From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the elegant decor and warm atmosphere of this Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. The entire team deserves recognition for their exceptional work - from the kitchen to the front of house, every detail was perfect. Special thanks to Maden, whose service was truly outstanding. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and expert recommendations made our dining experience unforgettable. The food was incredible - the grilled seabass was perfectly marinated with dill, ginger and tamarind, the seafood soup with Thai spices was bursting with flavor, and every dish showcased the freshest, highest quality ingredients. The presentation was artful and the flavors were sublime. The ambiance at Al Mina location is beautiful, and you can truly feel the passion and dedication that goes into every aspect of this restaurant. From the carefully crafted dishes to the impeccable service, Ryba lives up to its reputation as Abu Dhabi's finest seafood destination. I came to Ryba for one reason only: the passion fruit cheesecake — and it did not disappoint! It’s simply outstanding. The balance of sweet and tangy flavors is perfect, and the texture is just right. You can tell they’ve mastered this dessert with care and creativity. Highly recommended for cheesecake lovers!

Under the skillful direction of a talented Scottish chef, both dishes we had burst with innovative flavors and creative flair. The restaurant’s fine dining atmosphere is further elevated by its tastefully executed décor, reflecting its Emirati ownership through elegant, culturally nuanced design. Whether you’re in the mood for classic Arabic fare or a modern fusion experience, Ryba provides an unforgettable culinary journey in an intimate and sophisticated setting.

What a gem of a restaurant! This is, without a doubt, my favourite seafood spot in Abu Dhabi. Every dish is prepared fresh by the talented Chef Faisal (a passionate Emirati Chef), and his colleague Chef Mahmoud, and everything is absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the grilled lime sea bass, lobster biryani, baby shark arancini, popcorn prawns, king crab avocado salad, and for dessert, do not miss the mango passion fruit cheesecake and crème caramel - the flavours are beautifully balanced. I was delighted to discover that the baby shark arancini has a similar taste to the baby shark dish in my country - Seychelles. This was such a wonderful surprise! I have visited Ryba a few times for lunch and dinner and each time, my visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The restaurant has received a Michelin award two years in a row now and I must add that it is certainly well-deserved. The decor is simply stunning, perfectly capturing an under the sea theme and the team is very warm and welcoming. My pictures do not do the place justice so I encourage you to visit in person! I cannot recommend this place enough and cannot wait to go back soon!

My parents and I dined at this restaurant without any prior plans and I must say, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Thank you to all the staff members working here for providing us with top notch service. A special mention to the chef for cooking such tasty food. We had the Lobster Biriani, the whole Emirati Hammour and the White Sauce Riggatoni pasta with shrimps. The Biriani and the pasta are a must try as they had a very unique flavor.

For to be a star michelline restaurant I was expecting more. The Ryba soup was ok, too sour in my opinion. The lime seabass was soaking in olive oil, the idea is good but they put an excessive amount of oil. The crackers were amazing.
