The website says 20% service fee for DINE IN. I did takeout and I was charged the 20% plus 3% for using a credit card. There’s plenty of parking on the side and around the back. Inside, it’s a cute and cosy atmosphere, like a small town diner. I don’t remember exactly how many tables there were, maybe about 8-10, but there is also counter seating. I got a bacon, egg, and biscuit. The biscuit was large and fluffy. The bacon was that nice thick cut, not the limp kind you get from fast food. The eggs are made per your preference so I got mine scrambled with cheese. This was the highlight! The cappuccino came in a cup too large for the amount of espresso you receive so it just tasted like milk. I guess I could have added an extra shot or two but it was already $18 for a sandwich and cappuccino to go. If I ever go back, I’ll pay cash and remind them that per their own site, dine in is what gets the service charge.

This is in reference to the kitchen not the wait staff. I come here very often and enjoy the food but I really want to know whats the reason for yall being skimpy with some onions and peppers. I literally requested extra cause the kitchen acting like its going out of style with the bare minimum but yet in the description it states WITH ONIONS AND PEPPERS. Ahy do I have to come back inside ask for more and yall think its cute to do some little sprinkle sprinkle. Absolute joke. If u dont wanna be in the kitchen and adhere to simple request leave the job and give it to someone else who does follow directions. So sick of these establishments. I'd honestly go to the other location but they never seem to know how to cook the chicken right over there. I cant seem to win. Just gotta make your own cause I never knew onions and peppers were a HASSLE. On top of that what kind of half filled breakfast potatoes is this. Im good on this place cause clearly they don't care so why should I.

Although I have been passing this gem for years, literally, I had lunch here at the invitation of a colleague. Loved the service. One of their specialties, chicken and waffles, was simply divine. It came out hot. Well seasoned, crispy skin. Belgium waffles with a crisp on the edges and a moist center. Topped with fresh strawberries and pecans. Assorted syrups were available. I will return.

Visited Atlanta last weekend and came here for brunch. The customer service was amazing and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the salmon croquette breakfast platter. My friends and I had a great experience.

I came to town to run The Race 5K at Impact Church and stopped by Rosie’s with family afterwards. It was the perfect choice. The food and service was great!! I really enjoyed the shrimp and grits and the blueberry chicken and waffles!! I will definitely come back for a visit!!

This was my first visit, and unfortunately it will be my last. Overall, the food was extremely underwhelming. I ordered a platter with potatoes, peppers and onions, salmon croquettes, and French toast. The online menu listed French toast as an option, and although it wasn’t on the in-restaurant menu, the server confirmed it was available. However, I was not informed that it came with an upcharge until I received the bill, which was disappointing. The potatoes were very hard and barely contained any peppers or onions… I had to request more. While the salmon croquette was fried properly, it lacked seasoning entirely. My partner ordered the fish and grits, which were equally disappointing. The fish was unseasoned, and the grits tasted old and had a gritty texture, as if they hadn’t been cooked properly. When we asked if the meal could be exchanged due to the quality, we were told no. Being required to pay for food that is poorly prepared and flavored reflects poor customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend dining here.

2/23/26 at approximately 9:40am I visited this lovely establishment after me and my family’s flight was delayed and Boy does the lord work in mysterious ways this place was beyond amazing like god him self owns it I mean some of the best food I and my wife has ever had and my children who don’t eating anything are still raving about this place we had almost everything on the menu even the coffee was delicious I mean the service was top tier we where greeted by these two wonderful young ladies who names I sadly can’t remember at the moment the atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming the only down side is that this place doesn’t exist in Tennessee or New York me and my family are gonna plain a trip to Atl to explore the city and this when be on our breakfast list everyday of the trip I mean im truly blown away this place is a Gem 💎 and im so glad we got to experience it and it’s amazing staff thank you guys Again wish this business nothing but success .

