Boulder’s First Food Hall Will Open Downtown in Early October | Eater Denver

"A new “European-style” food hall set to open in early October one block off the Pearl Street Mall at 1109 Walnut Street, Rosetta Hall occupies a space that previously housed nightspots including the Pop Up and the New Foundry. The ownership team spent two and a half years researching food halls worldwide and considered more than 50 chefs to assemble a roster of 10 independent restaurants offering a varied lineup of French, Asian street food, Italian, Mexican and more; the hall also includes a 48-set oval bar, an upscale rooftop lounge with private cabanas and a rooftop raw bar called the Barceloneta Oyster Company. Curtis Worthley will serve as beverage director for the two bars (the main bar will serve classic cocktails and modern variations), the hall will be open seven days a week starting at 8 a.m. and stay open until “late,” and on Thursday–Saturday nights the space will host dance events, independent films, community gatherings and live music." - Paul Albani-Burgio
