Super cool local pizza place I. Macon GA. The inside decor is awesome, the people that work there are super nice and the pizza is a 10 out of 10!! We also had the breadsticks and a small salad ❤️

I love IVP sm! I’ve been coming here with my kids and boyfriend for about 3 years and it’s always a hit. The food is always amazing, and the cheese? Hands down the best in the nation. I swear it’s like little leprechauns are in the back after hours magically making it because it’s that good.. and don’t even get me started on the salad the freshest lettuce you’ll find anywhere in Middle GA. Let’s not forget the nostalgic colorful atmosphere, feels homey if you ask me. You’re truly amazing IVP love ya!

First of all, the pizza is great! It's order and they bring it to your table, but no table service - so if you want something, you go get it. The place is very appealing to look at, there's so much stuff you won't see it all in 100 visits. All beer is in bottles or cans. It's not the cheapest, but we enjoyed our meal.

Staff was so cool, vibes were immaculate. Highly recommend their subs!

AHHHHH-MAZING!!! Kid friendly ! The mozz cheese on the pizza is to die for ! Delicious anything !! Great flavors. We usually get a chees pizza and a supreme or meat lovers pizza. Highly recommend. I gotta take a picture of the cheese pull !

Simply great pizza and a great atmosphere. We were just passing through but if we passed through again we would definitely stop by again. Pizza is seriously about the crust and these guys nailed it!!!

The pizza hear is sooooo good. My Daughter took me here when I went to visit her one day and let me tell you, I am so glad she did, their pizza is the absolute best.

Really good pizza, but the wait times during their busier hours are pretty long for a single slice of pizza. Their beer choices are seasonal and delicious. The inside is a lot to look at, and keeps you entertained during a long wait time. Great place for small groups of friends or couples.

Usually get great service but for some reason today 1/18/2025 5:50pm I experienced the worst service ever. Person told me it would be a hour wait I replied, " Ok, I'm up the street at the cigar lounge." And then the phone hung up. I called back and informed the person he hung up on me, he replied I thought you said never mind. Don't know how he confused what I said and the end result was the phone being hung up. And the worst part was the person didn't even apologize for their misunderstanding.......... Bad employees= losing customers and they just lost one!!!!!!!

A Macon gem! If you want good pizza in a quirky aesthetic this is the place to go! It's a staple in the community! You MUST get the garlic knots! A must! You order at the counter. Then the food is brought out to you. I've been going since I was little. The owner is an amazing person! Thank you Ms, Tina for delivering us great pizza for many years!

First of all, thank you Yelp community for the reviews on this spot! I agree wholeheartedly. My husband and I were in Macon for the Macon Love pickleball tournament. We opted to stay the night before (I was nervous, first tournament jitters and all!). I had originally reservations for an upscale restaurant but changed for comfort food vibe. Upon entering a number of customers were waiting for to go orders. Always a good sign. We were enthusiastically greeted by a patient woman who was excited about the tournament as well! We sat on the outside covered section due to the busyness inside. If you sit out there, BE SURE to tell them or your pizza may be MIA. There is a sign on the door as well. It has a fun decor that keeps you looking around and someone is an Elvis fan for sure! We ordered each a small Caesar salad dressing on side and a Large White pizza. The salads were a perfect size with crispy, crunchy homemade croutons. It also comes with two bread knots so, opt for some greens and get the bread free! Our pizza was next and let me tell you- the flavor was amazing. Best tasting pizza we've had in Georgia. Due to the ricotta base it does get soggy. Just know this going in. It was full of toppings and large pieces. We each ate one, remember my nerves lol. Next day at home, we preheated a baking sheet to 400 then added a couple slices and voila, the crispy bottom that most are used to. We will definitely return next tournament! We medaled so, it's now my good luck place too!

Ingleside village is one of the most unique places i have eaten at. Very fun! While waiting on your food you won't get bored cause there is so much stuff to look at! Got some pizza when visiting and it was pretty good! Definitely check em out!!

