Came here for brunch on a Sunday before a clinic at the coaching center. The food did not disappoint! My friend and I got the ceviche to share, fresh and light. I got the lobster roll as my entree, it was delicious! Service was superb. If you get the chance to try this place out, I def recommend it!

This was my first visit. From the start, I felt welconed. Everything and everyone was so professional and friendly. We had brunch and because there were so many great options, we decided to order 3 different meals and share. The order came out fairly quickly and did not disappoint! Hats off to Chef Avery and the entire team at the. Ryder Cup Grill. I absolutely enjoyed the meal, ambiance and drinks. I nor only recommend but will be back to enjoy some of the other menu irems!!

My wife and I visited the Ryder Cup Grille for our anniversary. As we walked over to the fields ranch house we were greeted by the vale that opened the door for us and pointed us in the direction of the grille. We didn’t have reservations which was not a problem (7pm). We were seated at a table with a beautiful view of the golf course. The staff was pleasant, prompt, and on the ball. We ordered drinks and our entrees – I chose the fish and chips and my wife chose the breaded pork chop with bone. The food arrives and I was impressed of the size and taste of the deep fried fish. And the pork chop was huge, tender, and moist. We loved the fact that the restaurant was not noisy, the service was not rushed, and our server was visiting us often. I enclosed photos of the pork chop and pecan pie. There are already many photos of the fish. Overall, an excellent dining experience! We will return with friends.

Went there twice. Their breakfast was pretty good with reasonable price. Second time there we ordered fish and chips and onion soup, both were delicious!

Went to brunch at Ryder Cup & it was fantastic. Bryan took care of us at the bar & provided such a great experience. We’ve been here a few times now and will say that this was by far the best time we had, thanks to Bryan! Me being pregnant, Bryan offered to make me a personalized NA Guava Spritz which was phenomenal. While we waited for our food, he engaged us in very good conversation & made us feel very welcome & at home. We will be coming back specifically for Bryan!! P.S. the food was also phenomenal.

Happily surprised by both the quality and value here. We had dinner inside with a table overlooking the course. Very modern feel inside, lots of natural light. Cocktail menu was extensive and impressive. Standout menu items were the provisions (charcuterie) and the Caesar salad. Maybe the best selection and price for charcuterie in all of DFW?? It was enough for six, and only $20- not to mention a top tier selection of meats and cheese. Rarely does a salad leave me astounded, but that’s how good the Caesar was. Pork chop was also tasty and nicely priced. Felt like we should have paid double for our meal given the quality of all the food and drinks. Only thing I wouldn’t get again was the ceviche. It was tasty but was entirely shrimp, and it wasn’t listed as shrimp ceviche on the menu.

So disappointed in the new, smaller dinner menu. All of our favorites are gone and we struggled to find something we wanted. Honestly, we will not be back for dinner. Obviously we aren’t the only ones to feel this way as we are the ONLY patrons in the restaurant at 6:45pm. We used to have to make reservations. We used to love coming here. We may try lunch because our server claims some different items are available then. (Photo to show it is empty)

Took our family here for some post-recital celebratory libations and good food. We had a party of 7 with one being a toddler. Only took a couple minutes to get us a table set up and sat down. Beautiful new clean restaurant. We started with the chex mix and the cheese bread. They were the perfect appetizers. The cheese bread was gone super quick as everyone loved the cheesy dough with fig and spiced guava preserves. As for cocktails, my wife had the spicy paloma spritz and I the sweet tea smash. Both were wonderful, but my sweet tea smash was the bomb. So much so, my wife had one for her second round. Kudos to the team for the concoction. For my main course, my wife, father-in-law, and I all ordered the lobster roll with fries. It was just the perfect dish for this early summertime heat. The fries were the best. These are my favorite style of french fries and I can never get enough. Kid's had farfalle with butter and cheese and they couldn't have been happier. For dessert, Chef Rafael came out personally and served us the dessert sampler. Bread pudding and ice cream, cream brulee puff, the ranch house cookies, and fruit. The cookies were top notch! Thanks again to Chef Rafael and his team here. They made us feel extra special with their amazing hospitality and wonderful food. We can't wait to come back in one month for our anniversary.

