Roy Southern Thai Cuisine is fantastic. The mataba was golden and flavorful, the fried chicken perfectly crispy, and the pork belly rich and savory. The grilled fish with herbs was fresh and fragrant, and the drinks were just as good as the food. Great service and cozy vibe, I’ll definitely be back.

We are celebrated not just welcomed. The Southern cuisine lovingly prepared, delicately balanced. No cocktails tonight to stay responsible as designated driver. I will need more visits with more friends to share their extensive menu. Rounding up the 4.5s but there's every indication they will exceed expectations! Delish dinner.

Roy Southern Thai Cuisine is an absolute gem. The service is warm and attentive, the atmosphere inviting, and the food is outstanding. Every dish bursts with depth and layers of flavor — the roti is perfectly crisp and buttery, the noodles rich and satisfying, and the pork belly absolutely melt-in-your-mouth. Easily one of the best new spots around, and I’ll definitely be back.

Standing outside you’ll hear the authentic Thai music and see happy diners walking in. As you get inside, you’ll be welcomed by a smiling and enthusiastic staff. This southern Thai inspired restaurant is family run with the mom and sister being 2 of the chefs creating the dishes. The brother is the manager of this and 2 other restaurants that the 3 of them hop between. The food here is delicious and unique. If you like Pad Thai, this place has the southern style that is cooked with coconut milk and tamarind sauce! This is my new favorite pad Thai spot. I also highly recommend both the Karee puffs and the beef bhuna. They also offer a variety of drinks that pair well with the food. If you’re looking for a new favorite, I loved the umeshu and the mango mojito. The woodland park zoo is a walkable distance away so if you and your family are looking for an affordable and tasty spot, this is for you! 😁

The food and drinks at Roy’s were awesome. Our group of four all tried different cocktails and they were better than expected, honestly I’d say the best cocktails on the ridge. We tried several different food items and they all were unique and special. Everyone in our group had a different favorite (mine was the rice salad and the fried chicken). Can’t wait to go back.

Everything was amazing! So many gluten free options on the menu to choose from :) I got the fried chicken appetizer to start and lamb curry for my main. Both were delicious!! And the mango mojito was so refreshing.

Wonderful food with great service. I really had one of the best meals ever. Also, make sure you try the cockail menu.
