Where to Find Sensational Vegan and Vegetarian Restaurants in Phoenix

"South Phoenix has long been a hot spot for hidden gems in the Phoenix food scene, and Early Bird Vegan is not changing that fact. Chef and owner Krystal Harris launched Early Bird Vegan after the success of her food truck Trash Panda. This completely vegan kitchen offers both grab-and-go pre-made options and a made-to-order menu featuring an array of vegan breakfast sandwiches, bowls, and pastries. Harris’s goal with Early Bird Vegan was to create a healthy and convenient option for her local black community and the greater South Phoenix neighborhood. And with a recently opened sister location in Tempe, Early Bird Vegan is now offering killer vegan food around the valley — both cafes close at 2 p.m., so make sure to get there early." - Mcconnell Quinn, Jamie Killin

We’ve been vegan for almost nine years, and we’re always on the lookout for great plant-based spots. This past Friday, we had the pleasure of visiting Early Bird Vegan for lunch, and it was such a wonderful experience. There’s lots of free parking. The location itself is inside an ASU building, and we were pleasantly surprised by how spacious and impeccably clean the space was. It had a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel comfortable right away. One of the highlights of our visit was meeting the owner, who happened to be there at the time. She was extremely sweet, warm, and supportive, and it was evident how compassionate she is—not just about the food she serves but about the people who come in. She even took the time to greet our baby, which made the experience feel even more personal and special. Ordering was simple and straightforward. The menu had a great variety of options, making it easy to find something delicious. We went with the avocado toast and the breakfast tacos, and both were incredibly flavorful and fresh. We also ordered a vanilla coffee, which was a perfect complement to our meal. Everything was made with care, and you could really taste the quality in every bite. The menu is very affordable, and the options are vast! One thing we really appreciated was the service. The setup is where you order at the counter and then grab a seat, but since we had our hands full with the baby, the owner personally brought our food to the table, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. Beyond the food, what makes Early Bird Vegan stand out is its strong sense of community and environmental responsibility. They host various events, including spoken word nights, and they are deeply committed to sustainability. They use compostable items and promote recycling, with posted throughout the space. From what we understand, they even host recycling and composting events, which is such an eco-conscious and forward-thinking initiative. Overall, we highly recommend Early Bird Vegan. The food is phenomenal, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the owner’s genuine kindness made our visit unforgettable. We can’t wait to go back and try more dishes. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check them out—you will love it! God bless the Early Bird Vegan and Krystal! We can’t wait to come back🤎🙏🏾

We had an amazing brunch here on our way back to New Mexico. The man that helped us, the owners’s husband was a joy to speak with. We tried the mushroom mac-cheese and it was for sure something different and delicious! It was great to have a vegan “egg” sandwich and yummy potatoes, too. Hands down would recommend to a plant or meat eater!

Google
What a great restaurant! There are plenty of delicious plant based options to choose from! This restaurant is inside a great location as well because it's near ASU and wasn't far from my hotel. There was plenty of parking as well. Customer service was nice. I was given various options because of the "meat" I wanted for my breakfast sandwich, they didn't have. I also chose the ribs and mac for later. It took me three days to finish that bowl! I was in town for work and was able to take the bowl back home. I'll have to check them out again.

Hello Celiac and Gluten free friends , I tried early bird vegan and it was so delicious . Look at how big my sandwich was . It was also so delicious and the staff were excellent . They knew all about cross contamination and everything . I have the famous Dr. J with gluten free bread. Honestly they had so many options that I will go and try again . Thank you ladies

Google
huge napkins. minimum of wasted products. works with the city to collect food waste. beautiful women that owned it also made sure to greet us with zen energy and kind offerings. i felt almost nurtured by the environment being so calming and the foods nutritional properties entering my body. genuinely a home cooked meal far away from home. (we were also headed out so we had to go containers)

Google
This little spot is terrific. The service was helpful, friendly, and made food that I could have eaten 5 times over! It was SO DELICIOUS!!! The only suggestion would be to make the inside more cozy. It is inside a hospital or medical type learning facility and it shows (the counter area is a good start toward it being less "cafeteria-ish").

Google
My husband and I were visiting AZ for a wedding and searched for local vegan food. So happy to find Early Bird! The buffalo Mac n cheese is phenomenal and the BBQ Birdie sandwich was fantastic! So delicious! We got to meet the owner Krystal, who is lovely and I feel like we made a new vegan friend. Hepet at the front is awesome and super helpful! Krystal and her entire staff are wonderful and my only complaint is they’re not in Austin - yet 😉

Such an amazing night. Came here for a special Friday pasta event and it was such a blast. The food is made to order and we met the chef. The dining staff were cordial and the live music was just the perfect addition to make it a special night. Flew in from NYC and will be remembered as a highlight of my trip to Arizona.

