Definitely an old school spot that still hosts an audience of patrons that are mostly long time locals. The drinks are cheap and the place is garishly decorated in that dive-bar sort of way. Hard to beat if you just need a quick cheap pint of Budweiser.

This bar is one of those low key places where you can go for beer and whatnot. Always a fun time to hang and drink with friends or by yourself. Drinks are cheap ($3 draft beers), bouncers are great, and everyone is friendly. I believe the place only takes cash. I give this place a 5/5 "Drink and be merry" rating.

This place is amazing. The vibe is perfect and they have Stella Cidre. It's the best.

This is definitely my favorite bar in Williamsburg and one that has maintained its dive status despite all odds - especially being off Bedford. The jukebox is fun, prices are great, and sometimes you may be able to catch a glimpse of Rosemary herself (she lives upstairs). Don't miss the hanging styrofoam cup behind the bar, remnants of better days in NYC.

Dive bar no more giant cups of beer like the old days. Used to be the Farrels of Williamsburg. I would give 4 stars just for the cool dive bar atmosphere but last time I was there the taps were off. They had that butter flavor that screams I need a cleaning solution run through my lines. I'm a draft beer guy so a butter tap loses me right away.

I like the music. The atmosphere is very calm. The only issue is that when I asked for a water after my wife had ordered her beer, Rosemary demanded I order a bottle of water and spend money.

Ahhh, Rosemary’s. I met her one afternoon while stopping by for a day beer. She’s a super nice lady that’s been there forever, like, 50-60 years or something. I love this bar - but it comes with a couple of asterisks. First, the day guy can take a bit of time - but he’ll eventually get to you. Second, no door on the guy’s bathroom toilet. So, when it comes to this, you either suck it up and go - or - post a lookout. Just sayin’. Now to the good stuff: cheap awesome big Styrofoam cups of cold beer. Sports on TV. Or, during the day, maybe some Law and Order. A couple of old booths for some good private crying or conversation. I’ll always love this place and hope it sticks around. It’s different than the rest of the newer stuff going on everywhere in WB. Different is good. But this place hasn’t changed in 50 years. Friendly regulars, blue collar mostly. I was bought beers by the regulars on more than one occasion. I think on the weekends it gets crazy, so I mostly would go in the early to late afternoons to avoid the chaos. That’s just me.

Low key chill spot in williamsburg. It has a juke box that has pretty much everything if youre into that. My roommate played vulfpeck and leon bridges so he loved this place. Thats not the kind of thing im into though.
