Slow service, left my pizza sitting on top of the oven after it was cooked. He told me he was busy and missed it. The cooks are always talking and don't care what happens after they pull it out of the oven. The guy responsible for bringing the food up front, wanders around or taking phone orders, or ringing people up, the other 3 or 4 cooks, not their problem 🤔 And don't buy the desserts, they're horrible 😤

Round Table Pizza is a timeless classic for a reason! Their pizzas are consistently delicious, with a perfect crust and generous toppings. It's always a hit for family dinners or game nights. The delivery is reliable, and the quality never disappoints. A top choice for pizza cravings!

I went on Christmas eve I had to order from Union City because the Hayward location ran out of dough...On short notice this location picked up my order and even though they was very busy they did their best to accomendate me. One very rude gentlemen was very hostile but the young man at the counter held his composure and calmed him down was a pleasure to see such a well behaved young men keep his cool and do his best to get everyone their orders...I was very impressed with the team being so busy they did their very best to get everyone served... The pizza was delicious!

Im a regular customer here and I heard there is a new owner and I don’t see some of the old staff here. I’m disappointed with the new crew. Needs lots of improvement.

Coming back to my hometown, this Round Table has always been a local spot we’ve “sometimes” enjoyed. Let me explain. Round Table should have delicious pizza. However, over the years, this store has consistently had issues with super late deliveries, poorly made food, and subpar service. The lady who has been the manager there (a Latin lady) has always been very nice when issues occurred. However, it’s been YEARS, and there are still no food quality checks here. I say this with all due respect, but she needs to do better. Perhaps paying employees a better wage will recruit more reliable staff, conducting personal checks after each dish is made, or implementing other quality checks. It’s a hit or miss here. You might have better luck playing craps in Vegas or Tahoe. Officially, after 20 years, I have asked my family to stop going to this store. Sorry I had to put this out there for everyone to see. Yesterday, I purchased 6 garlic twists. I don’t understand how you don’t notice they are still RAW! I didn’t think I needed to check garlic twists before leaving. I’m certain my 10-year-old cousin could have done a better job popping these into the oven and using a timer.

The manager of this location was hostile to me and made me feel unwelcome, all because I sat down for a few minutes before ordering. It was as though she though I was loitering with no intention of ordering anything. She also communicated very poorly when I asked for a restaurant-provided cup, saying the disposable cups were "all they have", which was not true. She then gave me a cracked cup that leaked and I had to request a new one. I also don't remember the bathroom doors being locked last year, but this time they were. I don't appreciate businesses making people jump through hoops just to meet a basic need.

We ordered a basic large pizza, but it took an hour for them to prepare it, which was quite frustrating. We even had to call them to remind them about our order. When we asked for an update, they eventually initiated the delivery through DoorDash. It's disappointing that we had to remind them and follow up on our order, emphasizing the need for improved customer service on their end.

It looks like there's been a big change in management over the last 10 years, because this most recent visit was great! To be fair, the last time I had their pizza it was delivered--cold--and it upset my stomach. But this time, I dined in for lunch with a group of about 20 people. My friend was having her gender reveal at Kennedy Park across the street, so she decided to have everyone meet at Round Table first for a quick lunch. She ordered around 10 pizzas (maybe more--I lost count after the first five came out). The pizzas were hot and delicious--at least the three I tried were! They did make a mistake with one of the orders and made a medium instead of an extra-large, but to make up for it, they brought out a large and gave her another pizza of her choice as well. Service was great, and the food was even better. I'm so happy I live nearby now and can stop by more often!

I order door dash two pizzas one Hawaiian and one pepperoni stuff cross but they send me cheese pizza when I call very bad communications . And they don't accept they fault I pay 96 dollars I I don't grab what I want

Call to order a pizza not very helpful on the phone to navigate through their app so I had to come get it instead of going through DoorDash. She put me on hold twice and then when I went to pick up the pizza there was nobody in there she needs to be more professional with customers to be a little bit nicer on the phone and she was rude

I came here for a meetup and I had a great time. There is plenty of seating inside and service is quick. There were also multiple tvs inside with various sports programs. We ordered one medium pizza and it was ready in about 10 minutes. To preface, I'm not a regular pizza eater, but the pizza I had here was pretty good. The crust was crisp and the toppings were hearty. There was a bit of grease on the pizza but not an overwhelming amount. So if you're looking for a pizza place to try out, I would keep this place in mind.

I like this place and they normally get it right. They forgot to put the included 3 pieces of ranch in my delivery order and it's such hassle just to get compensated fairly. When you order carry out it's much easier to confirm that you received everything that is ordered. For a delivery order especially when there is a good tip, the compensation for an inaccurate order should be compensated better and easier.

