Rosetta Hall, Which Opened Today in Boulder, Is a Trip Around the World Within a Food Hall - Eater Denver

"Today was a big one food-wise in Boulder as Denver’s northwestern little brother (finally) got its own food hall with the opening of Rosetta Hall." - Paul Albani-Burgio

A Handy Guide to Denver-Area Food Halls | Eater Denver

"Located a block of the Pearl Street mall, this “European-style hall” will feature all-new stalls owned by 10 chefs and restaurateurs, including some from well-known figures. Among those big names is Old Major founder Justin Brunson, whose Folsom Foods hall will focus on sandwiches, meats, and cheeses. Other options will include casual French at Confit, Roman-style pizza at La Tigella and pastries from a patisserie called Petit Fleur. The hall, which is expected to open on Friday, October 11, will also include a 48-seat oval bar in the main hall as well as a rooftop bar with views of Boulder (and a raw bar)." - Rebecca Treon

Great atmosphere, good food (pastries and Shawarma), decent cocktails. This joint gets clubby late, and has excellent views. I have been here many times and will continue to do so, especially for that sweet sweet patio

Google
Rosetta Hall is a charming and aesthetically pleasing venue, offering a unique and inviting atmosphere. The concept behind the space is thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and welcoming environment that enhances the overall dining experience. The food options are diverse and impressive, with a broad selection that spans across various cuisines, including Asian, American, and Latin-inspired dishes. Each dish is crafted with attention to detail, delivering an exceptional blend of flavors that are sure to satisfy a range of tastes. However, while the culinary offerings were undeniably outstanding, the service did not fully meet the same high standard. For instance, when we ordered a Sprite, it was notably flat and lacked the refreshing effervescence one would expect. Additionally, the water served was lukewarm, which detracted from the overall experience. While these service-related issues were minor, they did impact what could have been a more seamless dining experience. In summary, while Rosetta Hall offers an incredible variety of delicious food in an aesthetically captivating space, there is room for improvement in the service and beverage quality to match the excellence of the culinary offerings.

Google
Rosetta Hall offers food from around the world in one space. Nice option for picky eaters. Liked the French cruller and the cheese pupusas are pretty hardy. Nice rooftop From Foundry to Rosetta. Design looks very pretty Its another great spot while in Boulder and Pearl St

Google
Loved it. Tons of options, something for everyone. Yes, they can be busy, duh. But here's my pro tip: It was a 20-30 minute wait to be seated, bar included. But cleverly, I was able to order a pint from where the bar tender serves drinks to the wait staff, and was able to grab the pizza slice-of-the-day and in less than 7 minutes I was happily eating and drinking. Carry out dessert from Petite Lafleur was delish as well. I must try the rooftop asap! Thanks Rosetta Hall! Until next time! ✌️😎

Google
This is my favorite bar in all of Boulder! The bartenders are so nice and talkative, the food options are great (I recommend the empanadas from Cruz), and the drinks are amazing. They have the best martinis I’ve ever had, and I go with my friends on a regular basis!

Google
Rosetta Hall is a cool food hall with different restaurant options. We had pasta and focaccia from the Italian spot and finished with a delicious chocolate cake from another vendor. Everything was tasty — perfect place for lunch!

Google
Rosetta Hall in Boulder is a cool spot. Great for groups since everyone can grab something different from the various food stalls. The atmosphere is lively and fun, perfect for a casual night out. Food's pretty good too, lots of options to choose from. It can get busy, so be prepared for a wait sometimes. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxed and tasty meal in Boulder.

Spectacular desserts and drinks! Also had other options. Had a great patio upstairs.

Yelp
- The food was delicious with a wide variety of choices to fulfill any craving. - The service staff was friendly and very accommodating. - it has a casual ambiance that would be great for a family dinner or spontaneous drop in with plenty of space and types of seating.

