables. I haven't had anything else catch my eye from here. I mainly drink fruity or tiki style drinks but this spot is great! Happy hour daily till 7pm, one of the workers even took our orders and delivered them to our table! She was very sweet and love that they do that here. IG: @ammysalamii

Love this place! Come here with my man all the time and have a great time. Devin, the bartender showed us the most exceptional paloma that I have ever tasted. Must come on Tuesday, Thursday night and Saturday!

I had an amazing experience. Devin makes the best Palomas that are not on the menu. All you have to do is ask for that specialty drink.

Wow get an Espesso Martini made by WILL!! it's hands down the best I've had! He's super friendly and knows what he's doing!

This is one of the bars located inside Topanga Social and probably the best one of all. Although I'm not a drinker, I love hanging out in their lounge with friends who enjoy their drinks. They do have happy hour from Monday to Friday from 4pm to 7pm. Bites and drinks are available for a very affordable price of $7 each. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Super chill vibe, they have live music on some weekends, a 21+ lounge with TVs, and a wide selection of liquor. Got myself a sculpin on tap and it was cold and refreshing.

Came here with one of my girlfriend to catch up. Topanga social has many dining options and 2 bars. This is one of them and it was a good experience. The bartender was very nice and bubbly. He made us each an espresso martini that was soooooo good!! I wanted to order more but didn't want to have a case of the jitters there was a live band that made the night even more enjoyable.

Thursday Ritual solely because of Devin. Best banter, best cocktails, and best bartender around!

Still five stars all around came here for happy hour and I was very satisfied. They have some very good friend options and some very good wings! Try the strawberry whiskey sour and it will be no regrets. It was a perfect drink option for this heat. The service is always amazing. Johnny was our server today and he was incredible. Good sense of humor and very attentive. He defined service excellence at its finest. Come to this bay because the vibe and ambiance is perfect!

The drinks are fine and they have a decent happy hour menu but the service here is consistently so bad every time. I've been here several times during the week day throughout the year and every experience has never been good. The people working there are always rude and aren't friendly at all, the service sometimes takes a while when your standing there even when it's not busy. It genuinely feels like they don't want to serve you here. Wouldn't recommend!

We've been wanting to check out Topanga Social for a while now, but also wanted to give the places some time to work out any proverbial kinks. Rock & Reilly's has happy hour on Friday, so we headed over. Rather than sitting in the attractive lounge area, we sat at the bar, as we always get better service there. After moving into a different part of the bar due to a gruff "know what you want" from a barback, we met with Devin and everything turned around. He was great! We enjoyed some well drinks and beer for $7.00. Jim G. was particularly a fan of the $7.0o wings. They are pretty salty, but they paired perfectly with our drinks. The very best part of the night was when King Chris and the Soultopia Show started performing for all to see. They were so good and really amped up the nice vibe we already were enjoying. Glad we stopped by. Check it out!

This place is great!!! You can buy a drink from them and they allow you to bring outside food . Ever Wednesday they have bingo night and it is so much fun!!! I was surprised because they actually allow all ages I came here with my two daughters and they also had a blast. The host/DJ was amazing.

If you've never been to Topanga Social, you should definitely check it out. This bar is great if you want to sit and have a few cocktails after a day of shopping or just walking around the mall. We went here for a quick drink and had the pleasurable of meeting the bartender/mixologist who made us these incredible drinks. However, it was a bit on the pricy side so I'm glad we only had one each! Regardless, we had a great time and will likely come back again.

We finally made it the Topanga Social, and in particular we wanted to check out Rock & Reilly's happy hour. Devin was fantastic! He was fast, friendly, and made us feel welcome after someone else was a bit off putting. We had a couple well drinks and beers for $7 each. Decent deal, but the best deal was the wings for $7. They were also very tasty and you should 100% try them! Surprise to me on this Friday night they had an awesome band that we watched from the bar. Good times.

Horrible place!!! I took my daughter today to sit down to eat and the music was so bad like really no 80 or 90s or the new era they just put the old as stuff

I went here for happy hour and I was not disappointed. This bar was great. The bartender, Johnny with the cute dimples was extraordinary. He gave outstanding customer service and made us unique specialty drinks. The bar had an incredible vibe and plenty of room. They also have a living room/lounge area you can sit in. I had two strawberry whiskey sour drinks and one special drink made by Johnny with some lemon pepper wings that were tender and tasty. The drinks were good. I will be a recurring customer. Best bar in the Topanga Social food court. Incredible happy hour prices.

So it's about time I leave a review. This is my go-to bar, drinks are always made well especially if made by Leila or Johnny. From the first time we came they had great recommendations and know their drinks . they know exactly what I would like besides awesome bartenders they are hospitable and treat us like family. Thursdays-Sundays they have rotating live bands (some better than others) always fun and I know me and the wifey will have a great time. Managers Joe and Tim always check-in to make sure we are taken care of.

Had a horrible first experience at this bar, they are not accomodating at all. Went here with a friend on a Friday night to have some drinks before grabbing dinner @ Topanga Social. There were about 3 bartenders that night & all of them seemed to ignore my friend & I, even with making eye contact with them! *** GO TO MARGARITA GARDEN INSTEAD *** , they came to us with service right when we sat down & had a far better time there than Rock & Reilly's.

