Literally the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had. Juicy, tender, the meat just melts! Armadillo eggs are amazing 🤩 Clean trailer, fast service, kind people. I just wish they would open a restaurant!!!! Also, the sauce needs to be bottled and sold!

Stupidest name ever for a food truck. Rollin coals definition is for a stupid modified diesel truck to blow black smoke in the air on purpose due to their modified fuel management system just to look cool and to pollute. The brisket tacos were delicious and the gentleman who served me was super nice. I would recommend this food truck to anyone, and I will be spending my money with them again in the future. If I was the owner I would definitely be thinking about a name change

This food was freaking delicious!! I ordered the pork and brisket with a potato salad and mac and cheese side. Everything was amazing!! We will definitely be coming back for more!

This bbq was extremely good and tender. I never like pulled pork and ordered it for my child so I tried some and I would purchase this again for myself!

My husband and I both agree that this is some of the best bbq we’ve had in the Abq area…. And we’ve tried all of the known places. You gotta try the Mac and cheese! It’s to die for!

The brisket and pulled pork are out of this world. Very professional, affordable, clean, sanitary truck, and most importantly, amazing food!!

Stopped at the Food Truck on Saturday afternoon, Unser and Paradise. We had pork tacos and a pork sandwich. They were excellent! Pork has a great flavor. BBQ sauce is little sweet, but the salsa is good. We will definitely stop by when we see their truck again!