Yelp
Location Between Omni and the District, PGA resort, Frisco. Just off the Dallas Tollway. Parking Large open lot Atmosphere Classy bar-tv's great view of the golf course Seating Large bar, tables-large private room with floor to ceiling windows-great for groups Service Outstanding! Austin took great care of us! Menu Great wine list, cocktail selection, wide selection of starters, soups/salads, hand helds, desserts. We had the guacamole flight-so good! 3 types of guac with salsa, corn chips, pork rinds. We liked the mango guac the best but all of them were good. Not a fan of the salsa but the guac made up for it! Summary Classy bar with amazing menu and outstanding menu and service.

Yelp
Nothing but great things to say about this restaurant at the PGA. I have been several times and the food is always flavorful and perfectly portioned. You honestly can't go wrong with any anything on the menu. I'm a fan of the brussel sprouts, fish and chips (always a hit) and the burger. Can't forget the kiddos- the coloring book and sticky "twisties" are genius. I've only seen these at one other restaurant. It keeps them busy the entire time!

Khadija W.

Yelp
Whenever we stay at the PGA resort, visiting Ryder Cup is a must for lunch or dinner. I love everything on the menu. The nachos are delicious, very flavorful and the chips stay crispy even though they're loaded with toppings. My husband is obsessed with their lobster roll. He won't even try anything else on the menu because of how much he loves it. The cocktails are all great as well. The wait staff is always very friendly a willing to answer any questions about the menu or just chat with you while you dine. We will definitely be returning!

Yelp
This place was great. Everything from the food and vibes were great! The drinks were also really good. I definitely recommend this place!!

Yelp
What a great spot! Staying at the Omni, but not wanting to eat super fancy or super casual the Ryder Cup Grille was the perfect in-between for dinner. We were seated at a table with a beautiful and peaceful view of the course. The tables are seated at a great distance from one another that you have privacy, but can enjoy the energy of the room as well. We both started with cocktails, a Spicy Paloma Spritz for me and an Old Fashioned for him - both were wonderful! We decided to start with the Guacamole + Salsa Flight and let me say it was delicious! The guacamole was fresh and seasoned to perfection. The green salsa was unlike anything I've ever had before and we both agreed it was one of the best salsas we've ever had. Our waitress happily brought us more chips when we ran out. By the time we were halfway through the chips my hubby ordered the Tenders. The portion was large and there was plenty for us to split. We both knew we wanted dessert and were enjoying our relaxing evening so we ordered another drink. This time I went with a glass of Lunetta Proseco and another Old Fashioned for my hubby. My cookies and his Bread Pudding were fresh and warm. Both were excellent. I couldn't finish both cookies, so I took one with me to eat at our movie the next day - it was still amazing! The menu, drinks, service and setting are all wonderful. I will say they need more wait staff as our poor waitress was running around like crazy covering several larger tables spread all over the place, but I'm sure they'll get it figured out as time goes on. We will DEFINITELY be back!

Eevi A.

Yelp
Very tasty food with great portions to share for two people. It's a bit pricey so I save this place for special occasions. The service and ambiance were great!

Yelp
We had high hopes for this place not only because of the location (PGA) but the reviews. I was debating between the Arctic Salmon or the Pork Chop so I asked our sweet waitress what she would suggest. She advised the Pork Chop, but her description couldn't have been further from what I was served. She described this super juicy and delectable pork chop topped with a salad of some sort and what I got was a Pork Chop buried somewhere underneath a pile of finely shredded cheese. The Pork Chop was tasteless, very dry, and honestly the best part was that little salad on top of it. My son had a Caesar salad, my husband had Fish & Chips, but both were also lacking in taste. Overall, our waitress was amazing, food was a hard pass, atmosphere and view were great, but we will likely not return.

Ashly H.

Yelp
Great food. Great service. Love the ambiance and if you're staying at the Omni, definitely stop in. We love sitting at the bar. Personable staff if you like to talk.

Ann A.

Yelp
New Year's Eve was a horrible experience here. Food is really expensive and not very good. Was rushed to leave but they were slow to deliver everything. This place really needs to tighten up for when there's real tournaments. Pretty sad. I've consistently had very subpar to mediocre experiences here. Won't return.

