London’s Best Caribbean Food | Trinidadian Roti Restaurants in London | Eater London

"Adding to west London’s burgeoning roti scene, Roti Kitchen in West Ealing looks to celebrate all elements of Caribbean culture and heritage rather than just one island. With this, the kitchen menu stretches far beyond its already extensive roti offering, which covers the likes of butternut squash filling, saltfish buljol — fresh veg medley — and barbecue chicken. Add the sharing platters and numerous sides on offer, and novices to Caribbean food can get a primer on food from all the islands." - Riaz Phillips

Best Restaurants in Ealing | Where to Eat in West Ealing, Ealing Common | Eater London

"A member of London’s essential Caribbean restaurants, Roti Kitchen’s crimson and yellow frontage and patchwork of island flags promises a commitment to all facets of island cooking, and a broad menu of staples does the work with pride and care. Pholourie sputter in oil like they hold a grudge against the fryer, emerging as golden orbs; jerk chicken leaves its inky tribute to the grill on fingers, the meat a pale vehicle for the battle between heady allspice and chilli — order the sauce to amp up the former with sweetness and fruit, and the gravy for the latter. The place is named for roti, so naturally, they’re outstanding, whether it’s the dhal puri supporting curry mutton, or, perhaps the best roti of all: the one forgotten under a pile of jerked chicken legs, secreting their fire in folds of beige." - James Hansen

The Best London Restaurants With Their Own Delivery Service | Eater London

"While Roti Kitchen is listed on Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo, orders can also be placed via their website. Based in West Ealing, Roti Kitchen champions food from various Caribbean islands, and while the rotis are exemplary, they’re just one of the large menu’s highlights. The curry mutton roti is a best seller, and for good reason, but the jerk chicken, curry goat, and saltfish bake are must orders — not forgetting Guinness punch." - Jonathan Hatchman

I’m from the region where this food is made so was looking forward to trying this. The taste is okay, probably 3/5. Not sure I’d return if basing it on the taste alone. The curry is much darker than traditionally where this is made but at least it does have taste. A star is added for the volume of food received which is very good for the price. I had a chicken roti and a doubles.

Wow…. What can I say. Best roti I’ve had for a long time. Been here twice now. My favourite is the curry mutton dhal puri roti and I add channa too. My good friend Wayne introduced me to this place. Well done guys. Top food here. As wayne would say… ‘it’s the right one’

Ordered via UberEats. I am a huge fan of roti and curry goat. Ordered a few roti, buss up shut and curry goat. Added a 1/4 jerk chicken too. I was so excited to eat this and share with my family but upon biting into the roti, realised it was salty and not as flaky as I liked - ate it though!! The curry (£13) was mostly gravy and lacked flavour. The colour and texture was lovely. The jerk chicken smelled lovely but needed a few more minutes on the grill as it was slightly red inside. Chicken was seasoned very well. Overall, first time buying from Roti Kitchen and would again! Please watch the salt intake on your roti.

I discovered Roti Kitchen during a stroll near Walpole Park and was immediately impressed by its fresh, vibrant Caribbean vibes. The menu is halal-certified, with standout dishes like their "buroti" wrap, meaty jerk chicken, and rich curried goat. Each roti is beautifully fragrant, with bold seasoning-orders consistently "out of this worldWhat sets this place apart is its balance of flavours and value: generous portions without overpricing, making it perfect for a casual lunch or a cozy evening feast. Staff were warm and welcoming-one review says, "David is a really sound owner," and "can't wait to return!"Whether you're in the mood for hearty comfort food or something a bit different, Roti Kitchen delivers Caribbean sunshine in every bite.

The food was so tasty! I absolutely loved the super moist jerk chicken and the tender goat curry. I would totally recommend trying the curry mutton wrap which had loads of flavour and was packed with juicy pieces of mutton. Have ordered here twice in two weeks and I can’t get enough! Will defo be my new regular takeaway place!

I stopped off for lunch today with my two little daughters. We had doubles and curry chicken and roti. It was delicious!! Dave was extremely friendly and very professional. Will definitely be back. We were able to place an order to take away with us. Fantastic food and wonderful people.

Tasty food and great, friendly service. There are only a couple of vegan options but these are marked on the menu and were enjoyed thoroughly. We got the Ital Special Roti, a wrap packed with 2 curries, great flavour, in dal puri. As a side we chose the plantain, also delicious! Very reasonably priced as well. Shame the doubles and dumplings, which I usually enjoy, we're not vegan at this location (vegetarian) - it would be great to have veganized versions!

Fantastic Caribbean food for fair prices and friendly staff members. I loved the fries (huge portion by the way)and the mutton curry wrap was great. The jerk chicken was a little bit dry but definitely tasty as well. I’m definitely going back again to enjoy their food. I just need to try more of their food to give them 5 stars but this could happen very soon.
