Had an amazing experience here. It felt like a mini tasting experience. We shared 5 plates between the two of us and it was a lot of food and it all tasted great. Creativity was popping in the dishes and the presentation. Very cool vibes and atmosphere too. Good drinks selection. Prices are ok for what you get. You can go high or low portions vary but you will be satisfied regardless I think.

The best izakaya/bar I have ever been to! The atmosphere is fantastic, and thanks to the heater next to our table, we were able to enjoy our time comfortably without feeling cold. The portions were quite generous, so we were happily stuffed, but the food was so delicious that it was almost a shame to get full! I also had the Miso Ice Cream (forgot to take a picture!). I'm generally not a huge dessert person, but this ice cream had a delicious savory flavor that made me keep eating it! Every single dish was superb. I even ordered the Egg Moto twice! I'll definitely be back soon to try all the other menu items. The sake was excellent as well! The service was perfect, too.

This spot serves incredible Japanese street-food-style dishes. The menu is small but perfectly curated — and the portions are just right for sharing, so if you come with a group, you can practically taste the whole menu. It’s a tiny space with limited seating and no reservations, so you’ll need to join the waitlist. We waited two hours, but it was absolutely worth it. The moto eggs and dumpling-stuffed chicken wings were fire! I’d definitely come back.

I’ve been here before but came back and it was much better than I remembered! The food was absolutely delicious. I’m not usually a fan of okra but the flavouring of the okra was SO tasty. The emoki mushrooms were incredibly soft. We also got the hand roll and it was so delicious and presented in such a unique way in the little cans. I also just loved how big the portions were it was incredibly filling. We also got the salmon aburi and the moto eggs. The prices were very reasonable and we walked out FULL. The vibe is very small and cozy.

A very cool little spot for drinks and snacks. I love tapa style so it was a dream getting to order pretty much the whole menu. We ordered everything on the raw side and then most items on the cooked side too. The presentation is amazing and I love when chefs make restaurants a unique experience. They don’t take any resos and at 7pm, we were able to get a table for 4 on a Wednesday but it did fill up quickly. I’ll definitely be back!

Great spot for Japanese bar food with an elevated twist. My particular favourite was the surf and turf handroll and moto eggs, but everything was delicious! That said, the portion sizes weren’t the biggest for the price point (it might be slightly pricier than you expect). Staff was friendly and educated us on how to eat every dish. Food was served decently quickly. Cool vibes! Would come back.

I’ve been here twice, and everything I’ve tried has been fantastic. The Dyno Wings, Moto Bun, Okra, Salmon Aburi, Moto Eggs, and the Katsu bun are all must-tries. Not only is the food delicious, but it also comes out quickly. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