Lam B.

Yelp
The ambiance is nice, the staff is exceptional, and the food is better than most golf course bars. We were trying to find somewhere to eat as we were perusing the PGA course. We happened to stumbled into it as we couldn't see any other restaurants. It is inside Field Ranch. The bartender made me an excellent drink. A cocktail off the menu with whiskey. I asked the server to pick something for me to eat and she chose Primavera. It was really good and loaded with chunks of vegetables. The Fish Tacos were alright and the fries were decent.

Belinda C.

Yelp
We had a lovely casual Valentine's Day dinner. The server was attentive and friendly. We all enjoyed our food selection. The drink specials were refreshing. They have a very nice wine list. My husband was hoping for more/better beer choices on draft. But overall, a good experience. We will return.

Manny G.

Yelp
Great breakfast and amazing view. Our server was friendly, Professional and fun. The best place to get a meal before a round of golf.

Blake C.

Yelp
Food - 4/5 Drinks - 4/5 Service - 5/5 Price - 3/5 Parking - N/A Ambiance- 4/5 Overall fantastic experience. We were staying at the Omni and golfing for a few days. Ended up coming here multiple times and thoroughly enjoyed each visit. The brisket nachos were amazing. Highly recommend. We also tried the fish and chips (not pictured here sorry), steak frites and club sandwich. All of which were great. Good club house bar vibe with TV's, full bar and great service.

Anne P.

Yelp
This place is amazing. We had a day late Valentine's Day dinner here. My daughter and I shared the special which was a ribeye and lobster with gnocchi with blackberries and radicchio. This daughter also ordered the Caesar salad that had corn in it. Everything was great, but we don't care for radicchio. My daughter's husband got scallops and truffle fries and onion soup. He said the onion soup was the best he had ever eaten. My other daughter ordered the salmon, a caprese salad and roasted brussel sprouts. My husband opted for a bowl of onion soup, but he enjoyed the fries and brussel sprouts. For dessert, we shared a chocolate raspberry treat, very rich, but delicious. Three of us had drinks, an old fashioned, a whiskey sour and one other drink. Our server Shauna was very sweet and she was an excellent server. I also appreciated that the tables were pretty far apart. And there was plenty of room between people at our table. We had a great time and it was well worth the price. We hope to return here.

Cherryl B.

Yelp
I've eaten here a few times now. Sometimes it's super busy with a post-golf crowd, but today was a nice, quiet lunch. Spicy Paloma Spritz was good, maybe not my favorite of their cocktails - but still well done. And it's a day that warrants a lunch cocktail. ;-) Service is attentive without being overbearing, atmosphere and staff all make it an upscale vibe. Korean Redfish tacos - perfectly cooked, nice combo. But the bread pudding... Sidenote: I've tried bread pudding at maybe 100 restaurants, maybe more!? I thought bread pudding was disgusting until years ago in San Francisco when I discovered a great one. Now I often try when it's on the menu. End sidenote. Today's was excellent! Custard-y bread with chocolate (no crappy raisins or other suspect ingredients), beautiful orange crème anglaise, and one perfect scoop of really good vanilla ice cream. I cannot eat another bite. But there is none left, so c'est la vie!

Diona S.

Yelp
Very professional and courteous management by Matthew who ensured everything ran smoothly. The food prepared by chef Rafael was fantastic and made my Thanksgiving. Also, great atmosphere created by Deacon the bartender as well as the other staff who made sure I was doing alright while also managing others experiences. Would highly recommend.

Amy D.

Yelp
We've been twice. Once we sat at the bar and another we enjoyed a meal on the pattio. Prices are good and the food is great. We've had good service. The area is beautiful and peaceful. It always feels like a little getaway.

Brad D.

Yelp
This restaurant has a secret menu item called the Canadian poutine. Trust me you won't be disappointed!

Benjamin W.

Yelp
I think the middle eastern dish was too northern Indian. Not the correct type of brown. So if you are looking more south Asia for your dish it may be delightful. I loved the fish and chips but as a husband of a middle eastern I must say my family was a bit disappointed. That's okay! Great service and great food. I think a (4.5) is a fair rating. If they were in a different area of town I would be thrilled. Solid try.