Haven’t been to Rosie’s in a minute but I decided to go today. The energy is very different than in the past. I wish restaurants in atl would improve service bc that makes a difference. ❤️❤️

This breakfast spot gets 5 stars. Customer Service..on point. I ordered online Pancake platter.. comes with Eggs, bacon,grits. The online site gave no option to add cheese to eggs. I called the location and the lady said no problem she would add it, and I pay the difference when I pick up my order. They have plenty of parking, plus additional lot for parking. Pick up order at the counter.. everyone was cheerful and engaging. The noise level was average. I didn't have to wait long. I received my order, which looked and smelled amazing... and it was. Enough food you could share. I couldn't eat it all. Before leaving I saw they had Matcha so I ordered a iced one with oat milk and vanilla.. yummy. They have a variety of flavors for coffee drinks. Rosie's 2330 Sylvan Road, Atlanta, GA - 10/4/2025 ~ 09:15a.m. Whereas, I can cook better than average, I am not fond on eating out but I have really done my share of it in the past. (I have included my receipt, showing the orders and charges.) I was intent on delaying my review, in order to make sure my pressure from another non-gustatory project was not affecting my perception. While visiting Atlanta my nephew ventured to take me to Rosie's Coffee Café, on Sylvan Rd. He had not patronized this Café before. Generally speaking, the service was lack-luster but not objectionable, but I shall point out specifics which I think were egregious. We made our orders from the printed menu provided. I like a satisfying breakfast, even if simple, because I wouldn't really have to eat the rest of the day. I ordered something which could not be messed up: (3*) 2-eggs (=6 eggs) with cheese (scrambled, not too dry) arrived, (a bit slow for a simple order and no crowd). I immediately noticed the texture of the scrambled eggs: too granular, (sandy texture), and with whites separated in a kind of coagulated rather than scrambled appearance. We started to eat. The eggs were almost devoid of any flavor, and the texture was indeed unusual. I did my best to enhance them with salt and pepper. At first, I thought "oh well...this one's a 'L'! : you can't win every time!", and took another fork-full. This was not like ANY eggs I had ever eaten. I summoned the table server and made enquiry, "are these eggs from a carton or fresh eggs?" She hesitated momentarily....'these are carton eggs', she replied. How can you serve anything other than fresh whole eggs without notifying the consumer?, I plied? Her reply: If you want eggs from the shell you have to specifically ask for "shell eggs". I was astounded. I had never encountered that term in my 68years,...I had never even heard of "shell eggs", as a requirement to specify in a food order, or in any eating place! I was hungry and there to eat. So, I ordered 2*(2 eggs) =4 eggs. When they came I chose not to eat them as they appeared a little different but not as I expected. Meanwhile my nephew had ordered and received "grits and fried catfish". He was almost done eating. We had struck up a conversation with three out-of-towners at the next table. They happened to have included 'grits' in their order. It was concluded that the grits were both "not hot", and "too watery". Those who ordered the cat-fish were pretty satisfied with that part of their order. I was only concerned with the components of my orders. I called for the check. The server appeared with a hand-held terminal. She told me the amount, and to "please just insert your card!". I asked her for the receipt or some list showing items for which I was paying. I eventually inserted the payment card....and asked for the list "before I sign for payment!", (back and forth about 2 minutes). She kept avoiding the request,"sure, you'll get that as soon as you sign.... You've already paid, just sign where indicated." I was disgustedly worn out and signed, without seeing the total. I went over the receipt, (included here). She obviously did not want me to see that they had already added a significant gratuity; and I therefore added an overall gratuity which was multiplied because of the previous gratuity. I went to the manager to complain both about the eggs and the "gratuity". She explained that the gratuity notice was on the door, and that I should have read it! She said that she would give a 10% discount on the "eggs" order...but that was never seen! The pictures show the notices to be read before daring to enter! The front room in which I sat could seat about 16-20 people: about 10 spots empty at time indicated on receipt:(There was a street event going on, (maybe a walk/run/bike event), which may have affected access. Several grungy electrical/USB plugs were out of order. Environment/ambiance 4 of 10 Food: 2 out of 10 (of all of my actual eat-out experience). Service: 3 out of 10 There are said to be two (2) "Rosie's" in the Atlanta area. The other, as I understand is in or near a stadium complex. I have never been there. I would not venture to eat at any Rosie's location in the future.