Round table use to be one of the best tasting pizza's. Unfortunately I can't say that about this place. Their pizza is so greasy and undercooked, garlic stuffed cheese bread also undercooked. I also got a salad in which the condiments were sour, which was very disappointing. We asked for a beer on tap. We were told no beer. Another customer walks in and orders a beer on Tap. They got it!! To top it off the 2 liter we got was expired. And restrooms were closed to customers.

Im a dasher and always meet this woman name Louisa.... She is very very very rude .... When i picked up my order and need to use restroom she always said not ready .... Not clean yet ... from the first time i became dasher she always say not ready yet... still dirty bla bla bla .... And i said its ok i need to use it its emergency ... and she open the restroom .... ITS CLEAN ... her attitude is very NASTY .... This time A THIRD TIME AND I FED UP AND REPORT THIS ... SHE IS ACTING LIKE SHE OWNS THIS BUSINESS.... Remember when good pizza use to be affordable??? Round tables prices at every location has gotten ridiculous I wish I could scream at the owners

Ingredients here aren't as fresh and service isn't as good at the location on Hesperian but Diego made the experience very easy and pleasant. I appreciate him for his professionalism and attention to detail!

What I disagree with is these people who bought this pizza place! First you're buying "Round Table pizza!!!" Do you even know who, what Round Table pizza is to America??? Round tables pizza is one of Americas chain pizza joints that holds the highest quality in there ingredients! If you're a born and raised American you will know exactly what I'm talking about? So, For the people who wants to buy a round table pizza joint and not understand the quality and flavor of its pizza then I beg you to not buy one because you're ruining round table pizza's reputation!!!! Friday night and a room full of angry customers, including a DoorDash driver who has been waiting an hour for a pizza. They are fully staffed with 10 employees but they can't seem to actually make any pizzas and when they do, it's not what was ordered. It's very disappointing. No indoor dining during COVID. I ordered online and they hadn't even begun my pizza when I arrived for pickup. Once I checked in it took 30 minutes to make my 1 pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. It's odd because my pizza was luke warm when served. The stuffed crust was good, they put plenty of cheese, but they skimped on the pepperonis.

No matter where I go, Round Table Pizza is my favorite pizza in the whole world. This is the only Round Table that I've been to, probably due to it's location. Most of the time I will get a carry out or get my pizza delivered. I've never dined inside the restaurant, but they have tables for you to dine in. My favorite pizza is the Maui Zaui. It's pretty much a Hawaiian pizza, but it has more flavors and meats in it. It's very flavorful and delicious. However on my last visit, my pizza is less tastier, but it's still good. The service was mediocre. The restaurant looks old and needs tidying. Even though I am not a big fan of their service, I will still go back. Maybe I will try a different location next time. Like what I said earlier, Round Table will still be my favorite pizza place.

The pizza was good.. But the service was terrible. The gentlemen that we ordered from very rude. I paid for the salad bar and it's all you can eat. Ordered here many (too many honestly) times during the pandemic, quality is always good and timely. On very rare occasions pizza crust is a bit hard but 99% of the time it's great, not sure why it's rated so low.

There's a lot I need to say! About this round table pizza But I don't want to get my blood pressure high again So yea..... first of all my order took so long when they said it was going to be 25min it took about 35 to 40 min for only a large pizza! Wtf! Second thing they forgot to give me the 2 liter Sierra Mist they charge me on and only received the pizza! The Third thing when I got home them pizza was burned so I called and complain about it to the ''manager'' supposedly that I spoke too I started to complain about the issues on behalf and it was back and forward conversation as a manager I requested his name and didn't gave it to me and refused and got upset which it should never happened because the customer is always right! but long story short I never received my refund on the pizza and soda and the guy on the phone was very unprofessional and rude talking back to me this is the last time I order from this place and lost a good customer that wanted to have a nice family dinner. Oh real quick also noticed the person lady cooking the pizza was not wearing a hair net with hair all over her head and was talking and shouting to employees without a mask like really come on very unhygienic specially on a food restaurant place I hope this message gets passed around and be careful when ordering at this place be aware.

Probably the absolute worst pizza made ! Ordered a large pepperoni mushroom and black olive . That's simple right ? Tasted old and nasty not fresh had to have been sitting around for a while . I find this spot very dingy and dirty. Get your pizza to go or delivered, save your noses. Pizza - classic Round Table pizza as I remembered from my childhood. The lunch specials are only decent prices if you don't tack on additional toppings like I did. A small personal pizza, about the edge of my thumb to edge of pinky, and a drink was basically $10 including tax... I feel like the other places give you a bigger pizza with more toppings for the same price, without a drink. Unfortunately, not only has the taste been preserved with this location, but also the booths/flooring. It smelled pretty sour/old restaurant smell as well as the ripped booths welcoming you as you walk on. Parking - abundant parking lot, but be mindful not to drive in those one way rows :p I've seen many people drive all confused in there haha.