Yelp
The line for this bar seemed like it was going to take a while but it actually went really quick and we were in Rosetta Hall within 10 minutes. All I got was a beer but the bartender was happy to answer my questions about pricing so I could find an affordable drink and I ended up getting a can of beer for $5. The bartender was quick with our green tea shots and service in general and then we headed to the dance floor. There was a decent amount of people at the bar (mainly 20-something year olds) and it had a great space for dancing with platformed steps by the DJ booth which was a great spot to dance at if you wanted a birds eye view. Once I was up there, though, I was definitely surprised there was even a line outside because there was plenty of space for more people to come in so I'm not sure what that was about. The hanging lamps looked kind of like the sims diamonds which made me laugh but the changing colors made them a fun vibe with the dance floor. My only real complaint about this place was the music, the DJs were two college age guys who looked like they didn't really know what they were doing, played every song for way too long, didn't know how to do transitions, and played kind of lame music (obviously that's a matter of opinion but it didn't seem like people were as much there for the music as the vibe). Overall, this place seemed to me like the epitome of Boulder nightlife, which is not necessarily my vibe but was fun to experience nonetheless and I enjoyed the bar as a whole. If you want to dance and don't really care about the music, this is a great place to go!

Yelp
Here are my favorites at this fancy food hall (no table service but I love sitting at the bar so they can keep pouring) without having to get up): Light: Tekkadon at Yakai (basically a poke bowl) If you're hungry: Ragu Neapolitan at Amalfi Dessert: Tres Leches Cake at Petite Fleur (with mango curd)

Yelp
Outstanding food and way beyond my expectations for a food hall! We stopped in for a late dinner on a Monday night and the place was still busy, with a lively crowd and great vibes. Beautiful interior with a fully stocked bar and lots of open seating. It was cold outside, so we didn't get to experience the rooftop area. Seven individual restaurants offer a variety of options that you can conveniently order from your phone and pick up at their stations. We opted for middle eastern and Thai, as well as dessert and ordered: Moroccan carrot dip, beef pad see ew, chicken satay and a tahini brownie. Everything was amazing! The carrot dip came with assorted veggies and warm, soft pita, and had a complex savory-sweet flavor. The Thai dishes were perfect spice level, flavorful and tender meats. Our tahini brownie was excellent as well, perfect creamy texture and a just-right level of sesame flavor. Highly recommend this eclectic food hall!

Yelp
Delicious food and drinks on a stunning rooftop, what's not to love! Had some delicious tacos and my wife had a steak salad. That plus views over the mountains is A+

Yelp
Fun spot for a meal, this place is quite modern and features about a dozen food outlets with a central seating area. Only grabbed a vanilla latte and a gourmet pretzel while here. It was fairly quiet here during our visit but we were told it can get quite busy.

alison g.

Yelp
Rosetta Hall is my favorite place to chill and have a great cup of coffee. Not only are the staff incredibly friendly, but they consistently make the best vanilla latte around. The aesthetic of Rosetta Hall is beautiful, calming amongst the bustle and inviting. I look forward to stopping here every time I'm in Boulder.

Yelp
It's difficult finding a place to eat that will satisfy everyone in a group, but Rosetta Hall is guaranteed to do just that. This food hall contains several restaurants that offer a variety of food options from middle eastern, Thai, Chinese, American, Italian and more. There is indoor seating and a fantastic rooftop with misting fans, shade and views of the flat irons. I love the ease of ordering. From the comfort of you seat, you can view the menu of every restaurant from your phone and even place your order with Apple Pay (or a regular credit card). When your order is up, you simply go down to retrieve it. I ordered a fresh hummus plate as well as a spicy and flavorful tofu dish from two different restaurants. Both food items were filling, wholesome and flavorful. They have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options as well as an entire bakery with lots of sweet treats. The rooftop also has a bar in addition to excellent ambiance. This restaurant is a stones throw from the pearl street mall and it's sure to be a crowd pleaser. I'd highly recommend this wonderful food hall. It seemed much more quiet than Avanti with who extensive options!

