Round1 in Arlington is an absolute gem for family fun and entertainment! The facility is spacious and offers an incredible variety of things to do. From a huge selection of crane machines and arcade games to bowling alleys and event space, there's something for everyone to enjoy. What really makes this place stand out is how family-friendly and welcoming the environment is. It’s a perfect spot for hosting birthday parties, group events, or just a weekend outing. The games are exciting, the space is clean and well-kept, and there's never a dull moment. The staff are especially kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile and make sure your experience is a great one. Whether it’s helping you with the game cards or answering questions, they go above and beyond. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommended for a fun-filled day out in Arlington!

I took my kids to this huge arcade/ bowling game attraction. So many games I've never seen before, lots of claw machine games, they've got pool tables as well. Did not do bowling, but it looked nice plenty of lanes. They got awesome prizes you can win for all ages. They also got food, snacks, alcohol..

What a great place AND open until 2a!! The staff was friendly, super helpful, and attentive. The bathrooms are very clean as is the facility. There is a variety of activities to do - a literal "something for everyone." I couldn't recommend this place enough for the night owls who need a place to unwind. Games run on credits, you purchase a card for $2 and load $20+ increments. $40 gets you apprx 187 credits. Games range between 5 and 14 credits; oddly some are 6.8 credits or even 9.4, 10.6 - this pissed me off, but in a why won't they just round to even numbers sort of way.

I usually go to the round 1 in grapevine, but decided to try this location at, comparing them this location is definitely slept on, it’s a lot cleaner especially the BATHROOMS and super spacious. The workers were very attentive for the claw machines, overall might make it the go to.

With the number of people working here, I expected better customer service, but it was underwhelming. There’s a large selection of arcade machines, and the variety is definitely a plus. In fact, the range alone makes this place better than D&B in my opinion. The karaoke experience could use improvement, there wasn’t much direction, the walls were thin, and the bright lighting took away from the atmosphere. Overall, it’s a solid arcade with a lot of variety. There aren’t many private karaoke venues in the area, so it works as a decent last-resort option, especially since the arcade stays open late.

There are a large variety of games! Sadly, a couple we wanted to play were out of order. But, we still had much to enjoy! The bowling was super entertaining! Everything was clean and orderly, including the bathrooms.

TLDR: predatory sales practices and power tripping managers with means to rectify the problem but no regard for customer service. General manager had the capacity to credit account/card that was already paid for a month ago, EVEN WITH our proof of purchase. THEIR system wiped all transactions the day and time we originally visited, but they chose not to give us a refund or provide credits. GM even said he has the authority to give us credits, but he didnt want to. Made us wait for 30 min just to tell us to go through our bank. Visited about a month ago when the system was running into issues. They recommended we try reloading credits into the card to see if it worked, which we did: $110. It didn't work. We came back today (1 month later) to see if the system loaded our card and it never did, but our payment was posted. Looks like the day we originally visited (10/18), the system recorded NO transactions from 12PM-3PM. We provided proof of payment via credit card transaction, but due to them not being able to "verify the transaction" on their end (because their own system was down???) they could not credit our card/account. The GM was absolutely useless and noncooperative even with physical evidence of our payment. He literally told us he has the authority to credit our account, but was choosing not to. Wasted 30 min of our time with no rectification under the guise of "finding proof of transaction" with a system that malfunctioned and couldn't work bc IT team was not even working (on a Saturday). Powertripping leadership with no care for customer experience. Fun venue but lack of service ruined experience