Yelp
I can't stop daydreaming about my latest brunch at Early Bird Vegan--this spot, just a stone's throw from Mesa, has officially stolen my vegan-loving heart! Tucked into a cozy plaza on Broadway Road, it shines with a bright, airy vibe and staff who welcome you like old friends. With a stellar 4.8-star rating on Yelp (100+ reviews), it's clear I'm not the only one swooning over this plant-based paradise. Whether you're a Mesa local or just cruising through the Valley, Early Bird Vegan is the stop for plant-powered brunch euphoria. Five stars all around--you'll leave planning your next visit before you've even finished your plate!

Yelp
I've driven past them so many times & kept saying I would try Early Bird Vegan. I've finally tried & regret not trying sooner. On my first trip I tried the Pesto grilled cheez & Mac n cheez - pesto cheese, onions, & tomatoes on a ciabatta. The pesto sandwich was messy but so good. The mac n cheez very good. I definitely will be back to try other things on the menu.

Yelp
Let me tell you...just go and experience it for yourself! Words cannot explain how wonderfully delicious our meal tasted. Me being me I started with dessert first and the lavender cake was just fantastic! Our meal was made fresh on the spot and I really inhaled my breakfast wrap! This was our last stop out before flying back home and I should have made it here earlier because it is one of those repeat places to eat! Thank you Krystal for the conversation delicious meals and beautiful personality you shared with us! Also if you ever start shipping those brownies I'm signing up!!!

Yelp
Couldn't find their Tempe Yelp page so PHX it is! Got a Too Good to Go bag and everything was so yummy. Got to try the: Cold brew: liked that it was unsweetened, great caffeine boost and enjoyed it! Pasta wrap thing: not sure what this was called but it was sooo flavorful - sealed the deal for us to come in and have a full meal sometime! Wouldn't know it's vegan. Lavender drip cake: I love cake scraps, don't let anything go to waste! I found the scraps a bit dry though, and the whipped cream was a bit too sweet for me. Down to try other desserts though.

Yelp
Looking for a spot to eat after volunteering at SVDP and this spot was only 8mins away. So excited to find a vegan spot where I could actually eat a decent brunch! I'm so used to going to regular breakfast spots and only getting avocado toast, so this was a welcome surprise, especially on my birthday! The place is located on Broadway road in a small plaza, you'd miss it if you were just driving by. The inside is small with a few tables and bar stools and then 5 picnic tables out front. There are plenty of options for breakfast and lunch items to satisfy both cravings during brunch hours. Hubby (not vegan) ordered the Dr. J and the Lilac Cold Brew. He said the ehgg tastedike tofu (as it should), the sausage patty was seasoned and spiced well, the SW aioli was delicious, the Cheez sauce was tasty (and messy), the avocado, tomatoes, and arugula were all fresh. Overall he enjoyed it apart from it tasting like fake egg and sausage, but of course he would say that as a non-vegan! The coffee was a little too much lavender for his liking, but he wanted to branch out and try a different flavor. Enjoyed the meal and I appreciate him coming with me to a place I can actually eat for once! I ordered the Chickn Sandwich, the Chai Me Chai Me smoothie, and the lavender drip cake for dessert. The sandwich tasted like the real deal and the flavors complimented each other. It was a gooey delicious mess like having an egg sandwich where the yolk spills out. The smoothie was a good consistency and not overpowering chai flavor, and the cake was scrumptious! Sweet with a cream cheese style icing that was reminiscent of carrot cake. The cake itself was moist and not overly sweet (for my taste anyway, hubby thought it was too sweet). We sat outside in the sunshine and they brought the food to us after 15mins or so making everything fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful suggesting favorite items and even letting me taste the SW aioli since I don't like spice and they said it wasn't spicy. I was ready to have it be too spicy for my taste, but it was actually more like fry sauce and just seasoned rather than spicy. The prices may be a little high for just getting a sandwich (no breakfast sides), but you're paying for the quality ingredients and it's worth it. I would rather pay more and be able to eat everything on the menu than have to eat somewhere I can only eat sides or toast! I will check out Tempe location as it's closer to home for me. Don't drive by this spot, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Such a happy camper! I've been trying to get here for months- the Phoenix location is closed on Mondays and they don't open till 9am there, but I just became aware of the Tempe location which IS open Mondays and opens at 7am (9am is not an early bird for the record) The Dr J sandwich was so good! Staff was friendly. 100% will be back.

