"Eight Row Flint’s margarita contains a little egg white, though the effect is less fluffy because this drink tastes like straight-up tequila and lime. Given that Eight Row functions mostly as a patio bar, fruit juice tastes great if you’re sitting outside in the summer. Maybe whoever dosed out this drink has a crippling fear of getting scurvy or enjoys flushing their taste buds with straight acid. "This very-Houston watering hole boasts a huge cocktail menu, mainly featuring whiskey drinks, but the margaritas are a highlight here, too. "This Agricole Hospitality venue was known for its weekly crawfish boils overseen by Bryan Davis, who argued that the best way to taste a cook’s style is to rip off the tail and slowly suck the head — a method he compared to a chef dipping a spoon and offering you a taste. The boils emphasized the spiced hepatopancreas (often called “crawfish butter”), whose foie-gras–like, concentrated richness is amplified by soaking the crustaceans briefly in the seasoned boil water.
