The cuisine is rooted in the region but also draws on international influences, with a house speciality ofZitronen-Rahm-Herz vom Milchkalb(milk-fed calf's heart in a creamy lemon sauce) featured alongside dishes such as venison yellow curry served with spiced rice. There are set menus, one of which is vegetarian, an à la carte menu and an additional afternoon snack menu – there really is something for everyone.