We love love love to support a black business okay. Especially one with amazing food and customer service. Really enjoyed my breakfast and coffee. A very cozy meal before it was time to go to the airport. Especially loved the fluffy soft biscuit. I wish I had like 5 of them.

Of course I'm at my favorite spot Rosies on Northside Drive next to the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, phenomenal service, phenomenal people phenomenal food. Make sure you ask for Messiah and Tasha just to name a few of the fabulous..

French toast was bussing I never ate a full serving of French toast ate it here the waitress Melonie was so nice from start to finish Pleasant service. Ambiance was quiet nice little home town breakfast spot

Ghetto and unprofessional.. I'm amazed by the attitude. Even when you call you get the same energy.

Great atmosphere, fast service. We ordered cappuccino's to start with oat milk. Our waitress Ebony was prompt efficient and very pleasant to talk to. We Ordered the fried green tomatoes to start. Yummy!!! We had the veggie sausage and biscuit with home fries!! All the food was hot!! The wait staff were all very pleasant!! Everything was delicious and very filling. We would come back again if we visit in the future!

Service, amazing! Food, amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Had the pancake breakfast, everything came out perfectly! Their specialty coffees are a must order too! 8 of us came as a group and not one of us was disappointed. 5-stars for sure!

This place is so delicious! I definitely recommend making a reservation, even for breakfast because it gets crowded. The food came out hot and was phenomenal. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the pancakes were fluffy, the grits were so creamy, and the pork sausage was delicious. The croissant had too much butter and was hard though. They have amazing chai lattes. It was the best latte I've ever had because it wasn't too sweet. The ambiance was modern and chic. There is a bar area on one side and another side with high top tables and regular tables. The waiter was friendly but wasn't as attentive. I had to ask for refills multiple times. The only reason why I gave this restaurant 4 stars is the wait time. It took over 30 minutes to get our food.

Went to the Carrollton location and was very disappointed in the kitchen staff! Not only was the food flavorless the female kitchen worker was being argumentative with the servers so much so that I was able to hear and told them to keep my order the same and don't alter it in anyway. The servers were very nice and apologetic but my appetite was already ruined especially for a place with 20% gratuities and 3% fee for credit cards! Won't be bad and won't ever recommend. P.s she said oh well fire her then! So maybe yall should!

Found this place on Apple Maps to meet up with friends. We were looking for a coffee shop but got the food we didn't know we needed. I can verify the grits are bussin. I definitely would like to try more on the menu, we all left our plates CLEAN. The service was amazing! Cool ass waitress, hooked my friends chai tea up in these cute mugs! We will be returning!

Rosie's on Sulvan Road is tucked between Cleveland Avenue and Langford Parkway, hidden among industrial warehouses and the steady flow of trucks moving in and out of nearby hubs. If you're not paying attention, you might just drive right past it--so slow down and keep an eye out for your turn. The space is cozy, so if you're coming with a larger group, I highly recommend calling ahead. The vibe is intimate--perfect for catching up with friends or even a low-key first breakfast date. So far, I've had nothing but good experiences here. Just consistently great food. Today's choice: the Specialty Waffle, served with three whole battered wings and a Banana Nut flavored waffle. The Chicken: Absolutely delicious. Fried to perfection--crispy, not too greasy, and served piping hot. The seasoning was just right, flavorful without being overpowering. A great match for the waffle. The Waffle: My server asked if I wanted butter. Normally I'd say yes (I love butter), but I declined after noticing the generous drizzle already coating the waffle. I'm not exactly sure what the icing drizzle was, but it made butter unnecessary. While I'm usually not big on nuts in my waffles, it was still tasty. That said, I personally would've enjoyed more banana and a bit less nut. This wasn't my first time at Rosie's--and it definitely won't be the last. As always, the food was excellent. Next time, I'm eyeing Rosie's Shrimp & Grits. Highly recommend.

Four words: Cinnamon Toast Crunch Waffles. Man...I went here, today, with a friend out of town. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a welcoming staff. The lady next to us was working on her laptop and I was on a Zoom call. It was a Very calm and relaxing environment. I got the chicken and waffles and I was not disappointed. The person I was with stopped and watch me eat because, apparently, I was putting a hurting on the food. Stop by for breakfast or brunch when you get the chance.

