"This cozy, chic bar is worth seeking out for a drink before or after dinner — although the veteran kitchen crew prepares tasty tapas that make for an excellent après-ski meal. In addition to a superb wine list (50 pours are available by the glass), Root & Flower has a diverse selection of draft beers and cocktails. Choose your own adventure in sipping through four drink menus, divided into playful categories: Underappreciated & Misunderstood, Pretty & Pink, Slow & Serious, and Rustic & Complex.
