NYC New Restaurant Openings, December 2024 | Eater NY

"A new wine bar from Four Horsemen alum Ava Trilling opening in a space long associated with the craft-beer bar that closed in April; the project grew out of pop-up editions of the concept and aims to be a focused, neighborhood wine destination." - Emma Orlow

Rude Mouth - Review - Williamsburg - New York - The Infatuation

"Rude Mouth began as a pop-up in 2021, when someone who used to work at Four Horsemen (and was the wine director at their club Nightmoves) began pouring wine at bars and restaurants around the city. Now permanently in Williamsburg, this wine bar features “bottles to be drunk & enjoyed sans pretense,” according to their Instagram, and some small plates. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation

A Four Horsemen Alum Is Opening Rude Mouth Wine Bar | Eater NY

"From Four Horsemen wine alum Ava Trilling, a wine bar called Rude Mouth is opening this fall at 359 Metropolitan Avenue, near Havemeyer Street; Trilling previously hosted pop-up versions of Rude Mouth at various bars, and the space is the former home of longtime craft beer bar Spuyten Duyvil, which closed in April." - Emma Orlow

Google
Great new wine bar in Williamsburg - its by-the-glass menu is small, but what they do offer are interesting and tasty wines that I don’t see on a lot of wine menus. They offer a small menu of snacks, I got the olives and bread+butter. The food is good but the wine is the real star of the show.

Stumbled in to this spot to read at and it’s perfect. Sat outside under their string lights with a great selection of wine glasses, but the inside is a great vibe too. Lots of other groups, dates, or even solo customers like myself. Highly recommend and definitely will be back!

They had me at the name, but I also really loved the vibe inside; great date night spot, or hang with a small groups of friends. Came here for the disco birdies pop-up and both the food/ wine were great. Everyone here was super friendly as well.

Beautiful, cozy, and elegant with a fantastic wine selection and perfect wine snacks. Atmosphere is warm and inviting, servers are friendly and knowledgeable about wine, and the decor is so unique and thoughtful. Best natural wine bar in Brooklyn.

Really cute new wine bar! The interior is plain, yet inviting. We went in around 7 on a Friday night and managed to get a table after 5ish minutes of waiting which was surprising because they were packed! Our server was able to recommend a wine to me based on my preferences. We split the comté which was good but not amazing. The service was a bit slow but they are new so they are still figuring it out. Overall a good addition to the neighborhood!

Tucked away in a chic yet unpretentious space, this natural wine bar exudes effortless style with its warm lighting, sleek interiors, and inviting ambiance!! The staff is as knowledgeable as they are endearing, guiding you through an impressive selection of natural wines with genuine enthusiasm. The small bites are perfectly paired and sooooo delightful. Best wine bar in Williamsburg hands down!!

Delicious wine, food and amazing atmosphere. Staff were warm and friendly to us. We enjoyed our night out here. Felt a little rushed at the end but it was full house so totally understand.

Google
The best new wine bar in WB!!! Ambiance is effortlessly chic, and it has the perfect blend of cozy and sophisticated vibes. Wine list is curated with care and light bites are delicious. Standout spot that will quickly become a neighborhood fave.

Yelp
Stopped in here when we saw the tiny tini on the sign outside and had a great time! It was a Wednesday around 7:30 and was popping! We got seats at the bar which were pretty open, the menu is a bit small basically just a huge wine list and a few food options. I loved on the wine list how they organized it by color and within that priced lowest to highest because let's be honest we all have a range we want to stay within so I thought that was great. Also had the olives which were surprisingly great! They were in olive oil and had some sort of dusting on top and were really special. All the servers were women and were super friendly and nice. Will def be back!

this place is so cool, the inside is so cute and there's these little curtains by the windows. The service is great and the drinks are incredible. Totally recommend.