Yelp
Food was SO good and the service was amazing. The woman who took our order (seemed to be the owner) was so kind and had the loveliest energy. My boyfriend who is not vegan, said the food was "GOOD. not 'good for vegan food' just GOOD". I would absolutely recommend this spot for everyone, regardless of your diet! Updating because it's been 3 days and we just finally tried the "Out of this world brownie" that was kindly given to us on the house- SO good. My non-vegan boyfriend said it's the best brownie he's ever had and I wholeheartedly agree. This place is a truly a gem and it's clear these recipes were created with so much love!!

Yelp
This was on my list but due to its location being too far from where I was staying I'd put it off for the next trip. When I heard that it was black woman owned I quickly fit it I to my schedule. Butter Cup Smoothie with Ashwagandha was delicious! Dr. J Sandwich, no chz, no tomatoes, extra aioli. Delicious! But they forgot my avocado. *insert sad face* The lavender cake and raspberry scone were both amazing. Moist, sweet, yummy, and left me wanting more. I tried one of the croissants but didn't enjoy that one. It wasn't as fresh or good as the other pastries. It's a small spot, but the menu is rather large. I'll certainly return to try more of her offerings.

Yelp
If this was my first introduction to vegan food, I would write it off forever. I ate breakfast here and it was the absolute worst food I have ever tasted. I had the French toast platter, which was served to me on a plastic plate with a flimsy plastic fork. The bacon was nasty and barely warmed up. The "hash" that came with it was mostly arugula and the syrup I was given to pour over my French toast reeked of cheap alcohol. Don't waste your money folks, and god forbid don't write a bad review on Google - the owner will reply to your review and verbally abuse you. This business does not deserve your money.

Yelp
Ate at the Tempe location. Very friendly, large clean restaurant. The lavender cake is amazing. The Buffalo chicken sandwich was very good.

Yelp
(Tempe Location) I went to the Tempe location never been to the one in Phoenix. I can't stop raving about the experience. The Vegan Shrimp and Sausage Grits were an absolute triumph, with flavors so authentic and rich, you'd never believe it's plant-based. Paired with a refreshingly crisp side of chopped watermelon, a soothing lilac latte, and a zesty ginger mocktail, the meal was nothing short of sensational. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Whether you're a committed vegan or just curious about trying something new, the place is a culinary destination you need to explore. Trust me, make a reservation for tomorrow, and prepare to be delighted. Five stars all the way!"

Yelp
My meal was delicious! Loved the ribs, they were well seasoned, and the Mac n cheez was really good too. Absolutely LOVE the Thai tea. It was a little sweeter than usual though. The ladies were really sweet and very helpful with the menu and what they have to offer. I sat outside to eat, it was such a nice day out. The tables are right next to the street, so be careful if you have little ones.

Yelp
Excellent vegan food. Very friendly staff who will go through the menu with you when you have questions. They are reasonably priced. I had some sort of iced mocha coffee which was really good and I can go on and on about the Mac and cheese. I'll be back for sure.

Yelp
While sitting at the airport waiting on an early morning flight, I decided to Yelp "Vegan Breakfast" in our destination area of Phoenix. Early Bird popped up and had some mouthwatering photos with nothing but 5 star reviews. How can a breakfast/brunch lover resist? It was the first place we stopped after jumping in the rental whip. It's located in what you could call a "nondescript" area. There's no indoor seating which kinda sucks in 100 degree weather but it's worth grabbing something here to take away or brave the heat. The employees were super friendly and welcoming. Everything on the menu sounded delicious. Dr. J was the recommendation and it was a great one. We also went with the Chicken Breakfast Sandwich featuring a pattie from Quorn. I hate overpaying for breakfast sandwiches that I can make at home but I'm glad we got breakfast sandos here for several reasons. 1. I'm far away from home. 2. These babies are far tastier than anything that I've made at home. In fact these compete with anything in Portland which is home to the previous best breakfast sandwich I've had before. The hollandaise style sauce blew me away. Everything and every single bite of the food was bursting with flavor. I think what really stood out was the locally made English Muffin. This wasn't nothing I've had before. Crispy, yet soft and delicious. I'm gonna need to find out where these are from before we leave! This place is so good it's gonna make me not want to leave Phoenix. After I return home I'll be keeping an eye on those "wanna get away" fares for when I'm craving an amazing breakfast sandwich. Until then, thank you for the amazing Vegan foods.