Alain A.

Yelp
Very chill and elegant restaurant with a frequently changing menu. Relaxing vibe and nice patio overlooking course. Very small dinner menu but made up for it with a huge portion of fish and chips. Delicious! Great deserts too!

Kelly B.

Yelp
My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner and it didn't disappoint! The food was exceptional and the views of the course were incredible. The entire PGA staff is super welcoming and our waiter offered my husband a sampling of the fish of the day because he was indecisive on his meal choice at first. They also gave us the bread pudding dessert for free to celebrate our anniversary which was so nice ! We ordered the nachos to start, then the red fish tacos & chicken fried chicken to eat and the frozen fields margarita and shiner bock to drink! We will be going back!

Prasath S.

Yelp
Ryder cup is a stellar option to grab a nice meal in a cozy and relaxed bistro style environment. While the menu may seem fairly limited, the execution on the dishes is outstanding. We've dined here a couple of times now and both times have left satisfied with the meal and the overall service. The club sandwich is a nice elevated take on a classic! The Nachos and Burger is also fabulous. Both times, the bar whipped out a perfect Aperol spritz to bear this hot weather. The servers and staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. We'll be back !

Yelp
7.8.23 Ryder Cup Grille is located in the Fields Ranch Clubhouse within the new the Frisco PGA headquarters development...I was not on my A game because I did not take any pictures of the front or inside....just a few food shots... oh well its close to the house and I will be back at some point. Easy parking in the front parking lot, the fields club house contains the PGA pro shop and some history of the game in the front lobby. We were seated by the window as requested by our reservations, this has a country club feel with sleek, clean, and light color décor. Tyler quickly arrived and took our drink orders - he was quick and professional. I ordered the Big John (Tito's vodka, lemonade, fresh brewed Iced tea) I took a sip and the bitter tea was overpowering, I quickly replaced it with a Whiskey Sour... now the replacement took a while, but we were in no hurry and munched on the Custom Chex Mix (Chex, Smoked Cashews, TX Whiskey Pecans, 5 Candied Peanuts, Weekly Spiceology Blend) appetizer. The table also had a couple of glasses of the Rose Gold Rose' - Cotes de Provence, France - high marks for this wine. Looking at the bar they were busy and maybe a little green at bartending. Tyler was good at checking on us and came by 2-3 times saying the food should be out shortly. We ordered a few items at the table: the Ryder Club - Smoked Turkey, Pork Belly, Salt & Vinegar Chips, Brazos Havarti, Avocado Aioli, LTO, Texas Toast; however it was not Texas toast but thin white bread - not a big deal, great tasty sandwich served with exceptionally crisp French fries. Redfish Tacos - Blackened, Jalapeño Slaw, Pickled Onion, BBQ Crema, Queso Fresco, Flour Tortillas - fresh and tasty served with Fries. The Fields burger - included LTO, Irish Cheddar, Garlic Mayonnaise, Brioche bun and fries - the burger was good, the bun was a bit dry - overall juicy burger. Great atmosphere and drinks, probably a good 'sit at the bar' place next time. Thanks for the great service Tyler! I will be back!

Jill I.

Yelp
Ryder Cup Grille gives you the feeling of being at an upscale country club with excellent food and drinks. I ordered their Caesar Salad and Hamburger with a side of Truffle Fries. All three were amazing! The Caesar Salad has a little Texas kick to it, so order the dressing on the side if you do not like spicy foods.

Olga N.

Yelp
Had I known this was basically a post golf restaurant I would have never trusted ordering prime rib for Christmas lunch. But I didn't. I sat at the bar and in 1.5 hours went through 3 bartenders. I ordered a bottle of wine so was safe from the bartender shuffle although I did have to ask for my glass to be topped up while sitting directly in front of the drink prep station. Toughest prime rib ever. Dogs will be happy. No music playing at all. No ambiance whatsoever. What an epic waste of a drive up to Frisco. It's an Omni property so absolutely no excuse for this pathetic offering. Valet guy was great. Gave him an extra tip.

Veronica H.