Their pizza is about as poor as their commercials. Sauce? Hello, where are you? Crust was dry crunchy. Looks like they just tossed in the mushrooms after they pulled it from the oven.

While the vibe here is artsy fartsy in a good way, the pizza is less than edible. I actually threw away half the pizza for the first time ever! The dough was burnt in some places and the ingredients were less than stellar. The one bright spot was the staff. I rather eat at Marcos than go back here.

Ingleside Village Pizza is a wonderful destination for pizza if you find yourself in the Macon, Georgia area and in the mood for pizza. Ingleside Village Pizza has a cool ambiance and kind of screams old-school dive type place, but it made for an interesting vibe to enjoy some pizza. I am a huge fan of pizza and I grew up in New Jersey, so my bar for pizza is pretty high. Ingleside Village Pizza offers a pretty solid pizza and I would definitely recommend Ingleside Village Pizza if you find yourself in Macon, Georgia area and are craving pizza. The service and staff here were wonderful and only made for a better overall experience. I will give Ingleside Village Pizza five stars for my overall experience and again, I would definitely recommend Ingleside Village Pizza. Bravo, Ingleside Village Pizza.

The BEST pizza in Georgia. Tina and her crew are amazing. Every time we pass through Macon we either dine in or carry it back to Atlanta with us. You must order the breadsticks and order them "sloppy". The extra butter and cheese is so worth it. The atmosphere/decor is so eclectic and fun.

Very disappointed! Second time there. First time I gave it 4 stars, had pepperoni and onion pizza very good. After reading all the good reviews on their white pizza, I couldn't wait to try it. Ordered a small Caesar and a 16" white pizza. When I got my pizza and tasted it I ask if they forgot the ricotta cheese, and they said no. I found it very bland and tasteless. I did manage to eat 2 slices and left the rest at my table. (I never leave pizza)

The music is great!!! The pizza is good!! The salad was FULL of ingredients!!! The decorations were very 80's, I felt like I was in an 80's video/movie, it was AWESOME!

is something I rarely crave and when I do I never satisfy my taste buds because the pizza joints that are located near me are not desirable. I haven't eaten at Ingleside Village Pizza in years and that's mainly due to its location. But tonight I took that drive for the white pizza, and I was not disappointed. I ate four of the six slices, and I am not ashamed. It was deeeeelishious! It was not oily and greasy. So worth the wait.....Definitely worth the drive. The workers that came to curbside to assist me were nice and friendly. I will definitely return. The white pizza is my favorite!

I was in Macon for a conference and was desperately looking for something good and I felt like I hit the jackpot. I don't remember the name of the pizza but I tried their 2 veggie options. 10 out of 10 recommend. Customer service was great too. The inside was clean. Ample parking. Ps. I'm from NY aka I have a PhD in Pizza. This is it.

Probably one of the best Pizza places to get Pizza from that is saying a lot coming from a guy who doesn't eat Pizza much when I do I always get the Hawaiian Pizza which is quite awesome. The staff are always nice and friendly when I come to eat. The location is always clean and neat which is nice now days with what is going on in the world. 3.10.20 First off, IVP is a Macon icon - is that a Micon?! Since they've been around for 20+ years, they have a bajillion reviews. But still I wanted to put my vote in, b/c I love giving good locals a shout out ;) Why have I not eaten here before?! My trips are usually short visits -- buzz around town visiting childhood friends & discovering new places, but...I can FI-NAL-LY say: "I chowed at IVP!" The kaleidoscope parking lot with their jolly jester mascot needs no introduction: everyone in town knows that logo. Once inside I couldn't even check out the menu, b/c I was enthralled with their decor. So.Much.Elvis.My eyes were mesmerized by the happy hodgepodge of colored lights, bobble head dolls, hanging pendant lamps, vintage concert posters, everything but the kitchen sink. I inhaled as much as I could b/c my stomach grumbled, reminding me why I was there. After a workout, I wanted a slice w/ tons of protein so the Lunch special, a Slice + a drink, was perfect. That single slice was loaded with sausage & pepperoni. The cheese was incredibly stringy & delicious. I wondered if it was scamorza cheese, which is meltier but no, they are purists and use mozzarella! The crust was hearty, cross between thick and thin. Can't wait to come with a crowd, to sample a variety b/c everyone loves some zesty za! (FYI: "za" is short for piz-za & a spectacular Scrabble word) P.S. Their beer selection is bananas & offers multiple choices in each category, but here's a sample: "Wheaty" such as Blue Moon "Real Dark" such as Young's Double Chocolate Stout "Less Dark" such as Negra Modelo "Seeing the Light" such as Moretti & Perroni "Domesticated" such as Pabst's "Hippy Hoppy" such as Foster's & my favorite! Great takeout service for a large pizza, breadsticks and salads. They had a problem with one oven so we were told that it might be slow. They actually got the order out perfectly and quickly! Better than Mellow Mushroom!

