Food is delicious. Wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a vegetarian like myself. This was a great place for my friend who really enjoyed the beef. We ordered Menu A. I got the tofu soup, but had to request it without meat. The service was kind even though they seemed very rushed. It started to get busy quick around 12:30pm on a weekend. The ambiance is very social w/ lots of sizzling as you cook your meet in front of you. Decent price for a buffet. You can only order 3 items at a time w/ a time limit until you can order again.

Very good food unlimited all you can eat. They serve in different tiers. Each tier has different prices but very attentive especially changing out the grill top. It was first time being here didn't know it got this packed but wait wasn't to long we were in group of 6 people so we ate good. Would go back again

Food was horrendous, service was worse, ambiance doesn't even matter at this point. Oh and let's not forget a sneaky 15% "service charge" idk how the city of Rialto keeps this place in business. 2 hours (1.5 hours to be seated by the way) of my life that I wish I could get back. Sincerely stay away from this place and go to ugrill. Please. Also the thinly sliced pork came with bones… yum ;)

Went to this location for my sons birthday lunch. There was no wait for a table. The server was so friendly and gave good suggestions for our first time being there. Went with lunch combo A and added a steamed egg. It was delicious. Fresh meat and the sides kept coming. You can only order three meats at a time and sides.

Let me talk about the elephant in the room here obviously in a all you can eat Korean barbecue. The service is not gonna be as great as in Olive Garden or a red lobster or whatever it is all you can eat they are attending to everybody the best they can and they recently implemented a screen similar to Olive Garden and Applebee’s and Dave & Buster’s that allows you to order different meats and some sides while always being able to ask for more sauces and seasonings directly with the waiters. I hear many people talk about the poor service here, but I don’t hear many people have previous experience working in a location like this and having to deal with so many people asking for so many different things. I think that they’re doing great so far of the times that I’ve been here Which is less than 10 I have not had a horrible experience with Service if anything they’ve actually been serving me before I’ve even asked them to with either questions or if they see something do their best to trade it out if it’s really busy, they’re quick to answer if you ask them.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ This was my first time visiting Red Castle Korean BBQ—actually, my first time at any Korean BBQ restaurant—and it turned out to be a really fun experience. The servers were very attentive and helpful, which made learning the process a lot easier. At first it was a little confusing since I wasn’t familiar with all the menu items, but that’s part of what made it enjoyable—I even found myself looking things up to better understand what I was trying. Overall, the food was flavorful and the atmosphere was lively, which made it a great first experience. One note: parking is very limited, so be prepared for that when you go.

Overall, I didn’t have any major issues with this restaurant — it was my first time here, and the food itself was good. The only thing that bothered me a little was that our server kept reminding us not to waste food or we’d be charged extra. I completely understand the rule, but since I don’t waste food anyway, it felt a bit repetitive. Service-wise, our server was actually quite good, and I would have happily left a $12 tip. However, I later noticed there was already a 15% service fee ($6) automatically added to the bill. I didn’t realize that ahead of time, so it caught me off guard. One small suggestion: it would be clearer if the restaurant just advertised the total cost as $22.99 per person instead of $19.99, since that service fee makes a difference. Other than that, everything was fine — just be aware of the built-in service charge before you go.

Never been there before. Whole new adventure. They were really busy. The only reason I rated service low, is we had to ask for food a couple different times. Again they were super busy. Food was good. Very noisy in there, but great experience. The staff was very nice and polite. Parking is a challenge. But great food. Reasonable prices.

