I picked up the duck foie gras pâté en croûte and the lobster pâté en croûte. Very expensive, at almost 30€ for two slices, but exceptionally high quality. Both slices were extremely tasty. The service was also very friendly. If you haven’t tried these French foods before, you at least need to do so! Very glad I stopped by, and will consider doing so again when back in Paris.

We were walking around North Marais and looked for some charcuterie (and cheese a bit later) to enjoy on our walk. We noticed this Charcuiter in business since 1930 and walked in. The Pâtè en Croûte was delicious and the charcuterie tasty

Cailettes excellent. No they don't have quite the lightness of the UK equivalents like from James in Raglan and Gloucester Road, Bristol, with the lightness of the lung, and yes, they're a bit saltier with some salted pork in the recipe; but they have a bit of green (chard?) and they're beautifully seasoned, and much lighter than crepinetes or fricandeau - and much more tasty.

Very local shop as you can try to multi type of food. My friend told me for local French and I think you can also buy some back to your hometown. Price ok…..🤞🏻🤞🏻

Amazing charcuterie. It was difficult to chose from so many varieties of cured and preserved meat. Spent $49 euros and will eat thru our stash of prosciutto, boudin noir, terrines and pork belly. Worth a visit if only to see the display. Walk across the street to see equally impressive cheese shop.

Pate with figs was a touch too sweet and didn't seem to harmonize. The goose rillettes by contrast were amazing. A dizzying number of offerings. Very pricey but quality ain't cheap. Really kind staff despite my inadequate French.
