Their signature dessert, the "Pavlova" is a mouth watering layering of meringue like crust, dulce de leche, cream, topped with strawberries. And, as far as we can tell, that line is mostly because this place makes a pavlova the way Prince ripped a guitar solo. If you come here and don’t leave with at least one slice of that pavlova, you have erred. It’s made from thinly sliced strawberries, dulce de leche, whipped cream, and a walnut meringue that melts in your mouth.
