What a outstanding experience I just had at this beautiful and fine restaurant and bar. From the beginning I was welcomed with such warm hospitality, the place aesthetic is a delight to be surrounded by, great energy, amazing food specially the tacos and the guac and chips *must try it because is not like anything you have tried out there. If I say so myself, I love Trying new restaurants and I will be back to this place again and again… for drinks with the girls, feeling sexy and well treated here. 🦋

An amazing lounge bar with the most amazing Mexican dishes. They boast locally sourced ingredients and the way they create authentic dishes really shines through. It was difficult to pick a favorite but definitely get the king salmon dish and duck mole. The atmosphere was classy and retro. I also really enjoyed their selection of special cocktails-my favorite was the red75.

It’s perfect for date nights, elevated girls’ nights out, or solo evenings to unwind in style. 🍷 The drinks and food menu were curated by Joe, who brings a background in Michelin-starred cuisine, and it absolutely shows. Every cocktail and dish was a thoughtful blend of latin flavor, presentation, and creativity and SUPER FRESH INGREDIENTS. Bold, elevated, and beautifully balanced. The plates were not only stunning to look at, but TRULY DELICIOUS and each bite was layered and memorable. Eddie, our server, made the whole experience even better! I had such a great dinner at Rosa Agave & Wine Lounge! The ambiance is cozy, stylish, and perfect for a relaxed night out. I started with the Tiradito Nikkei, which was so fresh and full of flavor. For my main, I had the Callo de Hacha — the Hokkaido scallops were perfectly cooked and honestly one of the highlights of the meal. I also ordered a classic margarita, which was balanced and refreshing. To end the night, the Tres Leches de Maracuyá was the perfect sweet finish. Every dish was beautifully done, and the service was warm and attentive. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to! Highly recommend. 👏✨

They absolutely nailed it with this Latin bar–meets–wine concept. The space itself is stunning, with a gorgeous, expansive bar and an inviting ambiance that makes you want to stay all night. The food was flawless—truly a 10/10. I’ll definitely be coming back for the duck mole (the undeniable star of the evening), along with the yuca bites, both Nikkei dishes, and the flautas, all of which I highly recommend. And somehow, they served one of the best flans I’ve ever had!

The food is incredible, I would absolutely recommend the scallops with caviar and the love potion drink, which is an interesting take on a Negroni. The staff is super lovely, they are very attentive. The ambience is perfect for a date night or Girls night. The music is amazing and it’s super vibey and dimly lit.

I loved my visit to Rosa’s! The drinks were on point! My favorite drink was La Rosa! The food was tapas style so my girlfriends and I ordered pretty much everything and the food didn’t disappoint. The decor is also pretty cute, good for photos.

What a fantastic experience! Each dish was unique to anything I’d previously tried at other restaurants. I ordered the yucca bites and the scallops. The texture and taste of the yucca was so satisfying. The scallops? Best I’ve ever had. I also ordered the yuzu margarita. So sweet and refreshing with a hint of spice. Overall 10/10. The perfect date night spot or solo dining experience.

I have been WAITING for this place to open since I saw the signage - and I was not disappointed! the space is truly beautiful and the service is amazing. They offer wines and cocktails -but also a few food options (chips and guac, empanadas, flautas and tacos, to say the least): would recommend to anyone looking to have a calm, good time!

If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, this is the place. This Mezcal bar is top notch.Ask for Eddie as your server; he takes it upon himself to ensure you leave completely satisfied. As for the kitchen, there's no doubt the chef is truly Mexican there's simply no other way to cook with that level of authenticity. This new tapas restaurant and lounge deserves all the attention it can get, because BABY, it's exactly what NYC needs! Please be aware that this location is close to the west side highway/ Holland tunnel - so street parking is not accessible. Nonetheless, if you are in the area stop by for great vibes and food - it's worth it!

Incredible vibes and ambiance. Drinks are incredibly crafted, delicious, and unique. Food was delicious and hearty for a more tapas type of place. Definitely a great date night or catch up spot.
