We had such a fantastic dinner at Rose’s Daughter! Everything from the ambiance to the food was top notch. We started with the charcuterie board, which was beautifully presented — an impressive selection of cured meats, cheeses, olives, spreads, and fresh, warm bread. It felt like the perfect way to begin the evening, especially with a glass of wine (or two).
For our mains, we shared the Frutti di Mare and the Beef Tagliata, and both were exceptional. The Frutti di Mare was packed with fresh seafood — shrimp, calamari, mussels, and lobster — in a rich, flavorful tomato sauce that was perfectly balanced married with squid ink pasta. The Beef Tagliata was melt-in-your-mouth tender, served over creamy risotto with mushrooms and herbs that tied everything together wonderfully.
For dessert, we couldn’t resist the blueberry-topped cheesecake and cannoli, both of which were the ideal sweet ending — the cheesecake was light yet rich, and the cannoli had that perfect crispy shell and creamy filling.
The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing, and the cozy, rustic atmosphere made the whole experience feel intimate and special. Rose’s Daughter is a top dining spot in Delray Beach — authentic, thoughtful, and absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be back and already have our next meal mapped out!