Not bad, but there are way better cafes in the metro Atlanta area. If you are trying to have a decent quality breakfast for a reasonable price, then you can't go wrong with Rosie's.

When I tell you, this is the only restaurant that forces me to get up an hour early just so I can make the drive over here to experience the best food, the best flavor and the best courteous staff in particular Desaray! She always carries a smile and her demeanor makes everybody wanna come back thank you for y'all being who y'all are! Because she is the best! Period.

For one, the service here was great! The young woman working the front of the shop was attentive, and very helpful while my family was placing their order. I got the French Toast Platter, which was absolutely delicious. The scrambled eggs were great, and the potatoes were seasoned perfectly, with some not-too-sweet french toast to top it off! The ambiance here is so nice, and the mural on the side is the perfect photo opportunity! Will be returning!

All around great! Glad they added a brunch location in the Sylvan Hills area. Immediately greeted by friendly staff. Although a wait we did not mind. While the Northside location allows for reservations, this one does not. No waiting area inside but they will call when table is ready so you can wait in your car or outside. Jennifer was our server and she was very nice, attentive and personable and took extra effort to ensure our order was correct. The food was hot with good taste. Breakfast Burrito, Salmon Croquets, Pancakes, Eggs and Grits were all delicious. The one downside is with the specialty pancakes the flavors are not mixed in and only as toppings. Delicious nevertheless. Plenty of free parking.

Rosie's was a great little spot on our way to the airport to grab some lunch. The fried fish was perfectly seasoned, the chicken salad was fire and the kids loved the pancakes. Seems like a popular place, seating is limited. Service was good.

Solid food, no wait, decent service. This was a win for what we were looking for and even on Father's Day when other spots in the area were maxed out for reservations with no walk ins allowed. Ordered the chicken and got the cinnamon toasted pecan pancakes. It did what needed to be done.

We were seated and then a server never came back to us. After 30 minutes and watching everyone around us get service, even folks that arrived after us, we decided to leave. We mentioned on the way out what happened and no apology whatsoever. Absolutely terrible experience.

Charged $1.25 more for cheese grits & $.30 more for potatoes than menu price. VERY politely asked abt sauce & server's passive aggressive & emotionally unintelligent response: I only have 2 hands. Combined w/ Undeserved 20% auto tip, I wont be back.

Our server Dee was not polite at all.. the chicken still had feathers and uncooked.. French toast arrived at the table burnt and looking as if someone took a bite.. didn't feel very welcoming.. also you pay for your food before even seeing the check..for sure a scam

One of my favorite spots for breakfast. Coffee is strong and good...I have been hooked on the Fish and Grits on my last few visits. However, the other dishes are great and the salmon patties!!! You can't go wrong...great staff, very clean place.

We waited 10 minutes to be approached. "Server" came over came over and took our order. We waited 25 minutes for our food. Breakfast Burrito and a breakfast bowl. My coffee came after the food arrived. Our "server" sat at an adjacent table and ate, never checking on us or if we needed anything. After sitting and being done for over 10 minutes, I asked for our bill. No check just came up and told us it was $40. Paid and noticed that the gratuity was already added (25%) and they wanted more. I will never eat here again.food was great but service was horrible. She had no incentive to do anything. We live less than a mile away. I have let all of our neighbors in Jefferson Park to avoid this place.

Rosie's was my first stop in Atlanta and I was extremely pleased with Nitosha's hospitality. Had a great breakfast to start my day. I will come again.

Incredibly slow service. Waiters and staff seem to be not caring about time at all. If you know it takes longer, then why not at least warn that the kitchen and bar are busy and it takes 25 minutes to make two lattes? The place itself is chill Food and drinks are good, but it took around 25 minutes to get simple coffees for two. For a coffee cafe doesn't seem making sense. Moreover, no contactless payments. On top of that - dirty bathrooms with no towels in women's and no soap in men's.