We did a thang... we cheated on our favorite U-Grill and honestly, we'd do it again. Red Castle had so many options, good prices, and great service....Even the ambiance is great. The biggest difference was the variety of meats. There were way more choices than we're used to -- the curry pork belly alone was a standout. They also had a ton of sauces and some really good ones. There was a green jalapeño sauce that went so well with the steak, and even a chipotle sauce that was surprisingly good and definitely noteworthy. The banchan selection was great too. They even had tteokbokki as a banchan, which was a fun surprise. Even my boyfriend loved the banchan and he's a total banchan brat. The only thing I could even think to nitpick was that they had Pepsi Zero instead of Diet Coke... but that's honestly a stretch and definitely not a deal breaker. We live by U-Grill, but we'll most likely be frequenting Red Castle from now on

I'm really disappointed in this place. First of all, we got here on a Tuesday and it was already an hour wait. On top of that, the service was pretty bad. It took forever just to get a refill. I also tried to order a side of fries for my three-year-old son and was willing to pay for it separately, but they told me I couldn't unless I upgraded the entire table to the next pricing level. I asked if I could just pay for the fries on their own and the guy simply said no. To make matters worse, they automatically add a $15 service charge to your bill without really explaining what it's for. Seeing that on the bill was frustrating, so I just counted that as the tip. Overall, not a great experience and I most likely won't be coming back.

Amazing Korean BBQ with excellent service! Our server this time was very attentive and was happy to get larger portions of banchan for us. I ate so much kimchi and radish. This was our second time here last night. We got the C tier. I wish the steamed egg was included in the highest tier, but for all steamed egg fans, it's a separate 3.99 charge. Our favorite meat is pork belly and beef belly. I highly recommend mixing the these with the corn cheese and making little nachos or tacos using the rice paper and tortilla chips they give you. We can't wait to find another reason to celebrate and come back. The overall vibe inside is very chill and is great for a date night or birthday. Although the Soju is pretty pricey, it goes so well with all the meat and is worth!

This place is huge. Renovated I think. Ken was super friendly and helpful. This time was a positive experience. One of the cheapest kbbq still! When you come here and you see Ken. Please say "Hi Ken!" Food was good. No complaints this time around! They've improved!

This was a decent Korean spot. They offered a little variety of fusion with Mexican food, but their meats were fine. Their sides were good. They do offer a variety of side items. I appreciate that the way you order is due an iPad. It just gives you more of time to look through the menu and see what you really wanna order and I'll have to wait to wave down a waitress. It's really difficult to go wrong with Korean barbecue. It's grilling meats one of my favorite things to do but like I say, give it a try and then you decide.

Change is Alfoat at Red Castle As an avid customer for the past 5 years, I've always appreciated the price point and endless KPop videos (honestly, my favorite thing to watch while eating) and it's been great. It's cheaper than competitors but you won't get as much selection. We are not surprised. I am grateful I can have a fun dinner while not breaking the bank. Depending on your server, your meats and drinks will be there in seconds or will delay a good ten minutes. I can predict if we should order as much as we can or pace ourselves due to this. Noticed there is added gratuity: great to see staff get their share as I've noticed big parties eat here a lot. Parking is awful but what can we do? Hop in your car as a passenger princess and once you're near, run out and reserve your table.

Service is really fast. Only time we had to wait because they slicing bricket using manual sliver machine. Suggest automatic machine to speed things up. Big portions too..that I almost had to pay penalty..fortunately I have a very large appetite. Food is good, my kid especially love the sweet beef bulgogi. We got the cheapest option..and IMHO thats already pretty good. For 22.99. Is no longer as cheap as previoulsy previously. Although this was our first time here. And I like how weekend proce is the same since my wife has to work..like that they don't try to tickle and dime you. Ambiance is better than expected..not too loud and air is clean.

Servers are fast & efficient and will come by often to change the grill and check if you need anything. Meat is ordered via a tablet at your table, and is delivered fairly quickly. Pricing is $19.99 for menu A (which includes beef belly, pork belly, beef bulgogi, and a few chicken options) and is a deal, especially for AYCE kbbq!