Yelp
The good: love the space and the different options! Staff and employees are very nice and attentive. There are unisex bathrooms and many of them. The fries were good very crispy and the plantains were yummy! The not so great: the food, the shrimp tostadas were sooo salty. Blah, do not recommend. The mahi mahi was a bit dry, and the dumplings were sitting in a puddle of hot oil and they were very hard the skin. Not a fan! Overall I hope they fix the food this place would have much more potential. One point I forgot, no one told us we had to pick up our food and there was no alert system. Food was sitting there for a while until we realized.

Yelp
This place really took food court to the next level! Proper chefs cooking up great meals with or 6 cuisines to choose from and deserts/cocktails. But it's not your average Togo box food court meal. These are full on well executed dishes . I tried the espresso martini while waiting after ordering beer cheese and pretzels to start. I later then had an Italian pasta dish . Both were on point . Such a cool spot if you guys have a large group and can't decide where to go. They had lots of cool lighting and eclectic music . Plenty of tables and an upstairs as well if you like a less busy experience .

Yelp
Great place for grabbing a drink or two, whether you're meeting up with friends or it's date night. Also, can I just say, the view from the rooftop is amazing! I'd return just for the view lol. I'll admit, I was a bit concerned about the possibility of overheating, but they had a cooling mist for the majority of my time here, which was so refreshing. I was comfortable the whole night. For some reason my phone didn't register the QR code, so I had to wing my drink order--a Mexican lager, I think. Thank you to the guy waiting on us for the recommendation.

Yelp
I was so excited to get the Garden Spritz now that it is summer again, but it unfortunately was a wild disappointment. I remember it being the most refreshing cocktail on the menu, but now it is sour and does not taste of the same quality. I wish they wouldn't change the cocktail recipes when it was perfect from the start. Please, please, please change it back to the original. The taste is evident that the quality has diminished. Bartenders are fantastic, but I wish they weren't forced to lower the quality of their cocktails.
google avatar

Marley U.

Yelp
Yum! I got the broccoli and grilled cheese with tomato soup... it was so good! I love a good food hall place to eat, and this one does not disappoint would recommend
google avatar

Richard C.

Yelp
Visited Rosetta Hall for a work event and was not disappointed! Had the Birria Tacos & (quite a few) drinks! Nothing I had was bad at all! It was a very backed night so service was a little slow but not "bad" by any means. All servers, cooks & bartenders are amazing! The vibe from the music to the lightening and the roof top bar is 10/10!
google avatar

Lauren J.

Yelp
This place is great. It's beautiful inside and has something for everyone. I think our group did get something from almost every offering haha. Everything was amazing and I definitely recommend!
google avatar

Yelp
Unique food hall and rooftop bar centrally located off Pearl st. They have a variety of cuisines to choose from. I love the Thai and the Mediterranean options they have. The food is a little pricey in my opinion. My favorite thing about Rosetta hall is the rooftop. Gorgeous views of the flatirons, bar, and lots of seating options. Highly recommend the cucumber spritz!
google avatar

Aria M.

Yelp
This place has it all! This was definitely an elevated food hall experience that I really enjoyed. Walking in was a little confusing, but basically you choose your table and order food there using a QR code. Someone will come around to get your drink order, or you can go to the bar. I love how many cuisine options there are; everyone in my 9-person group was satisfied with their meal and drink choices. If we weren't poor right-out-of-college kids we probably would've stayed to dance the night away! Definitely recommend checking this place out.
google avatar

Jill S.

Yelp
Nice place! Great food, and a super nice rooftop. It's a little strange to carry your own drinks and food upstairs to the rooftop but the rooftop has lovely views.
google avatar

Claire L.

