Cozy but nice place with a loft dining area and a great vibe. The food and drinks were great, especially considering the moderate price. The Apretivo tasted great, and pastas were fresh and cooked perfectly. Go before every one else finds out !

Everything about this place is so wonderful. The setting is cozy without being cramped, the service is impeccable, and the food is DIVINE. Had the best night here.

Have been here twice; once for dinner and once for after-dinner drinks. Both were great experiences. Had dinner at the bar - the antipasto plate was generous with very good charcuterie and we loved the fig jam. My date and I shared the black lentil salad and each had pasta, all of which were delicious. Wine was well recommended at both visits. Staff was knowledgeable and bar service was excellent.

Ordered cocktails to start, received them after waiting a long time for our appetizer and then kept getting pushed to pick our wine for dinner when we'd just gotten the cocktails. Wine pours, when we got them, were scant and $$$. I wasn't overly impressed. The pasta dishes were both pretty OK. The squid ink pasta was a bit salty and the cacio e people was fine, but nothing that is going to make me rush back.

Rosario is a nice place, but if you're just going for drinks, it can be a bit tough. There is not a lot of bar space. The drinks were good. We had negronis and one was a spicy negroni that was delicious with the campari flavor tempered by the spiciness. The setting is very intimate and they keep the lighting low. A nice spot for a date night. Did not get to try the food since we only had drinks. The service was really good and they were very attentive. Overall I give it a 4 only because the design of the place was cramped. But everything else was pretty good

Great, newish restaurant in Adams Morgan! We enjoyed Monday's special -- half bottle of wine night -- and pasta dishes. I recommend the meatball, which was described to me as "the size of your fist" and met expectations. Service was very friendly, atmosphere was cozy -- even romantic -- and the music playlist was on point. I recommend Rosario for a relaxed, intimate Italian dinner in the Adams Morgan neighborhood.

Service was good and the dinner menu is good, but had brunch here today and it made me sick. Frittata was dry and inedible. Nothing really worthwhile on the brunch menu. Was disappointing because they do cocktails and dinner so well.

One of the many gems that makes Adams Morgan dynamic. They could charge triple for the food (and I'd pay it!). Really delicious, competent bar folks, fab interior, and artfully served food. My salad was a sculpture. If my grandmother were still alive, she'd have bludgeoned the chef for the entree recipe.