Great pizza. Service is great when not busy, location is next to music venue so if you are going to grab something to eat before a show, make sure you show up extra early

I don't mind paying good money for an excellent meal but this Ingleside pizza wasn't it. I see all the good reviews and all I can say is I guess a lot of people don't get out much. Service was okay, delivery to me was average so it wasn't a customer service issue. The pizza was just "okay" and I expected so much more. The crust itself was buttery but it did not taste homemade. More like the pizza crust you buy at the store when you make your own pizza. The veggie toppings were very underwhelming...I guess I will keep traveling to Johnny's pizza in Stockbridge (the one in Macon is not good) when I want a great pizza (they get it right EVERYTIME). I gave Ingleside pizza 3 stars for effort but can't see myself ordering from there again

I ate at this pizza place a number of times. I have ate there and had delivered. I had a slice of pizza on Monday and Wednesday of this week. It was onions, black olives and extra cheese. Both days wonderful. I must give a 3 star becoz I noticed a man cleaning the tables. He took a rag out of a bucket of I don't know what and wiped the tables and thru it back in the bucket. Regardless of COVID but in this day of COVID I found this to be scary. I advice you clean the table with hand sanitizer yourself or put down a number of napkins to put your plates on. I wouldn't recommend getting it delivered if you live a good distance. It is cold and doesn't taste as good. It doesn't do well to reheat and eat pizza as left overs. Best to eat there to really enjoy the pizza. But I would recommend you eat inside or outside on the porch but the atmosphere is quite busy. Lots of stuff like photos, statues, and many lights and chandeliers.

Middle of Georgia has a great pizza joint? Yes, it absolutely does. Now, this isn't a New York-style pie, but it's well worth trying out. We eat from here every couple of weeks and they never disappoint. The toppings are fresh, the crust is cooked to perfection and it's always hot when we get home. Whether you're looking for a quick slice or a sit down pie, this is your spot. And, if you're looking for a better vibe, walk your pizza over to Society Garden and enjoy some tunes.

I wasn't expecting this, meaning I wasn't expecting this pizza joint way off the interstate and in Macon, Georgia, to have such tasty pizza. Now, in looking at other people's photos, I wouldn't ever order a pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple ... or ranch dressing, but Ingleside Village is free to offer those ... as long as they've got the more mainstream ones dialed in. And they do. Ingleside Village Pizza is in a sort of Victorian village looking building (it was night time) in a strip mall on a tree lined street. It has a dated, funky parlor decor inside and it feels like Credence Clearwater, Janis Joplin, or Simon and Garfunkel might just come in on the airwaves. One could order pizza slices and, like another reviewer said, the slices are huge and chock full of ingredients. I thought they tasted great. They would be dinner. The price was fair. And, the young lady who was keeping tabs on my table was very cordial. This place has a great mix of quality-taste-price-service and gets a 5 for the type of eatery it is. They definitely filled my hatch and I may have had to tilt up the steering wheel a notch. I know there's a movie named "Macon County Line," but I think the South has more than one Macon and more than one Macon County. This Macon is that city south of Atlanta, heading toward the split on the interstate toward either Savannah, GA or Florida ... and where Mercer University is located. I used to work with a Southern guy who once said, "My daughter has a four-point-zero and she wants to go to Mercer," which sounded strange to me because a Yankee would say "a four-point-oh." Now I can say that I've gotten off the interstate and set foot in the city with said university! Also, it might be interesting to note that, in the South, students "make good grades" instead of "get good grades." Maybe this is hearkening to the Mason-Dixon Line more so than to "Macon County Line." At this point, I'll wind down my analysis of demographics and colloquialisms and just say that Ingleside Village Pizza offers unpretentious and very good fare in a comfortably worn and hospitable setting. If you're in that neck of the woods, you should check it out.