Yelp
It was a very cool lovely place to grab food and drink with your girls or friends. It has a chill vibe and very clean inside. If you are sick of the nasty bars and clubs in down town Denver, and looking for somewhere between a high end bar and a club, you will like this place. Drinks are interesting, and food are big in portions. Great DJs to actually dance to, and not electros all the time which we greatly appreciate. One thing I took a star off is that there food can be a little overpriced for the quality, otherwise we will definitely come back!
google avatar

Yelp
I love finding local food halls when I visit a new city, so Rosetta Hall fit the bill for a girls trip with two close friends of mine. It's always nice to find a place with a lot of choices when you're craving different things in a group. We walked in on a Friday night for dinner and found it was PACKED with all sorts of people from families to college kids. It was hard to find an empty, clean table, coupled by the fact that it was unclear whether anybody worked there besides the people behind the food counters. We waited around for at least 5 minutes before settling into a table. We each picked food from different places and found that all 3 of the dishes we ordered were mediocre at best. I ordered the Lomo Saltado from Cruz (Latin American) and it was WAY too salty. My friends' Ragu Neopolitan pasta and artichoke pasta from Amalfi (Italian) were lacking flavor & not memorable at all. I was overall disappointed with Rosetta and it might stem from the fact that the food stalls aren't independent businesses outside of this, at least as far as I can tell. Based on the food we had, it feels like they tried to offer diverse food options but didn't REFINE the actual execution of them. Overall, I would only return for drinks & good vibes, but would make sure I eat before coming here again!

Cate C.

Yelp
Rosetta Hall is a fun space for groups of all sizes. I went with my Boulder Chamber work team to have a celebratory lunch, and we were able to each order what we wanted all on the same card. Very easy. I have been a few times since. Food has always been delicious. I have tried, Chang Mai, Cruz and Amira, all delish! I always order the fried plantains no matter what I order there.
google avatar

Yelp
This is a particularly pleasant modern "food court" sort of establishment with an incredibly nice rooftop patio. The variety of food is superb and the environment is entirely pleasant. We hold monthly meetings here for our group, NOCOVA (Northern Colorado Visual Arts), and everyone seems to enjoy it. On the weekends, parking is free at the parking garage across the street, so that makes things really easy. The restrooms are gender neutral, clean, and all of the automatic bathroom tools actually function pretty well (who doesn't hate it when they don't, really?). Gracia coffee makes a great tiramisu latte (among other things) and drip coffee refills are free. The food here is a little pricey, but it's in line with other "modern food court" sort of establishments, so I won't knock them for it. Really, its the environment here that really makes it stand out. It's just a really pleasant place to hang out. Recommended.

Yelp
I love food halls. I love the concept that everyone can get what they want and then sit together. This is an absolutely lovely location. Beautifully decorated. 3 stories of different types of seating. There are even cabanas on the roof top! I love how all the tables have individual hooks to hang your bags. There is live music in the evenings. Only thing I wasn't a fan of was the bathrooms were super dark. They were nicely decorated, I guess, but in the dark you can't tell. This is a co-ed bathroom with individual room stalls. We had food from 3 different stalls. All of our food was ready quickly. Most stalls had one person cooking and also running the register. I was astonished at the speed. 1. Calabrese pizza from Amalfi's. 11 out of 10. The sweet and spicy went together so well with the sauce. Pizza excellence. Would get again. 2. Pineapple fried rice from Chiang Mai. Fresh flavors with veggies he was chopping right there. Very good. 3. Potstickers and cucumber salad from Shanghai Moon. The potstickers were slightly fried on the outside, that's how I like them. The meat on the inside had a good flavor but it was well salted. Unfortunately the outside sauce was just chili oil and soy sauce, which made the whole thing a little too salty. I think the sauce could've used more something. The cucumber salad was AWESOME. If I was going to be here longer, I would have got several servings to take back to hotel. I love this location. We'll be back when we're back in Boulder!

Yelp
drinks with a view !!!!! great atmosphere reasonable prices for drinks on the rooftop.

Yelp
We really enjoyed this food hall. We ordered food from several places and shared. Every kitchen had really welcoming chefs and staff and very friendly. The food from each place was well created and prepared. I was pleasantly impressed. The bar had a great selection of beers, seltzers, ciders and cocktails. We happened to go around 5 on a weekend and it was quiet however by 5:45 the place began filling up.
google avatar

shintoo p.