Yelp
This is definitely one of my new faves! This place has good reviews for a reason. It's super cute and the food is amazing. They serve juices, smoothies, coffee, tons of pastries, and breakfast and lunch foods. And honestly, everything we ate was to die for. The portion sizes are awesome, the food is filling, and the prices are fair too. The only downside I could see to this place is that there is limited seating but that shouldn't be a deterrent. Also the service is top tier. This place should be on everyone's radar. Even if you are not vegan, you will enjoy it. Run don't walk!!
google avatar

Talisa M.

Yelp
The food is here is comforting and delicious! The service was friendly. The space, at the time we visited did not have indoor sitting tho the space was small and unfortunately when we sat outside the it was hot but there were covered/shaded tables available. We enjoyed multiple items on our visit, aiming to experience as much as possible. Would definitely visit here again!

Yelp
Came here recently with my wife when we were visiting Phoenix. We tried the Mac and cheese wrap and the Dr. j sándwich. I couldn't even tell they were vegan both of them were delicious. I would definitely recommend this place if looking for vegan restaurants in Phoenix.

Yelp
Black & Woman Owned: I couldn't decipher if the name of this quaint, fast-casual Vegan spot is called Early Bird or Trash Panda Vegan as there is a Food Truck was in the parking lot. The concept of plant-based was good, yet none of the selections my family of four was hitting. Both Dr. Sammie Breakfast Biscuit & the Pizza Rolls were hard to chew & there wasn't much of a presence of pizza on the rolls - scarce sauce & cheese. Now the Chick-less Wings from the Grab N Go cold case were pretty good & glad I grabbed both the Buffalo & BBQ styles. Their version of ranch dressing is a little off as it reminds me more of Cane's sauce. We thought we'd have a better experience with the Desserts unfortunately no - the Lavender Cake was dry/bland, the Brownie was too moist - is that even a thing & the cookie didn't survive our critiques either. Popular items seem to be the various Coffees, Juices & Smoothies. There was one employee preparing the food & the other employee taking orders while working the register who was a little fluttered as if she was new & not acquainted with the menu & its ingredients quite yet. Not quite counted out as I'll try something else if I return.

Yelp
Delicious food and amazing owners. I am always on the hunt for good vegan food, and while visiting Phoenix I hit the jackpot. Early Bird Vegan was everything I was looking for plus more! I ordered the Inca Warrior, breakfast sandwich, and elderberry croissant. Everything was delicious! Chef Krystal was even making sample smoothies for all the guests in line. I am so glad to have found this place. To all my fellow vegans, visit Early Bird Vegan and enjoy all the goodness they offer!!
google avatar

Micaela J.

Yelp
Went to the Tempe location for brunch on a recommendation fully expecting not to enjoy anything or be full but I was very wrong. They have several gluten free options: I personally tried the breakfast nachos. The other guests in my party had the breakfast sandwich and the chicken and waffles. The food was delicious and the owner and staff are wonderful. I have nothing bad to say about this place, other than I wish it was more visible from the street :)
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing vegan food. Healthy but my junk food vegan bf loves it all. Support local small business'!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing breakfast! Was in AZ for a bit and decided to stop in, was a cool shop! Breakfast Sammies was really good! I definitely would go back when in the area again!

Anon A.

Yelp
Krystal took our order and is one of the sweetest people I've met. The food is also incredible. I have been on a road trip to many different places and this was the best vegan spot I went to while on the road through multiple states. Truly a hidden gem for vegan food.
google avatar

Lori A.

Yelp
Fast friendly service and delicious food and drink! I absolutely love the Dr. J sandwich, but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
google avatar

Rico J.

Yelp
I have a plant based diet so of course while visiting Az had to see what was available. Found this spot. Not great for dinning (due to the size) But for what they lack in accommodations they certainly make up for in the dishes/menu. Quality affordable healthy breakfast options are scarce but Ealy Bird checks alll the boxes. Small business doing big things . Continued success moving forward I'll certainly be back whenever I'm in Phoenix

Travel With C.