I was craving pizza for lunch and this Roundtable Pizza on Decoto was the closest. I noticed the 2 star rating on Yelp but decided to try them anyway. Other than the old tile floors and dirty carpets the combination pizza I ordered was delicious as I've known it to be. You can see from my picture that I smashed into this personal pizza. I suggest giving this location a try.

HORRIBLE! Please DO NOT come here, I ordered a medium pizza and it was the size of a small. The pizza was burnt and all of the slices were super tiny. Me and my brother usually share a medium and we always get full but when we shared one today we were still very hungry.

I use to eat here every other week until last night I ordered pizza me and the whole family that eat the pizza got sick I don't know if it was something went bad on the pizza or maybe surfaces weren't clean.... also the cashier taking the order seemed like he may of had a attitude at the register it was a waste of about 48 dollars for two pizzas and some chicken wings not a good experience

Wife ordered a medium King Arthur with extra spinach online and came home with a burnt pie. Because of COVID she did not wanted to be exposed longer than needed at restaurant and skipped double checking the pizza before take out, we are extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Ordered for pick up, when answering, Cashier was rude. I wanted to pay over the phone but after saying my order, person just slammed the phone. Didn't even ask how I'll be paying or anything. I told him 4 times I signed up for the rewards members and was trying to ask if I need anything to verify my membership. Dude just kept saying I got it. I tried calling back to ask if I can just pay over the phone but another employee answered and said it was too late, at least this employee was much more professional than the first one.I saw the receipt while they were giving us the order and the first person who took my call was Charanjit. Please train your employee more.

I placed a large order for work and I basically had a list I read off of when placing my order. When our order arrived I was missing a pizza, received double of another, and 2 wing orders were messed up completely. It amazes me how when I called again the woman on the phone had the audacity that I'm wrong when while I was placing my order she repeated it back to me correctly. This place has stood the test of time. It's been serving pizza in the same location for over 20 years and I've been coming back for over 20 years. If it sucked it would have been gone by now but it's still rockin' and rollin'. Heck, it outlasted Starbucks. lol. No place is perfect but I'd say this place gets it right most of the time.

The combo is a personal pizza up to 4 toppings, a salad or a 2 piece garlic twist and a 20oz Pepsi drink. I got this special as a text on my phone and an e-mail as well. It's part of being a Royal Member, I believe ? Been getting this promotion like once or twice a week for the past 2 weeks. Just got another one today. So, I thought I would try out this deal and have pizza for lunch today. Nobody has heard of it, nor will they honor it. There's no code, just text and a picture describing the special. There's the same exact deal on the webpage, but yet there's no where to add this deal to the cart. There's no way to get this special !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is NOT the first time this has happened. You constantly send out specials and none of your restaurants near me will honor them !!!!!! Why send out specials when your not going to HONOR your own PROMOTIONS ?????? This place is ok. It's clean and good for big crowds. They are not too friendly but the pizza's are great. I love Round Table original crusted pizza. I like that this place serves beer! My favorite pizza is Italian Garlic Supreme! Still a good place to order and pick up the pizza....

I picked up a large triple pepperoni and six wings for $19.99 at this location. It was around 2 pm on a Sunday and I was the only customer. The order was completed on time as promised when I ordered online. Parking here can be a bit of a pain. You either park on the Safeway side or Rite Aid side. Pizza was good, the wings were tiny. A ranch dipping sauce is an extra $0.50. Friendly staff.

Their website & front door say they close at 11pm on Fridays. I tried calling for 45 minutes while driving home at 9:15pm & no answer. I got to the store at 10:05pm but the door was locked. I could see the staff inside & knocked. They didn't acknowledge me at all & proceeded to turn off the lights. RUDE, especially considering the sign ON THE DOOR said they closed at 11pm! Horrible service!

The service here is super shotty. U don't know if what they're gonna get wrong. They might not pick up the phone. They might put u on on hold forever. They might tell you the wrong price. The First Lady who helped me went and got another lady (who I found out later is the actual owner??!!) and she too argued and was ridiculously unprofessional. Pleading that she was right and I was wrong over and over. I again wasn't and didn't have a coupon worth millions just a fair compromise and YET the OWNER in disguise who's name is "Elva Figueroa!" After today I will never return to that Round Table!! I'm appalled and am reporting my experience to the Better Business Bureau, immediately!!!