Yelp
If you can make up your mind it's a great example of how a food hall should work. Every option is delicious and what's cool is you order from one centralized menu on your phone, only paying once if you get something from more than one stall. The atmosphere is a bit like a small train station, with a big skylight and lots of Colorado marble. I had the Bao buns, and they were pretty good.
google avatar

Cary Z.

Yelp
What an exciting concept! To have your choice of dining in different countries all under one roof was a fabulous experience. Each of the seven countries has a limited but well designed and executed menu. You can actually watch each chef prepare your meal. We sampled six different dishes from six different countries and each one was a gastronomical delight. The staff was gracious, accommodating and well qualified. This is a definite MUST EXPERIENCE when visiting Boulder.

Bridget J.

Yelp
Beware of the upcharge to order drinks and food on the rooftop. They call it Apres but they don't tell you about the upcharge.
google avatar

Katie N.

Yelp
Stopped by Rosetta Hall as I've seen it a handful of times and wanted to check it out! The bartender was awesome and let us try some of the different beers. I ordered a margarita and it was delicious! The pineapple cider is also one of the best ciders I've ever had. French Contemporary decor = 10/10. Clean aesthetic with a cozy feel. I unfortunately didn't get the chance to eat the food, but definitely plan to come back for that.
google avatar

Sara M.

Yelp
Absolutely stunning Boulder location! I loved the rooftop with the cabana, very comfortable and good views of the mountain! My friend and I both ordered a delicious cocktail. A great place to hang out with friendly and quick service! There are a ton of food and drink options. There is a decent amount of seating throughout the whole building that is comfy and cute!
google avatar

Sagir P.

Yelp
A really good variety of food. Small portions for the price bit it was tasty. We had the fried rice and lomo saltado. Our friends had the Indian food which they were not happy with. Drinks were great value and atmosphere and vibe was nice for dinner.
google avatar

Yelp
My star rating: * Avoid. Why are you even open? ** Avoid unless the last restaurant on earth. *** Several important misses. Not recommended. **** Very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended. ***** Hits every mark of perfection. PROS Wonderful selection of eight different cuisines. Easy to pick from the menus and pickup your order (they text you when ready) - sit at the bar counter while you wait for your entree. Tasty food - we had Pad Thai and Lomo Saltado both yummy. Venue well controlled noise level considering the number of customers. Nice tunes. Roof top bar with great views. Great location near Pearl St (pedestrian walkway) CONS A guy at one of the stations with thick dark hair kept running his hands thru his hair and then, without washing, began prepping a fresh herb that was to be used as a garnish. Gross!

Trevor S.

Yelp
Really loved this place. Ate at the Japanese spot down stairs and it was super good. Nice bar downstairs too but don't miss the rooftop, great views of the mountains

Yelp
Man oh man where to even begin. When I first walk into Rosetta Hall I was generally surprised by how beautiful the entire establishment is. They have many food options from American to Chinese Mexican to Italian and everything in between. I end up getting Thai and had the basil chicken which was absolutely amazing. Everything that you see there is handmade, fresh, and local. They only except card which was nice and when you place the order you gave them your phone number and they sent you a text when your food is ready. They also have rooftop dining which was an absolute fabulous thing. There is a full bar on the rooftop which was amazing because not only did you get a great view of the mountains and the great weather but you can top it off with getting cocktails. They also offer happy hour which is daily from 4 to 6. Rosetta hall I can highly recommend because not only was establishment one of the kind, the food was amazing, and it was just an overall great experience. Can't recommend Rosetta hall more than I already have, I will definitely be back.
google avatar

Yelp
A great spot in boulder! We were able to pay for parking for a couple hours for pretty cheap. It was a little walk but not too far. The decor in Rosetta Hall is really enjoyable and nice. It is a great place to go with friends because there are so many options to choose from. We sat ourselves and a nice waitress came to get drink orders. It was easy to order online or go up to one of the different stations. There were a lot of different food options so it was hard to choose what to get. Prices ranged from ~$10 to ~$30 for a meal so a wide variety. I chose the grilled cheese and fries which was ~$18 together. The grilled cheese was delicious and the side of fries was very filling. I was able to try my other friends meals and they were full of flavor. They got the ramen noodles. There were also vegetarian and vegan options for all! Overall an enjoyable experience!
google avatar

Cindy L.

