I rate the location and the room (Suite 205) as 5 stars. The suite itself was excellent, and being with my family helped make the stay enjoyable despite the challenges.
However, the service was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned for two consecutive days, despite reporting the issue to reception. While the reception staff were welcoming and genuinely tried to assist, the problem appeared to lie with the housekeeping team, as the issue remained unresolved.
The breakfast experience was particularly upsetting. One staff member completely spoiled the atmosphere for me and my family. She behaved in a rude and discriminatory manner, making us feel unwelcome and specifically pointing to Arabs as if they were not welcome. When we attempted to sit at a table, we were told it was “reserved,” only to later discover that no such reservation existed. I was not informed—nor would I reasonably expect—that breakfast tables could be reserved, especially considering the significant amount paid for the stay.
To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the manager, I was told that the manager “might be sleeping,” and there was a clear attempt to prevent me from escalating the matter.
Overall, while the room and location were excellent, the lack of housekeeping consistency and the unacceptable behavior at breakfast seriously affected our experience and should be addressed urgently by management.
