Great spot for local artists showcasing Monterey County. Amazing art and photography for sale. Definitely, a place to peruse something new for living room or outdoor space.

This art gallery is absolutely awesome. There are nearly two dozen local artists represented with everything from sculpture and jewelry to paint and pottery. I picked up a half a dozen beautiful hand painted greeting cards. The curator, Sandra, is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. It is certainly worth a visit.

I visit this art gallery ever so often to enjoy the paintings, jewelry, homemade cards and notes, etc. The prices of the art are very reasonable and they have a great variety. Purchased some pieces of jewelry in the past. One of these days I will purchase a painting once I decide what kind I need on a wall in my living room.

I have been a fan of the Valley Art Gallery for several years. It is a co-operative run gallery. each day there is a different artist running the show. While visiting Oldtown Salinas be sure to stop in and enjoy this gem.