Honestly, why has it take so long for me to come here?? People talk about it all the time and my barber is next door, but I've never had the time to actually sit down and eat here... until just recently! My wife wanted to go to the little gift shop across the street and I told her I would only go if we could come here... deal! Came around lunch time and this place was absolutely packed when we walked in. They did say they had outdoor seating that was covered and heated... so we chose to sit outside. There was a lunch special which included a slive of pizza, a side salad, and a beverage. Great price too! We both ordered a ceasar salad and the dressing was amazing! Must have been home made. Of course the claim to fame here is the pizza. I got a slice with pepperoni and sausage. This place PACKS the ingredients on! My slive of pizza was completely covered in the two meats. The pizza here was absolutely delicious. Either that or we were just super hungry... I'd go for the earlier response! We will be sure to come back soon.

This pizza is fire... the pizza your parents get only for the friends spending the night for your birthday party. Fr tho i used to work at the best pizza place in illinois & im so happy i met someone who works here on new years bc without them i would have never known the truth. May the force be with you.

On way home from Florida, tired hungry been in the car 10 hours, we searched for pizza and decided to try this place such a cool vibe , we could tell was a local favorite. We ordered one pizza and a salad . I could see the steady dream of people coming in to pick up yo go orders but it did take 20 min to get our salad to the table . I very cool decor inside , if I lived near here I would totally also be a regular. The pizza was great , crunch crust not greasy and well enjoyed ! Was glad I choose this place over another with no so great reviews. As we were leaving herd music a few doors down , a super nice little music venue packed with people listening to a band with take our pizzas from our place !

Big fan of pizza. This place did not disappoint. Ranks in my top 3. Number one being Grimaldi's in Vegas. The dining room was clean and nicely themed. Staff was great. I really appreciate you all. My son also enjoys pizza and he said this was his best ever. We only got a slice each and the breadsticks as a meal before supper. You need to try the sticks sloppy at least once. The excess butter and cheese also paired well with the pizza crust. After eating, check out the surrounding shops. Very cool spot off the beaten path. I wish I would have taken some pics to post with this review. Just looking for a good slice and found much more.

The five stars are for the pizza hands down the best. I cannot take that away, and when I like something I like it. But here's the issue. I called to place a carry out order at 5:00 pm the lady that answered the phone said it would be an hour wait I asked her would it be better if I came in to place the order she said "by the time you do that the hour would be up" so I said okay cool I wait I was fine with waiting because the pizza is that good however, I called at 5:56 pm to see if it was ready she said it's going to be 30 mins because we're swamped. Now I'm slightly hangry because I've already waited the hour pretty much but to be told another 30 mins and that she would try to move me up so it'll be 20 mins. Ma'am that's not doing me any justice I'm heated at this point because I had to settle for another pizza company that do not amount to Ingleside talk about furious. My mom said she would not go back. I stopped her like Mom, I'm not going to say all of that because I do not like any other pizza besides theirs so I'll return I just didn't like the fact that me being a paying customer for years. (okay I have an addiction sometimes 3 times out the week yes I love their pizza that much) for them to make me wait then add more time after I waited. For me to waste my time go there to feel like my time or money wasn't good enough and for me to settle for another pizza company that made me even madder because it was mediocre...Ingleside Village please do better I love the pizza but that was unacceptable on all levels

The pizza was undercooked. The dough was still raw. The only good thing were the servers, they were nice. But I came here for food not talk to nice people.