Literally spent the weekend at Rosie's due to event in area. I was not disappointed on either visit! Ample parking is available during the visit. Yesterday, during first visit in a few years, I had the delicious shrimp and grits. It was a smaller portion compared to other places, and also the perfect portion size. Good flavor throughout. I paired it with the oatmeal latte which had good cinnamon flavor. It was a bit sweet but enjoyed the taste and barrel mug served in that had a warming metal consistency. Day 2, returned with visiting family post event. Ordered the angus burger with a side of coleslaw. The medium burger came with lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. Opted for no cheese and ditched the delicious looking buns do to current dietary program. #bikiniseason The homemade coleslaw was a great choice as it was rich in texture and flavor. My companions had eggs over easy, french toast, wings and fries. All selections were well received. Service was excellent on both days and did not mind adding to the 20% automatically added gratuity when dining in. Danielle was informative and pleasant on day 1. Alicia, my namesake, was extremely impressive from greeting to follow up check ins to exit. Both ladies were attentive and provided good service. Location is one of three, and in East Point. Very convenient from 166. Interior design was warm, and ample space. Will definitely return!

Nice restaurant right next to the Mercedes Benz stadium on the corner. The ambiance is nice there are two sides. The dine in side or the bar area. The service was great, the only problem was the wait on the food; it took a long time for our order to come out. When we got our food order it was great! The grits were delicious, the fried swai fish was amazing. All the food was fantastic. I will definitely go back

Food takes over an hour based on ordering a traditional American breakfast. Overpriced for what you get and the WAIT. valet was the nicest I have dealt with in a while. Service was fine. Just poorly run business.

I am a native Atlantan and have been consciously making efforts to visit more of our local businesses. Today I decided to visit Rosie's for the 2nd time(1st time was last summer, I wasn't that impressed and felt like I wasted my money, especially on that Toffee Nut Latte, but decided to give it another try on a less crowded day). Placed my order on their website at 12:49pm for a Breakfast Burrito (w/chicken sausage, potatoes and cheese eggs), nothing complicated, it was the basic burrito on their menu. Received a confirmation that my order would be ready at 1:19 pm. First sign that things weren't going to go right was the parking attendant's lack of awareness. I pulled in the lot and immediately saw a guy getting ready to leave so I pulled up close enough to him so that it would be evident that I was waiting on him to pull out. The attendant then waves me forward, so I look in my rearview to make sure I'm not blocking anyone, I wasn't, but he waved me up again, so I think maybe there is space closer up that I can't see. Nope it wasn't, so I tell him that I was waiting on the space that the guy was pulling out of, and of course, the guy pulls out and is now behind me and the attendant is looking at me with a stupid look on his face, smh. So I have to pull out of the parking lot, wait at the light and hope that by the time I turn around and get back into the parking lot the space isn't gone(because there parking lot is very small). I went in about 1:10pm because I don't like to wait until the exact time just in case my food is ready early. I go up to the two young ladies at the pick up counter, they greet me and I give them my name, she checks the little cart that they use for to-go orders and tells me my order isn't ready yet. I say ok and stand there for a few minutes before I sit down, but in my head I'm like how long does it take for a breakfast burrito, literally that's all it was nothing extra with it, no grits, drink, nothing, just a burrito. I wait for a few minutes after the time I was given and I go back up there and ask the young lady if they called my name, she tells me not yet, so then I ask her is this normal for it to take this long for a burrito? At that time another lady (she had wavy hair and looked like she had a tattoo on her neck) who I think was probably a manager, hears my question and replies. She tells me that they had a large party of 10, as if they aren't experienced restauranteurs and it's their first ever big party. Mind you it wasn't crowded in there at all so I didn't feel good about that reply, feels like you're already making excuses, but no one has gone to actually check on the order although I'm the only one still waiting in the To-Go area. They were standing there talking. There's more to good customer service than just a pleasant greeting. You have to be aware of the orders that were placed and what you're waiting on, it helps you cut down on service failures and the amount of wasted time that occurs. You have to be proactive by checking in with the kitchen about outstanding orders. That's how you keep things flowing and keep all your customers happy. Finally the younger lady goes to the kitchen because now I'm standing and giving a clear vibe of "what the heck is taking so long". I can see them talking and looking on the screen and at that moment I knew my order was overlooked. She comes back to the counter, but she doesn't say anything to me. She's talking to the other workers and I can hear her saying basically they don't know where my order is. Mind you, I'm the customer yet she never tells me this, but then the lady who I think is the manager comes over and I just go ahead and tell her in a very polite and calm voice, "hey you can just refund me if it's not ready and I'll go somewhere else". She goes back to the kitchen and the kitchen manager tells her he's rolling the burrito up now and give him about 4 minutes. She goes on to tell me that someone took my order, mind you I've been sitting there looking at the younger lady help others that came to pick up and I don't believe that because I could hear her asking their names before she gave them their order. Honestly, as soon as she started making excuses, I knew I was never coming back, I don't have time for that when I'm spending my hard earned money, especially in this economy. Be upfront, be apologetic, fix it, no excuses. Finally at 1:34 pm the kitchen manager comes out with my food tells me thank you, gives a quick apology and I go on my way. The burrito was hot and a large portion so he obviously tried to make up for the fact that I waited so long, but it was flavorless, dry and I didn't care for the taste of the tortilla. It would've been nice if the potatoes had more onion and peppers in them, but overall it was mediocre, I ended up only eating half of it. I definitely won't be back.