Yelp
I don't even know where to start with this review... I guess I'll start with the bad. THE BAD - I wish Early Bird Vegan was opened ALL DAY I was in Arizona from May 16, 2022 - May 22, 2022. Of those 7 days & 6 nights, I ate at Early Bird Vegan 5 out of those 7 days. Customer Service was great. Prices were very reasonable. Food was AMAZING. After Googling online Best Vegan Breakfast Spots in Phoenix, Early Bird Vegan was listed on several sites. I pulled up the menu and immediately saw Shrimp & Grits and I was sold When I got to the restaurant, the owner Krystal stated that the Shrimp & Grits was a weekend item. I told her no problem, I was here for a week and I'll be back for it. I tried the ChiQin Breakfast Sandwich instead and the Buffalo Chikn Pasta from the refrigerator. The sandwich was good and tasty, but it was the Buffalo Chickn Pasta that brought me back the 2nd day. The Buffalo Chikn Pasta was so good and refreshing. It was perfect. The Buffalo flavor didn't over power the dish. My 2nd visit I grabbed a Buffalo Chickn Pasta to go and I tried the Dr. J Breakfast Sandwich & THE ADULT GRILLED CHEEZ. The Dr. J was good, but there was something else better that I ordered. THE ADULT GRILLED CHEEZ Oh My Goodness that was a mouth full of GOODNESS. It was so good that on the 3rd visit that's all I ordered. I relocated to Scottsdale on my 4th day there and was mad that I was 30 minutes away and wasn't able to make it on time before she closed. I won't even mention the vegan restaurant I tried in Scottsdale. Just know that I drove 30 minutes daily the remainder of my trip just to eat at Early Bird Vegan. The 3rd visit all I ordered was 2 Adult Grilled Cheez and I tried the Pesto Pasta from the refrigerator. Pesto Pasta was good, but I preferred the Buffalo Chikn over the Pesto Pasta. Visit #4 was that Saturday and I finally got my SHRIMP & GRITS and they were worth the wait. Of course I got an ADULT GRILLED CHEEZ & Buffalo Chikn Pasta to go. I ventured out and finally decided to try the sweets that were sitting in my face and my only regret is that I hadn't tried the Blueberry Scone sooner. Visit number 5 was my last and final day in Arizona and at the recommendation of Krystal's sister which was the cashier, I tried the HUMONGOUS BREAKFAST BURRITO & another Blueberry dessert. Since it was my last day, I ordered 2 ADULT GRILLED CHEEZ for my flight and they wrapped them up for me. I also got another Blueberry Scone for the flight, Buffalo Chikn Pasta and I decided to get the Mac n Cheez to take home. The Mac m Cheez was the least favorite of everything that I tried. Trust me when I say, Early Bird Vegan will be a stop I make each and every time I'm in Phoenix. #earlybirdvegan #veganbreakfast #phoenixveganrestaurants #simplyblessed #ambassador #travelambassador #certifiedtravelambassador #lifeisshort #booktheflight #trusttheprocess #travelwithcentoria #Centoriatravels #traveladvisor #jaxagent #floridatravelagent #travelagent #travelspecialist #certifieddreammaker #certifiedvacationbuilder #certifiedtravelgenius #luxurytraveladvisor #itravelmoreandworkless #travelisthebusinessthatpaysme #explorerpage #viral

Yelp
INCREDIBLE Food and pastries. Highly recommend even if you're not vegan- this could change your mind. Mindblowing and amazing staff! Juices are top notch too!

Yelp
Amazing! I am sorry we got to eating before taking a pic and then it was so good! Sorry. It's so worth it to get something healthy! This is a pic of a 1/2 Eaton Fakin It breakfast sandwich Sausage Egg and cheese but NOT! It was so good!

Breanna F.

Yelp
This wrap was taken off of the menu which is disappointing. It's great to have a local, vegan spot but I was surprised to see this one go! It was the main reason I stopped by!

Yelp
This little restaurant is just down the way from my office, so we popped over for lunch where we each got a Dr. J sandwich on ciabatta. I also got a homemade drink from their fridge: lemon, lemongrass, ginger, blue pea flower, spirulina, water, and agave. We sat out on the little patio while we waited for our food. That drink, whatever it was called, was so refreshing! I felt revitalized. When our Dr. J's were ready, they looked amazing and tasted even better! Holy smokes, we finished everything and I even popped my head back in to tell the ladies behind the counter how great everything was. We were so glad that our coworkers had already sung their praises because we will certainly continue the trend.

Rose M.

Yelp
My first time in this restaurant. I tried with two good to go bag. I was blown away how tasty the food is I have never been to vegan restaurant and I will come again.
google avatar

Jetzy A.

