"Esther’s is the best Italian restaurant in Las Vegas, serving fantastic food in a casual-yet-upscale atmosphere that’s great for a nice group dinner where you can pass around a bunch of plates. Start with the juicy meatballs and a sampler of the sourdough served with toppings like Calabrian salami, chili oil, and anchovy butter. You can depend on all the pastas, but we particularly like the radiatore al limone with black garlic (note: it's only available at brunch). Load up on even more sourdough (in fluffy crust form) by ordering a pizza or two for the table. The restaurant’s original location was tiny and always packed, but it recently moved into a bigger space that’s way easier to get into. It’s also one of our favorite places for brunch. There’s a fantastic crab and spinach benedict covered in Old Bay hollandaise sauce, and brioche french toast with fresh orange slices and vanilla ice cream. Brunch is also a good time to try one of their pizzas that have sourdough crusts with just the right amount of chew. Come here with a group to hang out in their bigger-than-ever dining room, or plan something smaller and sit up at the bar.
