"Rogue Radish is a food trailer with seasonal and vegetable-forward grain bowls featuring a big variety of regularly-changing ingredients. The menu is often very short and changes often, and if you want to make the most of the name, you can get a shot of radish juice with any order. It’s currently located in a parking lot at 5th and Pedernales." - raphael brion, adele hazan, nicolai mccrary
"Rogue Radish is taking a summer break and will reopen sometime in August." - Nadia Chaudhury
"Former Pitchfork Pretty chef Max Snyder’s vegan-friendly trailer Rogue Radish has been on my list to try for an embarrassingly long time, and now that I finally made it over, I regret all the time I could have spent eating there. I got the goat on rice bowl and the tender fish sauce and maple syrup-marinated goat was one of my favorite bites this year. It so many great things in one bowl — purple sticky rice, black beans, pickled vegetables, and super-fresh salad. Sad desk lunch, begone. —ER" - Nadia Chaudhury, Erin Russell
"Rogue Radish is a vegetable-focused food truck in Austin, Texas, operated by chef Max Snyder and his wife Jenny. The truck is parked at Pitchfork Pretty, and Snyder uses produce from local farmers and his home garden, where he grows herbs, flowers, and vegetables such as beets, kale, chard, and more." - Erin Russell
"From the former chef of Pitchfork Pretty comes Rogue Radish, a trailer serving excellent seasonally-minded grain bowls with regularly-changing ingredients. Most of the menu items come vegan by default, but there’s the option to add additional proteins, like tamari-marinated farm eggs or grilled goat. It’s on the lot of the former Eastside Cafe at 2113 Manor Road. photo credit: Nicolai McCrary" - Raphael Brion
