Roosevelt Inn

The room I had had no working AC, it was dismantled unfortunately. Hot night. Too tired to ask for a different room. Was safer than last time, thpugh. I appreciated the new staff at the front desk.

Don't just don't. The price maybe tempting but for all that is clean don't even bother. There was vomit immediately outside of their café. And the rooms just feel and scream not clean.

Staff was what you would expect. Rooms disgusting. Air-conditioned barely works. The location was close enough for conducting tasks that I needed to do.

It was infested with roaches, it was everywhere. I went to this hotel back in 2024 with my bestie, her sister, and her sister bestie. Basically I go in the bathroom and a roach was dead laying in the tub. Then as you looking at the walls where the tv is at, it was roaches, all on the walls. It was disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to nobody! It’s very disgusted.

Some staff on desk is not nice.. No parking lot you have paid $70 dollars the parking lot is more cheap but make sure you put plate right because tow pick up and have paid 242 dollars..

DONT book with Priceline they allowed me to book a reservation and when I got into roadway the employees refused my room because I didn’t have my id when I conformed all the information and they kept giving me a hard time second this was my SECOND stay I was already in here ! and they refused me

I just called at 11:15 at night .. I needed a room from 12 to 7 just I for the night .. I had a big plumbing problem at my house ... I live in North East Philadelphia. Cottman and the Blvd . Aka, the ghetto now a days . I been to this hotel, for 12 hours at 59 bucks.. i called and got a guy who when answered the phone I couldn't understand a word he said.. I asked how much a room would be for 8 hours and I was told $129. Meantime we're literally in the ghetto and like I said I've been to this place and stayes there for half the price. It's a Wednesday evening, And needed a place to sleep... Super poor n disgusting... Terrible customer service..

The worst thing that happens to a person is to book in this hotel .. Beware .. As if the war has passed from there .. Everything is broken, stains everywhere .. The sleeping blanket was burnt by cigarettes .. The counter is a thief and a fraud. He demanded $ 130 from me when I paid cash even though The real price is 120.. I have entered into a psychological crisis .. The officials must intervene now