Yelp
This is definitely a fun spot to take your friends from out of town. Good drinks and great food options. We ordered a mediterranean dish that everyone loved and a few cocktails. Everything was bomb! We didn't get the super fun vibe everyone talks about because it was lunch on a Wednesday, but I'll definitely be back on a weekend for more food and live music! I totally recommend checking it out.
google avatar

Eveline D.

Yelp
Our guy Pascal took care of me and my whole bridal party all night! Grateful for him and his service!
google avatar

Shirin L.

Yelp
This place is really cool and has tons of seating. Their rooftop is just amazing!! We ordered their gnocchi, torta and ceviche and all three were really good. It was a mahi mahi ceviche and had a strong lemony taste to it which we really liked. It was my first time having a gnocchi and it's something I would order again. Their torta was good but our least favorite.
google avatar

Kate S.

Yelp
Create your own culinary adventure in the clean, modern setting. A friend and I are staying nearby while on vacation and have eaten here three times - twice at the middle eastern place (schwarma falafel is amazing - fresh bread, herbs, and falafel) and once at the Italian place (amazing lemon ricotta gnocchi, pizza, and special salad) and may be back for lunch tomorrow. There is ample seating and it's fast and friendly service. The price is perhaps a touch high and having to order drinks at the bar is a bit annoying - maybe a QR code at tables for ordering that can be delivered while waiting for food rather than trying to catch a bartender? Definitely better than waiting for something mediocre on Pearl.
google avatar

Georgia S.

Yelp
Really cool atmosphere with awesome food! The rooftop is amazing and showcases the best views of Boulder. Sometimes its hard to get a drink since most of the service is counter service however otherwise the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Boulder- my family loves this place!

Yelp
Rosetta Hall had so many great food options that it was tough to just choose one! I walked around each stand and was intrigued by the different types of food. I settled on the Chinese restaurant. Definitely a nicer ambiance in Rosetta Hall, but we came in hiking gear and nobody cared. The soup I ordered was extremely tasty! It was around $16 or so - not ideal but not bad. It had a pretty good flavor and the chicken and broth were my favorites. We went around 8pm and had no issues finding a place to sit. The wait times were also not bad at all for each restaurant inside. It was an overall great experience and would definitely go again to see more restaurants!

Samantha Q.

Yelp
Kaitlyn was amazing! She took excellent care of us. Her attentiveness struck the perfect balance between ensuring we had everything we need and giving us time and space to enjoy each other's company. She just rocks so much!! You are lucky to have her as a server!!

Yelp
I love Rosetta!!! Truly one of my favorite restaurant experiences. It's such a beautiful place, has a gorgeous rooftop, the food from around the world concept is spectacular, drinks couldn't be better, reasonably priced and it turns into a dance club with a DJ at night. I've been quite a few times and tried many things. The mixed Amira platter with hummus, cheese, pita and more is a great thing to share for the vegetarians out there. The mushroom tagliatelle was awesome! Even though it's pasta it still feels pretty light and is delicious. Nuoc Cham chicken wings are literally bursting with flavor. A little bit of heat on these ones but I loved them. Pad Thai rocks!!! Honestly the grilled cheese and tomato soup is just alright. Nothing to go crazy about but also I prob shouldn't have ordered a grilled cheese at this place. My absolute favorite thing I have eaten here is the Taiwanese Fried Chicken. They are the tastiest little bites and I'm honestly obsessed. The mix of flavors are unlike anything I've had. Highly recommend. Nachos also rock. I love a place with options and this is it. Rosetta is a different dining experience than anything else I've tried and I will go back again and again.