5 stars for being the coolest place to hang out at inside of Topanga Social! I love the decor and ambiance here. They really did a great job. Service is quick and friendly too. While I can't speak to the food, the drink selection was solid. I enjoyed a couple pints of Lagunitas. Next time I'm at Topanga Social, I will definitely be stopping in again. Go ahead and give Rock & Reilly's a try!

Came here for a couple of drinks while my family was shopping. I opened a tab I was served one drink taste was good. Later ordered another drink, went to the restroom came back to see that they moved my drink to another seat to accommodate 2 ladies. When I was done with my 2nd drink the bar tender was too busy talking to another lady across from me, all I wanted was a cup of water and maybe another drink. By the time he was done talking to the lady it was time to close my tab. Next time I'll dress like a lady.

This bar is the highlight of topanga social. Great service and decent drinks with reasonable prices. Make sure to stop by Rick & Reilly's if you are shopping at Westfield and decide to grab a bite at topanga social.

I've walked past this bar numerous times and made a mental note to stop for a drink next time I'm at the mall. This time I was at the mall, I noticed all the seats at the bar were taken so I was going to check it out another time. I just happened to walk around the bar with the intention to grab a sandwich from Fat Sals and to my surprise was an antique style lounge area located behind the bar. Super cute!! We sat ourselves and ordered a few cocktails off the menu. All cocktails on the menu are made with whiskey and I'm not that familiar with whiskey so our server suggested a drink she thought I'd like. It was sooo tasty. I would've never guessed I was drinking whiskey. My friend ordered a cadillac. She's very critical about different cadillacs and described it as perfect. We ordered a few more cocktails. The only food on the menu were wings and I was not a fan of them. Overall, I loved the lounge, the bartender did his thing and our server was great. I will definitely be back and just order food from one of the other eateries over there.

OMG guys this place is awesome . It was our first time there and so happy. Julissa who was assisting us so sweet fast friendly. Smiling all the time. We had a really nice time here. Priced very reasonable and good food

I've been coming here for a few weeks now, the bartender Will makes the absolute best cocktails I ever had in my life. He legit knows what he's doing. The price isn't too bad. If he's working I recommend The Last Word or anything he makes you will be satisfied

Jonny will always be my favorite bartender here! He's super sweet and welcoming. I recommend to come but ask for Jonny!

Devin (the bartender) is the best! I told him that I was having a rough day. Then he asked me vodka, tequila or whiskey? I told him whiskey, (so he made me a "Gold Lush" *a personal drink that he makes for himself and for "select few") then everyone saw how much I was enjoying it and people started ordering it!!! I love a good upsale since I'm also in retail!!! He's the mutha fucking best!!! I don't know if he's single but I'd holla with his fine ass!!! Great customer service by far!!!!! Definitely recommend this bar but ask for DEVIN!!! He'll treat you right! And talk to you nice as well. Bless ya hustle and much abundance on ya journey!

Horrible service. Went with my boyfriend who stood there for at least 15 minutes (enough time for me to go get an ice cream and eat it) and was completely ignored. There were 2 male bartenders. One just stood there and the other one was busy looking at pictures on another patron's phone. My boyfriend thought maybe it's because he is Mexican...??????

Check your bank statements! I've been here couple times. And have had no problems. But I went yesterday and found out that this new bartender I haven't. Seen helped us out and over charged me in three different transactions. On top of that he gave himself an additional 3 dollar tip from what I first put on. He was tall white tattoos with a silver chain.

Man I love this place but the service is so hit or miss. My wife and I come once a week for a drink and dinner at The Social. In the past month the servers and bartenders have SUUUCKED. 3 bad experiences in a row I don't know what happened. Get it together guys you're losing long time customers. Side note they have a really fun trivia night.

Expensive drinks, horrible parking, no seat at the "lounge or bar".. It's a no no for me

Finally got to check one of these out. Parking was really difficult on a Wednesday night, but you are at a huge mall. The bar is tucked in to a large, upscale food court area, with an awesome lounge that seats about 30 tucked in the back. Bartenders and servers are on it, as they have plenty of staff, even if it gets really busy. They let you bring food from other areas as well. Good drinks, fast and friendly service, could you ask for more? Yes, yes I could. Could you also have an awesome bingo session happening on Wednesday nights? Yes, yes, they do. I heard they also have other live entertainment on other nights, but my wife and I enjoyed a surprise bingo session. We won a $10 gift card for the whole food court area. A couple of people won $25 cards! Host/DJ (Matt?) was awesome as well. He was nice to everybody, and had a tough time with some loud drunks, but stayed chill and made sure we all had a good time. Really hoping to check this place out with some friends for another bingo night, in a cool lounge, in a mall, who knew?!

I don't really like writing reviews but was compelled to do both good and bad. The service was amazing by both Will and Leila however when there was a shift change the two bartenders were doing some kind of set up and kept pushing my glass of water towards me as if I was in their way without any form of communication or explanation other than "we are setting up". Well EXCUSE ME!! As they were doing their so called setting up they were making noises and my friends and I just felt the need to leave and go elsewhere. Being in retail and customer service for 50 years, that was simply rude and they won't be earning my business in the future.