Food was BOMB! I got the basic sampler, biscuit was fresh and fluffy and the grit were excellent despite the initial presentation. Besides the serAfter eating our breakfast -- was made aware they're no longer accepting tap to pay. That was really inconvenient

Hey gang! This place has been on the wife's list of places to visit for a while now and Sunday Oct 15, 2023 was visiting day. Parking is good, facility is clean, Bathroom hallway is very tight don't really understand this ya'll. I ordered the pancakes, eggs over well, bacon and potatoes. Food was bland and lacked real flavor and seasoning, especially the potatoes. and why is the portion of potatoes so small? Chicken wings are fried in flour and no seasoning on these either. The wife ordered the crab cakes and apparently they were right on. I wasn't gonna speak on the service too much but hopefully they can straighten that out as my order was brought to the table wrong and no real apology offered just a "oh we will get your pancakes over to you in a bit". overall not a complete fail but there is attention to detail and maybe some recipe changes that should be explored.

Cozy, southern, mom and pops vibe is what I got. Food was good, serving size was massive, and the server was welcoming. The food came out really quick. Overall, pleasant experience!

Super friendly staff. Lots of families there and the food was tasty with great waffles for the kids! Finally a breakfast place in Atlanta without some 40 minute wait (should I say that?), but it's a gem that will be discovered. We had a bit of a kid melt-down so we had to leave early and the wait staff calmly understood, helped box up food fast and the POS pay made it even quicker for an unfortunate early exit. We will definitely be back!

Hot and simple breakfast. Plenty of parking and near the door. They are friendly and always have a pleasant smile when I dine in. Locals come through for their favorite home cooked breakfast meals. You can order from the Coffee bar for to go or pick up orders. Prices are reasonable and items can be substituted or ala carte to your liking! Great staple near the Lakewood Area and freeway.

Food was ok, way over priced. Staff was friendly, restaurant was clean. Probably won't come back because of prices.

My daughter and I stopped in after moving some things into my house down here in south east Atlanta. Rossy is on the street not far from where I used to on my first house. I really do like this neighborhood. Upon entering I was welcome immediately. It's a small, mom and Pop vibe. The server told me it would be about a 15 minute wait which I understood. I'm nice to me. My daughter had beat me here and already had a table. We sat in chitchatted for a little bit. They were busy with full tables and full of energy and noise. Our server did come by to check on us. But I asked her to give us a moment while my daughter and I decided if we wanted to stay. Instead of looking at yo, we should've looked at the website to get a better understanding of the pricing. Please look at the website. Breakfast is a little bit higher than I anticipated. Once we settled on something when we both knew we both came for coffee, it seem like our waiter forgot about us, but she said she didn't. She quickly took our order and promised that she would put our food in first, which wasn't much, but the Rossy sandwich and then our coffee. Our breakfast sandwiches came out and fresh. Our coffee was delivered. Just a little bit later after our food was tabled, but was also hot and delicious!our server was great! However, I just feel like everything felt the cookie cutter. It wasn't smooth. All in all, I enjoyed it and will be back. Happy to be back in this neighborhood. Happy to support businesses like this. The restaurant is nicer than I expected. I thought it was more of a dive but I was completely incorrect. It's quite lovely inside. Decorated nicely and It's larger than I thought as well. The service was friendly enough. Not Chick-fil-A friendly but definitely absent of attitudes, which I appreciated. Our food was really good but all around us patrons left lots of food on their plates...they could have just ordered too much but I was rather confused about that. I got the fish and grits which came with French toast. I wasn't fond of the French toast...not a lot of French toast flavor and not real maple syrup . I brought it home to fix up. The grits and the fish though were super good!! My friend got the fish po boy with Cole slaw and she thoroughly enjoyed her food. I have the Atlanta dining out passbook so it was a buy one get one entree. I will return even without the book. Their prices are reasonable.