This place is our go-to for Korean bbq. They have 3 different price ranges and we tend to get the cheapest one because it has the beef belly we like so much. This time, we wanted to try the B menu but they didn't have the egg souffle which is what we wanted to feed our baby so we went back to the A menu. We fed our baby some tofu soup and potato salad while we ate the beer belly (our absolute favorite. We got 5 orders of it), marinated beef belly (delicious but chewy), thin sliced pork belly (bacon if you cook it long enough), and the garlic pork belly). They didn't have any rice paper but the salad was a healthier option anyway so we had that and rice. The service is great they were very friendly and prompt with getting our orders in. They have digital ordering systems on the table now which is great. You can order 2 items from the menu every 2 minutes. That doesn't include drinks or banchans so you still have to ask them for those and a grill change. They include a 15% service charge, which is great because you don't have to think about how much to give them but they did such a great job we had to give them an extra $5 for their hard work. The place is clean and has comfortable chairs. They are spacious seats and they even had a high chair for our baby. They plan Korean music on the tv which is fun. They actually were playing the music from Netflix's demon hunters. Avoid peak times of you don't want to wait long. We went at around 2 pm and walked right in. Last time, we tried to go at 10 pm and we ended up leaving the line was so long.

Came here on a Saturday night in November 2025. We waited 1 hour (in our car). For a table. Super cool that you can see the wait list and your progress. The veggies arrived quickly and meats super fast after we ordered. Had to ask for rice twice. We also asked for the heat to be turned up and the guy seemed annoyed that we asked. Meats were yummy and most portions were generous. It was worth the buck. Just mind the added service charge.

Food was delicious, great size of meat, tasted fresh! I love the tablet method, we ordered our food on the tablet and it came right out. Justin was an amazing server! From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us consistently. His positive attitude and professionalism really elevated our dining experience. He was quick, efficient, and genuinely kind! We'll definitely be coming back, and we hope to have him as our server again!

This is my fourth time here, the food is always excellent here. This time the server was alot better, angela helped understand the menu and what the sauces are for etc. Angela kept our table clean and drinks full.

When I heard Red Castle had KBBQ for $19.99, I thought it was a typo, a prank, or a glitch in the matrix...so naturally, I called 3x just to be sure. Spoiler: it was real, and my stomach and I were ready!!! Pulled up w my daughter, and BAM.... line was longer than the DMV on a Monday. Checked in via Yelp like the modern foodies we are, and we were 11th in line. Waited 30 minutes, which in KBBQ time is basically express lane status. Went w Menu A (aka the budget-friendly dream): brisket, beef bulgogi, chicken bulgogi..... all marinated like someone's Korean grandma whispered secrets into them. Banchan was solid, and YES, they had japchae, the noodle MVP!!! Ssamjang tasted like it was blended w love and magical ingredients. Now here's the plot twist: while waiting, they served us CHIPS & SALSA. At a KBBQ!!!!! And it was fire!! Spicy, legit, and made me question everything I knew about culinary boundaries!!! Fusion, people!! Big thanks to Isayana & Tony for top-tier service. And seriously.... where else can you get quality KBBQ for under $20? Not even my favorite spot in San Diego can touch that on happy hour prices!! Overall, amazing spot!!! Super affordable, its a steal!!! Go hungry, go w friends, bring your entire family, in-laws, and your neighbors too and prepare for your wallet and your taste buds to be happy!!!!!

The food is amazing and the menu was easy enough to understand. The service was amazing my friend and I went for the first time and they explained the menu and how it works. They had a good amount of options depending on which menu you chose they had menu A, B and C if I recall correctly. They were playing really good music including popular K-pop songs

LOVEEEEEE THIS PLACE!!! They have the only kimchi I like!!! Can get busy weekend nights and I like to also come during lunch on the week days!!!! Service is great

I had an amazing experience here! The quality of the meat was outstanding tender, flavorful, and perfectly marinated. Every dish tasted fresh and authentic, and the sides were just as delicious as the main course. The staff were attentive and made sure our grill was always taken care of. The atmosphere was lively and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a fun dinner with friends or family. I left completely satisfied ! Ambiance - Casual with k-pop theme on TV. Food - Excellent AYCE prices for Menu A & B; you get the most already on Menu A. Service - Come with a nice hospitality feel depending on the server but all are great. There's little wait time in having someone come to take the next order and/or clear the table for the next round. They walk the talk.