Yelp
What a great community place! You can get any type of food faire you want. It's so cute inside and the upstairs patio is so fun! Full bar upstairs as well. I was surprised how fast the service was, which was excellent! This is a fantastic option for anyone and all ages. Plenty of seating inside and out. Definitely check it out!

Yelp
Love love love!!! So much to love about this place on lots of levels. Firstly, it's equipped with a contactless ordering system that makes so much sense now in the time of Covid. I hope it remains that way, it's just so simple to order from an online web based app. Second - after you're seated, a server brings you water and utensils. You look at the menu - which is pure awesomeness, there's several different food option categories from Korean to Italian, desserts, vegan, Mexican, etc etc....it's great. Something for everyone here. Third - order up what you'd like on your phone, pay snd it gets delivered. Great place for groups, no more check splitting...just order your stuff snd that's it! Still hungry? Want another glass of wine? Order again. You tip in the app as well. Fourth - atmosphere is fantastic Fun, lively, comfortable and gorgeous. There's 3 levels, we sat on the mezzanine and had a great view of the action. Each "kitchen" is set up on the ground floor and everyone has the ability to watch the chefs! It's soooo cool! There's gender neutral enclosed bathroom stalls and community washing stations. (Another good thing being incorporated into the design of new spaces. ) Fifth - look at the food and interior pics. Darn! I thought I took more food and cocktail photos....

Yelp
Set a fun place to go with a group. All the different food stalls had delicious looking offerings and it was fun for our group of three to try different things and share.

I'm giving these guys an extra 0.5 stars for the concept. It's a fancy dining hall that has Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean, New American, Mexican and dessert and drink options. You get seated, then look up the menu and order online. The server from whichever station you ordered from, brings the food to you. Super chill and I LOVED this idea! Among the 4 of us, we ordered the Veggie Pizza, the pork quesadilla, the beyond burger and the nachos verde with beyond meat. We ordered an Old Fashioned, a Spiced Cider Mule and the Alameda Margarita. To finish, we got the belgian chocolate cake to share. My friend raved about the pizza. Perfectly thin/thick crust, yummy tomato sauce, just the right amount of cheese and mint. My pork quesadilla was decent. I thought the pork was a little dry but with the salsa it was good. The nachos were especially delicious with a crunch to the nachos and a nice mix of beyond meat, nuts, beans, cheese, salsa and guac to go with them. The burger was ok. As my friend said, "it's trying to behave like meat", meaning it hadn't quite hit the mark. The drinks were a teeny bit disappointing. The Mule came with powdered sugar crusted to the sides which made it sweeter than I liked. The margarita was decent. The old fashioned was as expected. The belgian chocolate cake was actually quite delicious. It's a huge piece so too much for one person. The chocolate wasn't too sweet or too dark. It was moist and the icing was perfectly combined with it. I will recommend this place for this interesting concept and the good food

Yelp
Rosetta Hall is definitely cool, but it's pricey compared to what you get at other food halls in the greater Denver Metro area. It's Boulder, so it's almost to be expected, but you're absolutely going to think the same thing when you go. Since you order food online from your phone, ordering here is a breeze and avoids having lines at each of the individual stalls. You can sit down, take out your phones to order, have your food served, and then have a pretty uninterrupted meal that's as close to a traditional restaurant as you'll find in a food hall. The food has great presentation, but the meals are smaller and more expensive than you'd like. This is still a great place to bring friends if you're in the area and have an indecisive group that collectively can't decide what they want to eat, and if you want to experience another one of our area's many food halls with a different twist.

Yelp
Great food options. But PLEASE turn the music down, especially during the day. This is a food court, not a nightclub. When the music is loud people have to talk louder, and then you have to turn the music up louder to hear it, and then of course people need to shout. Vicious cycle. Music doesn't need to overwhelm your customers.