First time here the food was fresh and delicious and my server Jennifer was awesome. My new place when I'm in Atlanta North area.

Stil waiting after an hour... places a take out order.. been here since 10:05am.. be ready to wait... Location/ambiance: East side located in a neighborhood setting, parking is tight. Inside is small and a bit tight so it's packed. Nice ambiance cozy vibe. The greeter is not so welcome. I sensed an attitude based off her body language, it could be due to the overwhelming of people, but still you have to be welcoming and pleasant. Covid protocol: everyone wore a mask, this place is a packed house, so make your own judgement if your would want to eat inside. An hour wait just to sit inside and wait for a table availability Food: the taste of the food is ok.. portions are good size and fulfilling. This business has another location as well, so it may be a bit different. Next time I'll call in advance to order instead of waiting 2 hours for take out order!

Soooo good soooo goood sooooo goood! I came from out of town (Houston, Tx), and was starving from my long flight, so I decided to Yelp and search for a brunch spot! This was the first to come up! I really loved the hospitality and the friendliness from all the staff. This place actually became really packed after we came in, so thank god! The food was exceptional! I loved the sausage and French toast! I'm sure all the other foods were great too. Please stop by this place!

TERRIBLE customer service always! I came in here for a brewed coffee. I paid and was waiting for the lady to fill my coffee, literally just brewed coffee. No cream or sugar - super easy! And the lady puts my cup down, takes the order of the guy who walked in behind me, does his entire order then comes back and fills my cup. Like why? Just fill the cup of coffee and help the next guest after. I don't understand her reasoning, but I will definitely not be back here. Also, my company orders from them a lot for pick up and every time they tell me how they mess something up or are REALLY SLOW! I don't know why they keep ordering from here. Seating was fast, sat at the counter.... My order was taken and served timely! The server gurls were friendly & professional! It was a Happy Sunday @ Rosie's Sylvan Rd and will definitely go back for the Fish/Grits!! Thanks!

Very good. My sister loved her chicken and waffles. I loved my breakfast platter. Our server was fantastic.

Had an amazing breakfast on this Labor Day! I thought I would not be able to get into any restaurant this morning due to the holiday took a chance coming down Sylvan Road and ran into this sweet spot. The place looks packed from the parking lot however wants inside we were able to be seated socially distancing without a problem. The food came fast and was fresh! my 10-year-old son loved his veggie sausage which smelled eerily like the real thing! My daughter created a good meal from the stacker menu which is the same size as a breakfast platter for half the price. Our server, Ayanna was a great host.

The service was very fast and food was delicious. Maia was a lovely server who was very attentive and patient.

Finally made my here to the Sylvan Road location. It's quaint. The location is totally unassuming. Since I was familiar with the area, my first thought was..where in the world could a restaurant be on this street? Well it works. We pulled up and the lot was full. Not that many spaces. Makes me wonder how did they handle very busy days prior to this pandemic and changes made for dining. So let's get to the food, which is why only 3 stars. I ordered Rosie's Breakfast platter. You can choose your meat, bread and eggs. I chose grilled chicken breast fillet, french toast and scrambled eggs with cheese. It was nothing I'll order again. Fried green tomatoes..I make homemade better. I read the food was good, but....... My visit was June 6, 2020..just posting the draft. Smh..it's 2/3/2022.