A very cheap option at 22.99 a person for menu A with so many options, everything was so delicious, the meat was really really good quality and everything was quick. The establishment was also very clean which is the most important thing to me. They were also very busy and we only waited 5 min to get day.

Their combo a price did go up to around 23 dollars and you can order the steamed egg separately for four bucks. i would say that all the meat is okay to slightly poor quality, but the beef belly and brisket is really good. i did notice this time that the beef belly didn't look the best but it tasted the same as usual. the steamed egg was really green, not normal egg green but pretty green which was a little unappealing

AYCE KBBQ is always a good time! Cooking at home? Meh. Cooking round the table with all the prep of chopping, slicing and dicing already done for us, cooking over our own grill? I'm all in! t's a great way to gather, chat, and laugh over keep-it-coming amounts of food. One of my friends had been here before, but it was new to the other two of us. What a great recommendation! The offerings were plentiful, the sides replenished, the grill changed frequently, we were checked on regularly, and the service was super friendly. The food was fresh tasting, presented attractively on trays, with no delay in bringing our orders like can sometimes happen at ayce places. With that said, there is a two hour limit, so order up and get grillin'! Get there earlier rather than later as this place fills up! There is a parking lot but don't be surprised if you have to park on the street. When we left around 7:00 on a Thursday, the lobby and outdoor area was packed with hungry waiting diners.

Yes, AYCE Korean BBQ in Rialto is a thing. I was skeptical when my friend told me I had to go, but I'm glad we did. The wait is a little long if you go between 5-7pm but the service is great and the cuts of meat were fresh and delicious. They have different levels like most AYCE establishments but the iPad ordering at the table makes it convenient and fast. We easily ate our fill before the 2 hr limit was up. We will be back the next time we feel like K-BBQ

the food is wonderful and the service is just as good. menu A is a very good price for what you get. don't let the 3 item per order limit fool you as it you can order like every 2-3 minutes. and they sure do know how to throw a birthday party. there is a little wait usually and the parking is atrocious but it's well worth it. also watch out the beef orders are ginormous compared to everything else

They increased their prices and the quality went down I'm kinda sad because my husband and I wanted to include this into our rotation but they increased their prices and their recipe changed for some of the marinated items which we noticed and were disappointed about.

Best AYCE deal!! Meat portion weee huge and they're not stingy in the sides either. A little of a wait but service is quick once you sit down.

In recent months, they started including a "service fee" for eating there. At first it was $6.00 and they just keep increasing it. Last time I was dining there, it was over $7.00! Generally in restaurants, the automatic gratuity is only for tables of many people. Their $7.00+ fee was for two people. I will continue to dine here, but including unreasonable fees definitely takes away from any tip I was willing to give. Charging money for the lack of tips from other patrons is super lame.

It's a good KBBQ spot but the service isn't as great. The servers do not come around often and at times ignore certain tables. The food was very flavorful and delicious. The ambience is great! They play K-pop music videos on TVs all around the restaurant.

best all-round ayce kkbq in the IE. quality is great, service is fast, and dont even get me started on their top notch venting system. people may have different opinions but personally ive been going here for 5+ years even before their remodel ands its always been great. *best pricing you'll get too*

We came here for dinner and everything was absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor!! The customer service was truly outstanding from beginning to end. We had two waiters consistently checking on us and making sure we were well taken care of one was Ken and I can't remember the other name, but both were amazing. They were attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience feel enjoyable. Between the incredible food and the exceptional service, it was such a great night. Highly recommend!

Great quality meat at a really great price! They offer 2 options: A or B My friend and I came for dinner and it was $20 for AYCE! We also got a few beers because they were so cheap. Service was phenomenal! They constantly came to our table asking if we needed to order more meat or sides. We ordered the beef belly and brisket. I liked the beef belly more because it was more fatty. The brisket is thin slices of lean meat. The potato salad and cucumber salad were my favorite sides. We waited around 10 minutes to be seated. They have a parking lot, but it small and residential parking is available. If you are in the area and want an AYCE kbbq spot, this is the spot to be at!

