Art Deco lounge serving handcrafted classics & champagne

"At The Palazzo, Rosina serves as an intimate Art Deco lounge that offers a serene, refined retreat from the bustle of the resort." - CNT Editors
"There are a few common themes throughout all James Bond movies - beautiful women who inevitably double-cross him, fancy vehicles with cool spy features, and chase scenes. And if there were a chase scene through The Venetian and he needed somewhere to hide, he’d go to Rosina. Everything is gold-trimmed and there are stamped ice cubes, “Champagne Call Buttons” at each table, and a secret menu with drinks like the Blackthorn, with whiskey, vermouth, and absinthe. Regardless of who you bring here, they’ll be impressed, so come with a few coworkers post-convention or for one of the classiest nightcaps you can find in Vegas." - milena difiore
"You could just get a pasta dish or a pizza from Bar Rosina’s in Greenwich, but you’d be doing it wrong. The path to success at this Italian restaurant is to order as many of their appetizers as you can fit on your table. Most of them are covered in a thick blanket of pecorino romano—you’ll get a strong whiff of cheese every time a waiter walks by. Make sure to prioritize some of the less conventionally Italian small plates, like the fried long hot peppers drizzled with labneh, and the burrata toast topped with strawberries, hazelnuts, and a savory brown butter sauce. If the weather’s nice, ask to sit outside on their cute patio with string lights. The spacious indoor dining room is also great for a big group dinner, especially one with any of your Westchester friends—it’s located one block from the New York border." - chloe zale, ciera velarde

"This place is like an incredible surprise right at the base of the Palazzo elevators. Rich finishes and gorgeous lighting give the small room (it seats about 65 people) Gatsby-era, Art Deco fabulousness. It's so transporting, that you'll almost forget where you are—save for the slot machines you can see through the window. The Classics menu is refreshingly basic—we’re talking Tom Collins, Manhattans, and Mint Juleps—while the showmanship comes through on the Coke and Smoke and Call Me Sire on the signature menu. And if you’re feeling bubbly, there’s even a Champagne Call Button to request one, by the glass or bottle depending on how late the partying is going." - Rachel Chang, Andrea Bennett

"A small, intimate lounge where cocktails are made with precision and presented in a face-to-face, speakeasy-like setting. The tight menu focuses on classics and thoughtfully composed drinks—including juleps, stirred cocktails, and crisp shaken libations—that can rival the best cocktail bars in the country." - Matthew Kang