Yelp
Best kept restaurant secret in Frisco. Tried it for lunch and it was so good, we're going back for dinner. Amazing menu, club sandwich was fantastic (gluten-free bread option). It has salt and vinegar chips on it - so good! Decor is upscale, cozy and relaxing. It also has a fireplace in the dining room and a beautiful bar. Fantastic service, too. 10/10 highly recommend

Robert R.

Yelp
We had lunch there yesterday. Very nice ambience and service. Food not so much. The cheese bread was not cooked all the way consisting mostly of raw biscuit dough and very oily. We sent them back and they took it off the bill. We both had the fish and chips which was one large piece of fish (odd) sitting atop French fries with slaw on the side. The fish was oily and therefore so were fries underneath. We will try them again next time we are up that way. Not worth the 30 minute drive for us just to eat there. Maybe they had an off day due to staffing around the holidays.

Mike M.

Yelp
My wife and I had lunch today at the Rider Cup Grille. We where greeted and sat promptly, Angelique was our waitress she was very friendly and helpful with the menu. My wife ordered the fish taco's and I ordered the fish and chips. Even though they where semi crowed at lunch the food arrived hot and fast. We both really enjoyed our meals. The fish and chips fillet is HUGE! It is battered with a nice crust and is a very clean tasting white fish. My wife really enjoyed her tacos you get 2 taco's so it is a lighter option. We both got french fries as the side they are really good seasoned fries served hot and with a nice crisp. Chef Avery came to our table to check on our meal. Really nice guy. We don't eat out often because I love to cook but TRCG is definitely in our small rotation! Really nice spot!

Aime H.

Yelp
It was our first time here and I wanted to love it since it's so close by. First l, it took 25 mins to get us seated and they had open tables available. Yes it was full, but they definitely lack staff to move things around quicker, especially on weekends. Second, it took another 20 minutes to get our cocktail drinks, yikes!! Service was subpar and everything was just delayed. I had the fish & chips which was amazing. My husband had their daily special with noodles, steak and bone marrow and he was very happy with his meal. Regardless, if I'm paying $15+ for a cocktail drink, I would appreciate if it didn't take 20 minutes to get it. By the time we received our drinks, they were watered down with melted ice. Definitely wouldn't spend more money on this place unless it's the only thing open nearby.

Josh Z.

Yelp
As somebody who never complains about my steak, this is top 5 worst steaks I've ever had. It was entirely soaked in rosemary. Bad chef or new chef, I have no idea. But it was a rosemary steak that tasted like Clorox. Plus side, our service was good.

Steve M.

Yelp
Second time here. First time, fish and chips and carne asada burrito were both good. Today, entire experience was one that will not bring me back. Took 20 minutes to get our soft drinks. They came out after the appetizers. The guacamole was old and brown as you got down into it. The tomato salsa was made with unripe tomatoes. The primavera was super oily and not bland but did not taste very good. The fish and chips... fish is tasty and crispy and well done IMO. Unfortunately the fries I received were possibly cooked yesterday. Disappointed

Kimberly A.

Yelp
This restaurant has amazing views, and the food was awesome! The service was also great. We will definitely be back! We're so excited to have the PGA so close to our home!

Lucy M.

Yelp
Excellent service! Great food. Highly recommend. Alexis was a wonderful server. Chicken was really good.

Nirala M.

Yelp
This was a really good first time experience for us at the PGA district. Everything we had was delicious. Trust me, nachos aren't my thing or something I ever rant about but.... ya gotta try these nachos!!!!! Gourmet nachos! I have been craving a hotdog and even though the server told us about better things on the menu, my craving got the better of me and I caved. Boy, was it worth it. Wished there were more toppings but the meat and the bun were really good. And the drinks... seriously top of the line. Try the whiskey sour. It was by far one of the best drinks ever! And the staff was really nice. One of the bar tenders gave us some education on the history of some of the drinks and a lesson in one of the secrets. The decor was pretty elegant and because it was trying to hit the casual ambiance, the lights were brighter. Prefer it to be a little dimmer but I get it.

Chris G.