Affordable prices and delicious meat! It's one of the few BBQ restaurants that offers great value for money! In Rialto, and even in the entire eastern district, it's the best value Korean BBQ buffet. I just ate there yesterday, and I crave it every now and then!

I travel a lot and I love Korean BBQ. So in looking at my options for dinner tonight, I saw Red Castle. I liked what I saw and so I just called to make a reservation for myself. I was told that a party of one was not acceptable for dinner. They only accept 1 person for lunch. Apparently, they don't want me to take up a whole table. I have to say, that I'm a bit offended. I have been to many Korean BBQs around the country and I have never been told that I am not welcome. Being told I wasn't allowed for dinner just now...not cool! I wish I could put negative stars.

Food is good, service sucks. The "service charge" is unfortunately automatically included, which i believe enables the workers to not give a f about the service they deliver to customers. If anything, the man (bus boy) picking up after us deserved all the tip. He actually talked to us and was kind. The chick that gave us our check just threw it on the table and dipped. The guy that was our waiter was so quiet, i had to keep asking him to repeat himself, and he hardly checked in to see if we needed anything. Came here because it's local and knew it wouldn't have a wait since it was still pretty early, I would've thought the service would be decent since they weren't busy. Guess I was wrong. For future reference i'll just make the drive to rancho or riverside.

The food was great. They had plenty of servers. I just didn't get the best of service. My server didn't come that often, and I honestly felt like they were ignoring us, because it was only a party of two, and they were larger parties. Not sure the only thing I had a problem with is that they added a service fee on the receipt later, I found out it was a self adjusted tip. I don't mind tipping. I just don't like when it's added to a receipt without asking me, that just doesn't seem right with me. Other than that. The food was good. You just gotta watch those hidden fees. I give it a 7/10 as far as KBBQ goes

Stopped by Red Castle because it was on the way home and we were starving for dinner. We wanted something easy and saw that they had free menu upgrades on Mondays through Thursdays until the end of the 2024 year which sounded good enough for us last night. We opted for menu a with the complimentary upgrade to menu b. What a great treat it was to enjoy their steamed egg. I loved it as an extra protein side to the meats and banchans. Their miso soup and tofu soup were solid orders as they don't give you too much and are flavorful. I would skip the corn cheese if you're looking for a cheese pull because ours was just mainly filled with sweet corn. Service was great as they were attentive whenever I called them over and they also came to ask if we needed more meats at separate times. I did notice we had more than one server because three people checked on us so just pointing that out. Restaurant has booths as seating but it's just the casual booths so don't expect comfort here. They also have Yelp waitlist going on but you have to add your name when you get there and they don't utilize it on the app which is a bummer. We just stuck to mainly brisket and beef belly meats which was okay. The meats came apart when cooked on the grill so I could tell it was previously frozen but for the price you can't really complain. We got our protein intake in and got to celebrate with LA fans on the Dodgers winning the World Series this year.

First time trying this location and it really didn't disappoint. Staff was pretty friendly. Restaurant seemed clean and the food was good! My only thing that I didn't understand was the sauce choices they give you. It wasn't bad or anything but just seemed weird. I can't remember what it was exactly. But it was interesting and to be fair I ate a lot of it. Luckily we got there before the dinner rush and got seated straight away. Parking kinda sucks but other than that. I'd definitely go back again!

BRING BACK HAPPY HOUR MENU UPGRADE during the weekday !!!! The menu upgrade is what set the restaurant apart from other ayce Korean bbq spots locally around !!

The Food Is Really Good Here, The Meat Taste Fresh And The Sides Are Good. I Like That They Offer Chips And Salsa And Even Tortillas! The Service Is A Hit Or Miss Sometimes, Sometimes You Get Someone Super Attentive And Friendly And Sometimes You Get Someone Not So Attentive And Friendly. They Have Good Happy Hour Prices. The Restaurants Renovation Is Way Better Than It Used To Be, Very Modern. Definitely A Go To Spot For KBBQ
