While visiting castles in the area, we wanted a nice place to stay with a good restaurant. This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations! Very comfortable room with a balcony in a quiet small town, very helpful and friendly staff, and a Michelin star restaurant. We could not have asked for better. |Special mention of the restaurant waitress Sylvia. Since we could not read the menu in German, she helped us select local specialties. Her help and patience was greatly appreciated.|Our stay also got us a tourist discount card that got us in free at all the attractions we wanted to see nearby.

It’s worth the drive! 🤍 We wanted to be surprised so we ordered 8course menu and it did not disappoint. The ambience is excellent, nicely tidy up, not too hot not too warm, just a good feeling. The service is really good. The service crew are well aware on what they’re serving. Each components are explained well. The food is amazing! Fresh ingredients, combination of flavour are well balanced, you can feel the different texture in a plate. My best top is the Pork Belly and the duck 🤍

Actually everything was excellent about this hotel. Our room was comfortable and spotless. The staff is wonderful, they really aim to accommodate all needs - whether providing tips for day trips, serving breakfast or delivering a nice glass of wine in their small but well laid out garden. |Location is perfect to explore the Schwäbische Alb and it’s in a very quiet spot. |The food in both restaurants (gourmet restaurant with michelin star and dorfstube) is wonderful as is the wine list.

We had planned on eating at the Restaurant Kirsch and was never t disappointed. While decor taste may be different (my wife was not so keen but I had no issues) the food was extremely good and well presented. Even if not staying at the hotel I think the restaurant is worth trying. In addition we found the staff really helpful despite our not speaking German and their English being very little. Excellent!

We booked three rooms in this gorgeous hotel for our extended family holiday. This has been the highlight of our holiday. It is not possible to get accommodation in a more central location. When you arrive the staff park the car for you outside town and bring you your car when you require it. The accommodation is really spacious, comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Nice beds, strong shower pressure and delicious breakfast. You absolutely have to stay here. Fingers crossed we will return one day to Romantika Hotel, Rottenburg

This quaint hotel is in a small village , with a beautiful background of walking trails , rolling hills and magical Forrest ! ||The customer service here is fantastic ! The owners Silke and Gert, take great pride and love in their romantic hotel :) They go out of their way to greet the guests in the morning and to accommodate your extra needs / wants in whatever way they can . ||The staff is also very professional , and thoughtful , always with smiles and warm greetings . ||They have put so much attention to detail - literally from the hand made beautiful seat cusions, to the curtains in the room - and all very professional to give it that Rustic , warm feeling . !!! fresh flowers and greenery are everywhere , and the sun room where you eat breakfast is a little bit of paradise ! And the Resturaunt here is ran by the owner , who a Michelin Chef - and his food tells it all ! They have a choice of menus- you can partake of the " Authentic Schwebian food " or order off another delicious Germanic menu . Their dishes are made from LOCAL organic produce and also their fish / meat selection , we stayed here for almost a week , and every dish we have tasted has been at least a 4.7 out of 5 ! That also goes for the breakfast - organic , healthy and a lovely variety of cheeses , meats , yogurts, cereals , TEAS , and the best part - a juicer ! They provide all the different fruits and vegetables to creat your own yummy concoction :)

We enjoyed a 8 course dinner on a Sunday evening. The service was very precise, careful and smily. We liked it. There were very creative dishes, and all were very well executed. Overall a great experience in a cosy traditional place.

If you want premium German food, friendly service and a "gemütlich" atmosphere - this is the place to go to. We did not choose the Gourmet restaurant, but the "Stube" - were we received excellent food for a very reasonable price.||||THe service was very friendly and attentive, and we felt very well taken care of.||||The children were also very happy with their meal.
