I took my kids to this huge arcade/ bowling game attraction. So many games I've never seen before, lots of claw machine games, they've got pool tables as well. Did not do bowling, but it looked nice plenty of lanes. They got awesome prizes you can win for all ages. They also got food, snacks, alcohol..

I usually go to the round 1 in grapevine, but decided to try this location at, comparing them this location is definitely slept on, it’s a lot cleaner especially the BATHROOMS and super spacious. The workers were very attentive for the claw machines, overall might make it the go to.

There are a large variety of games! Sadly, a couple we wanted to play were out of order. But, we still had much to enjoy! The bowling was super entertaining! Everything was clean and orderly, including the bathrooms.

Honestly, I’m going to cherish this experience for the rest of my life. My two special-needs sons had a great time. I found out one of them absolutely adores bowling. We got to have some fun at the arcade and we won a giant prize. I’m not sure why this place doesn’t have five stars it’s huge and it has very reasonable prices compared to other places. If my kids have a birthday party anytime soon I’m probably gonna book it here. They had such a good time. Thank you for making a very clean and memorable experience. My only negative feedback would be that my bowling lane, Lane 2 Frequently would skip over my second turn. But it wasn’t a big deal as the kids were just learning to bowl. The staff were very kind and patient with my children, and I did notice everyone cleaning everything very often, which I appreciate. A lot of the time when we go out to a certain places, it is not clean or well taken care of, but it seems like the owners and the staff really take good care of this establishment, despite the foot traffic. I hope we have the income to come again soon.

I charged $100 on the card but there was some problems w the system, we showed the general manager the payment details of what i paid then they were like “no we need actual PROOF”. And made us wait & stand 30min in front of the counter with no solution. Dude why would I want to scam u abt something like this I Js want my money back. I NEVER got my $100 back nor get the game credits on my card. I regret soooooo much for going to this place. Terrible manager FIRE him( the guy in the black =i think his name was MATTHEW )bro. u shouldn't work here. I'm never going there if u work there. MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE I EVER NEVER GO THERE. U should fire this general manager if u want people coming to that place.

Manager Danny, amazing. He was very helpful, attentive and really took the extra step for us...really did love his look as well. I am really happy to see a corporate company embracing that someone's expression of their individuality doesnt hinder their ability to be a productive, knowledgeable and an amazing representative of a company, good on you Round 1. 👍