I LOVE this place!! Not only does it remind me of a place in Atlanta--somewhere cool and hip, but the pizza is AMAZING!!! Omg it is so good!!! I could get full on the appetizers alone cause they are so good!!!

Excellent food! The pizza is yummy but the salads are great as well. I haven't had anything there that wasn't delicious. Friendly staff who provide a "hometown" feel. Highly recommend! Our favorite place to gather for good food and fun times with friends.

Ingleside Village Pizza in Ingleside Village off Ingleside Ave in macon has some of the best pizza in town hands down! The owners and staff here are so friendly, welcoming, and always greet you with a smile when you come in and make you feel at home when you visit. Not only do they have great pizza, but they also carry a wide selection of beers.

The best pizza by far in Macon. We get the Ultimate with white cheese. Society garden next door for drinks and entertainment.

Oh man, I came really close to giving this place my first five ever. Funky, clean, friendly, hip, old school - there isn't any one category to put this place into. I order the "everything" pizza. The crust was perfect, the quantities were plentiful and I had to consciously stop eating. Do yourself a favor and stop by here.

Let me just say I think it is the best pizza in the Macon area. They will make it anyway you want it and their pizza's on the menu are creative and yummy. Huge assortment of beer. I had the chocolate beer and was pleasantly surprised. Comfortable atmosphere with a friendly staff. Can get a bit crowded the later you arrive. They also offer call ahead and carryout services. Hello, IVP. I just wanted to say my review on your 5-star meals. First of all: your service. The people are so friendly, they social distance perfectly, and it's just amazing, overall. Second: your food. You have the best Village Veggie pizza I have ever eaten. Your garlic knots taste amazing. How do you perform this magic?! And last, but not least, your review: Sorry, I could only give up to 5 stars on this app,but I would give you 10. You people are just awesome. Keep your business forever, I will get your delicious pizza every Friday. Keep up the great work!

Let's be fair, Ingleside pizza wouldn't earn any Michelin stars, but it also does the concept well. The concept being, "country style pizza". Not sure if I just invented that term, but its where you load it up with every ingredient at your disposal and throw it on top of a pizza crust. I had a pepperoni and the ultimate village pizza slices, both were good. The quality of pepperoni wasn't spectacular, but it did the trick and on the upside, there was lots of it. They really do get an extra star just for being generous with their toppings. There was a downside and that's the concept of "pizza by the slice" that the owners might not quite grasp. When a person orders a pizza by the slice, they expect the pizza to be ready, well, right away. I had to wait about 30 minutes for two slices of pizza and that was just way too darn long when this was just a stop on the drive to Atlanta. When I order slices, I want them now. When I order a full pizza (any size), I'll wait. So it's funny they claim to be a "New York Style" pizza joint when they can't service slices in true New York style. Anyways, I wouldn't recommend ever going out of your way to come here, but it surely beats the rest of chain infested streets in Macon. Something about Ingleside Village Pizza had a pleasant and genuine vibe. It's a locals place where folks come to socialize and enjoy a meal, I can respect that.

This place has great pizza UPDATE: went here tonight and the pizza quality has went down hill, the pizza was undercooked and we asked for extra pepperoni, the pizza only had a few on it. The guy going around and asking if everything was alright spoke with us and he stated that he could offer us a few large spaces of pizza to go, and offered to put the pizza back in the oven. I feel the we should have been at least reimbursed for the extra pepperoni that we were charged for. Very disappointed :/ Update: this place is a great spot for pizza, have had wAy more great experiences then that one bad one.

Best pizza in Macon, hands down. We recently ordered carry out at the last minute on a weekend day and knew we'd probably have to wait an hour or more (and we were prepared to just be hungry for a bit, it's that good) but it was ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I can remember going to the old location across the street every Sunday night as a kid, and it's only gotten better in the 15+ years since. Why eat any other pizza when IVP is an option?

We loved it. Best pizza we've had in Middle Georgia that also has indoor seating (and not just carry out). Reasonably priced. Will definitely be back
