"Tacos and margaritas are a winning combination at Rojo Gusano. Among the tacos, the al pastor with pineapple salsa, pork belly with tamarind, and the Korean-inspired barbecue beef with kimchi stand out. The guacamole trio makes a perfect starter for a group. There’s a second location in Ravenswood." - aimee.levitt, Eater Staff

"The Albany Park location of Rojo Gusano is fueling the fun with $30 taco kits. They’re packed with a protein (choose between bistec alambre, pastor alambre, chorizo con papas, and chicken tinga), onions, cilantro, guacamole salsa, habanero salsa, limes, radish, and 12 corn tortillas. Pair the meal with margaritas and mezcalitas for $20/quart." - Jeffy Mai

Truly Exceptional tacos, this place stands as a favorite for my wife and I. It has a very warm atmosphere. The drinks were excellent, as was the food, in addition to the knowledgeable staff. Glad to see they are doing well during these trying times. A must try for the Albany park area.

I tried the Korean BBQ taco 🌮. It was delicious and very filling. The Paloma drink was a little light on tequila but very tasty overall. The view is excellent, the wind breeze is great. They follow social distancing rules. 👍👍

Great tacos and cocktails. Ceviche was fantastic and fresh. Portion sizes we're perfect--they don't skimp on the meat! Definitely recommend the Korean BBQ 🌮

It is such a casual place in North-park area. Tacos here are good with house made tortilla. I love all the beef here, the Korean BBQ Beef Taco is amzing. Here is what you should try : Pork Adobo taco, Mixed Mushroom Taco, Braised Short Rib Taco, Spicy Pumpkin Seed Guacamoles.

Great customer service, drinks were a little overpriced, but the food was amazing. The menu is limited for indoor dining, so call before you go. Definitely get the mango margarita wasn’t on the menu, but it was good. They have different flavors.

This Mexican Restaurant is amazing. They are able to construct several tacos with tons of flavor. Their tortillas are hand pressed, pillowy and delicious. This set the tone for all the tacos. Their mushroom taco is the best vegetarian taco I have ever had. It had infused, subtle spice with fresh cilantro which brightens it perfectly. Their Korean BBQ has deep, rich Asian flavors on the beef while countering that with crunchy, zesty kimchi. The short rib and butternut squash also deserve a shout out. This place is not to be missed on a taco tour.