The round table in Centerville closed a couple years ago. Even though this round table is less than 2 miles away they say they won't deliver to my apartment (until I ask to get a manager on the line). It's the same way every time. This time was even worse than usual as the person taking my order was completely inept. She hung up before I could even tell her my apartment number. She told me it would be an hour and a half and I said that would be fine that's what I wanted but it showed up 30 minutes later! I called the corporate headquarters and they said they would have the location manager call me. They never did so I'm done with you Round Table. Too many other good places to order pizza from.

The service here is horrible. I ordered a Large pepperoni and bacon pizza for pick up I get there and the two gentlemen are very helpful I get home to eat my pizza and there is a long black hair in the pizza I called to inform them about this mishap and unfortunately the lady who answered the phone was very rude and not helpful at all she made it seem as if me finding the hair was impossible. I grew up having end of season baseball parties here and from what I remember the service used to be friendly and respectable. Maybe because this was back when pizza joints were more popular. Times have changed and so has management I guess. I came to the place with my parents expecting to get three personal pizzas just like what we did a few weeks ago. All I wanted was a personal mushroom pizza with extra mushrooms, which the menu advertises as an extra dollar. We were denied extra mushrooms on both the mushroom pizza and the pepperoni pizza. When comparing the pizza with extra mushrooms I got last time and the mushroom with the regular amount of mushrooms, I believe that they gave the same amount. In the end from my twenty minute visit, they had poor and inconsistent customer service, old-wilty lettuce, tomatoes covered in flies, stale saltine crackers, and disgusting tasting water (not just according to me, other people complained as well). I'm surprised this pizza joint is still opened with their terrible service and torn up seats. They really need to get it together. Good luck to this place.

Pizza is all about presentation, After all - First impressions are everything! Round table was always known as "ONE" of the last HONEST pizzas. That is - If you remember How it used to be - Big Beautiful toppings! Taste that you can totally see- As of late, Round tables toppings have been seemingly getting thinner and thinner, By the time the pizza reaches the table, Your "COMBINATION" pizza now looks like a plain All meat pizza, Due to the fact that the Super-thin sliced vegetables all shriveled up. I stopped getting pizza from them, Due to numerous wrong orders and exceptionally Extra -Long wait times.

This is the 2nd time that I ordered a pizza and parmesan bread twists, and my order was completely burnt. Of my delivery was a 1/2 he late, and that was after I had to call to check the status of my order. What I got was "let me research it"...a few minutes later came back and said "the driver left 5-10 minutes ago, and should be there in 5-10 minutes". 15 minutes from the call is when the burnt order was delivered. I will never order from this Round Table ever again.

Okay, this is pizza, and I am not expecting a Michelin Star experience, but I am expecting that the people who work there are not a bunch of clowns who just took the Tide Pod challenge and failed. I ordered pizza for pick up, and you would think that is the easiest thing for them to get right: 1) They don't have to serve you 2) they don't have to deliver it 3) you show up to tell them what you ordered and all they have to do is match that up. You would think they can get that right, but you'd be wrong. If they can't handle something like this, how sure are you that they washed their hands after they took a nasty dump? Just saying. You should avoid this one, the reviews are spot on, this place sucks. I think I will call the Corp office and tell them how much this place sucks. This hopefully will send a clear message to the dumbass manager to stop hiring his dumbass friends.

What can I say it is what it is. A good place to take a bunch of teens after after a game. Pizza is ok, although pricey for what you get. Property is clean staff is mainly kids so dont expect to much on the customer service skills. If you are in a pinch this place gets the job done.

I ordered pizza online with pickup to be ready at 3:41p. I'm here and it's 3:57 and it is not ready. The lady that was here before me said she has been waiting for her pizza that was supposed to be ready at 3:30p. There are 6 employees here and they are all in the back, but don't seem to be working as a team. I'm very disappointed and hungry. After spending $52 on pizza! By the way none of them are apologetic for the delay. SMH.

We ordered a pizza and decided to dine in. Though we decided 10 minutes after the order was placed, the pizza was given to us slightly cold being that is why we chose to dine in so we could eat a hot pizza. We collected our pizza in a box the only thing that was actually really warm was our garlic Parmesan sticks. But beyond that the pizza good but would have been better if hot. But I am just amazed at the condition of the restaurant it is falling a part in every way. the seats are torn the tables are disgusting. My kids went to the bathroom and I refused to let them use it. We washed hands and walked out. it's grungy dirty it's so run down I can't believe that it's still running. Seriously management needs to clean it up. I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again. Love round tables but this is just gross at how unkept it is.
