Boulder’s First Food Hall Will Open Downtown in Early October - Eater Denver
"Rosetta Hall, located one block off the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder at 1109 Walnut Street, is set to open in early October. It will feature 10 restaurants operated by independent chefs, a 48-seat oval bar, and an upscale rooftop lounge with private cabanas. The hall will offer international cuisines including French, Asian street food, Italian, and Mexican, among others. Well-known chef Justin Brunson will open Folsom Foods, focusing on sandwiches, meats, and cheeses. Other notable chefs include Joseph Lee with Tierra, a contemporary Mexican restaurant, and Alberto Sabbadini with La Tigella, an Italian kitchen. Additional offerings include Petite Fleur patisserie, Jacaranda West African spot, and a food hall version of Boulder’s Ginger Pig food truck. Curtis Worthley will be the beverage director.
