We ordered delivery from Rosati’s on December 13th and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
Out of the 7 items we ordered, 2 items were missing. Delivery took over two hours, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold. After waiting an hour, I called the store and was told the driver was already on the way. Since we live only about 12 minutes away, I called back again 30 minutes later and asked to speak with the manager.
The manager, Ryan, told me that the driver definitely had our food but admitted he wasn’t sure where the driver actually was. When the driver eventually arrived, the order was still missing two items. I immediately called Ryan back, and he assured me a refund would be issued to our credit card within a few days.
It has now been 7 business days, and we still have not received the refund.
After reheating the food, the quality was just average at best. The pasta was overcooked, and the pizza was mostly crust with very few toppings, especially considering the price.
Between the long wait, cold food, missing items, and an unfulfilled refund promise, this was an extremely frustrating experience. We will not be ordering from Rosati’s again, and I would not recommend this location to others.
