"The backbone of every neighborhood is its bookstore, and in the West Village, that’s Three Lives Company. (Ok fine, it’s technically just across 7th Avenue in Greenwich Village. However, it was formerly located on West 10th Street between Bleeker and Hudson, so consider it an honorary member.)