Yelp
My parents flew into DFW last night to visit me for a few days to spend time with their grandchildren. They're staying at the Omni hotel, which is right next to the club house and Ryder Cup Grille. It was around 8:30pm last night when we wanted to grab a quick late night bite and this was one of the only spots open nearby. I wanted to write this review since our server Danielle was amazing. I worked as a server in NYC after college, and I took so much pride in providing the best possible service, no matter if I was working at a high class steak house or at a Café. I could tell that Danielle too had this mindset to provide the best possible service for her customers. She was very sweet, welcoming, knowledgeable of the menu, provided great suggestions, checked-in with us often, and overall provided a very great experience for us. It's just refreshing to see someone take pride in their work as a server. I can't tell you how many places I've been to here in north texas where this is not the case.

Lola W.

Yelp
Food was good but average. Margaritas are strong, cocktails are average. Service was decent but a bit slow. Ambiance is casual and laid back.

Chelsy D.

Yelp
We love the food at the Ryder cup grille. We had some people who made the experience less than pleasant. They were yelling, letting their kids run around the restaurant, etc. it was terrible. The restaurant should have done something about it. But otherwise, great food and great server.

Sandy Z.

Yelp
If you're out on the course or staying on property and looking for a quick and simple bite, this is a perfectly fine choice. Food was good and drinks (cocktails) were excellent. Overall though, with so many options in the area, it wasn't a place- as a local- that I'd run to. Setting was nice overlooking the course, and the service was good.

Muriel D.

Yelp
The ambience is bright and cheerful. Once acknowledged by the host and seated, the service was excellent. The fish and chips serving is so generous that my husband and I share it. And it is delicious!

Jim W.

Yelp
Great food, service, can't wait to return. Our group tried a variety of disses and everyone enjoyed their meal.

Stacie R.

Yelp
Been here a few times! Really like dinner options and Portions are large. However we keep coming back because we love the bartender Q. She always is super personable and makes a delicious black berry margarita (off menu) really always get great service!

Christopher G.

Yelp
Food was good. Restaurant was very new with a great view of the course. Service was the typical pace for a golf or country club restaurant so not the quickest but still attentive. Had the club and it was pretty flavorful. I didn't expect shaved ginger but it was quite good.

C W.

Yelp
Great location & views but very average food for the money. The Apronis a much better choice for food at the resort.

Mike O.

Yelp
Visited here Saturday evening for the first time. Cocktail and wine list have something for everyone. Tried the Brisket chili and nachos--large portions were tasty! Loved the fish and chips as well. Make sure you save some from for the cookies and pecan pie! Atmosphere casual and great views. Alexis and Leo made the overall experience worth it--can't wait to go back!

Carlotta L.

Yelp
Appetizer snack, soup and entree all delivered at the same time! I could either try to gulp my soup or just eat my entree while the soup gets cold and congeals since it was cream based! While this totally disgusted me, after having read the menu a couple times before coming to the restaurant and making dessert selection based on ingredients, I received a bread pudding with chocolate chips in it! Chocolate not mentioned in description. I like chocolate in its place, but I would never have ordered the chocolate chip bread pudding! Thank you Ryder Grille for ruining my dining experience. Very nice waitress; but will never returnNothing was done right!

Pedro T.

Yelp
Food was great!! Service was awesome!! The view from the patio amazing!! Great place any time of the day. Thank you!

Sarah L.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this for awhile and heading out to a movie so grabbed dinner first. Started with drinks - there were four of us and we all got something different and enjoyed them all. I had the Cucumber Collins and hubby had the Margarita on the rocks and they were refreshing and delicious. Friends had Big John and the Frozen Fields and said they were tasty. For dinner my GF had the fish tacos and said they were good. Her +1 had the burger and gave it two thumbs up. Hubby and I had the Fish and Chips and loved them! Huge portions with just the right amount of batter. And the chips...aka fries...were some of the best I've had. Hunter took care of us and gave great recommendations and was timely and attentive. Would love to see them offer a nice Happy Hour during the week...we'd be there!! We Valet Parked and they validated it for us. We made reservations but there was plenty of tables open on this Monday night. We'll be back!

Nick D.

Yelp
Exactly what we needed after a long day! Casual, comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a small menu with a variety of high quality options. The Bella Glos and skirt steak were perfect together.

David F.

Yelp
Great good and awesome atmosphere. This new PGA club and grille is nice. The service was great and I recommend the fish & chips.