Yelp
I love this little store! The food is amazing and the service is always excellent. Everyone behind the counter is so sweet and shows they put a lot of love behind their food. The breakfast sandwich is my favorite item on the menu and I crave it all the time. I also reallyyyy liked the "tuna" sandwich and I'm not usually a huge fan of chickpeas so that says a lot. I also really recommend Apple Lemon Ginger juice, it was very refreshing. Definitely will be coming back here again!
google avatar

Yelp
Got of the plane from Austin and look up Early bird vegan. I was not disappointed at all. Vegan breakfast sandwich was very delicious and the staff was friendly. Definitely would suggest you eat here. You will love it. Thanks Early Bird Vegan staff!!!
google avatar

River B.

Yelp
I just realized that I never wrote a review for Early Bird Vegan?!?? This place is amazing! The lady's behind the counter are just so amazing and kind! Forever grateful for that one time I dropped my smoothie ‍ and they kindly made me a new one free of charge. Always recommend this place to classmates and people I meet from work! There wasn't any seating on the inside the last time I went but some on the outside!
google avatar

Jay M.

Yelp
The blue berry scone is beyond amazing. I am not a vegan and wanted to give this place a try. Absolutely could not tell the difference between this scone and one made with flour. In fact this vegan's scone maybe the best one I've ever had. I also got the lovely lavender and it is very good as well.
google avatar

Kayla P.

Yelp
I love this place so much! I swear by the "Fakin egg and cheeze" breakfast sandwich! I order every time I'm off work through Uber eats. So happy I can get my favorite sandwich delivered! I think they know me by now since I order so much

Yelp
This was a love-at-first-visit type of place. And exactly the kind of business I want to support....not to mention woman owned ^_^ Anyways, I got the South side smoothie aka green goddess which has sea moss in it. There's no other places around that offer smoothies with sea moss. And in general they have things that other establishments in the valley don't have. I also got the shot board, which includes a set of 3 juice shots and some oranges & mulberries (to cut the edge) but mine didn't include the mulberries for some reason. Oh well, maybe next time. The smoothie was very good and extremely refreshing in the heat. I highly recommend it! This little vegan spot has been around for 2 yrs now and they seem to be popping off. They were pretty busy around lunch, but not so much when I went in early ish morning. It would be nice if they expanded to central phx......I know myself and others would welcome them with open arms downtown.

Yelp
On the recommendation of a coworker, I got a take out lunch here today. Not only was the food delicious (I had the chickpea "tunah", which was so flavorful with the perfect toppings) but the service was incredibly friendly and just left me with a great feeling. Will definitely go back.

A1 W.

Yelp
Food is incredible. The variety is vegan options is it!!I've never had a bad meal, drink or experience here. Thank you!

Hana N.

Yelp
The food is always good but there are a couple caveats. The Phoenix location is a takeout place and there are no seats/tables inside. There have been a couple times when my food wasn't ready by the time it was supposed to be, and one time they messed up my order (though they offered to fix it). In comparison, I'd give the Tempe location 5/5 stars, plus it has indoor seating!
google avatar

Allie M.

Yelp
Amazing place! It was my first time here and I will definitely be back! The staff was so sweet and the food was even better! I have the breakfast sandwich and when I was done I wanted another one! I'm so happy I chose this place for breakfast! Thank you and I'll be back!

Yelp
As a vegan I make it a point that when I travel around to various cities to check out local vegan spots. This spot did not disappoint. The food was excellent. I got one of the breakfast sandwiches. It was very tasty. The staff was very friendly. I got a couple of pastries including a fresh cinnamon roll from my plane ride out. I would definitely visit this place again the next time I'm in Phoenix! Thank you for a great meal!

Yelp
Was just plain closed. Not open on Saturday morning. Drove out here for nothing. Had to find an alternative.

Yelp
Bomb food. Got the Buffalo Mac bowl and pesto sandwich. Definitely coming back. Rest of the people I was with also loved their food.

Yelp
The food was amazing! My favorite was the Wild West burger and sweet potato cake 5/5 stars. The owner was super sweet and it's black owned!!

Yelp
This is one of my all time favorite vegan places. I was looking for a vegan spot after I had gotten physically ill from eating meat and was also dehydrated. Krystal was very kind and welcoming. I had asked what I should get for dehydration and she recommended one of the drinks their which helped so much! I felt energized and ready to work. I have tried almost everything on the menu and recommend everything.

Yelp
During my road-trip to New Mexico, my sis and I found this vegan gem. We both had the Dr. J and it was delicious! I highly recommend this spot.
