Excellent food truck! The food is delicious, freshly prepared, and full of flavor. The service is fast, friendly, and professional, and you can really tell they care about quality and presentation. Everything tasted fresh, the portions were great, and the overall experience was outstanding. Definitely a food truck worth coming back to. Highly recommended.

After a heavy, long week, we dropped by our local brewery - Toll Road - where we have amazing beers and listen to the perfect music… and ordered dinner from Maxtro’s. Wagyu HP’s were out of this world! Delicious, juicy, crispy, tasty burgers…. Fries were yummy too! The young man in the food truck was friendly and courteous. It was a perfect way to wrap up our stressful work week!

Good and service was phenomenal. We had the wagyu burger and fries. I’ve never had a better burger. The chef was also so friendly and attentive, (and fast!)

The staff working here are some of the kindest and most hard working people you will ever meet, especially the owner. I love stopping by and seeing what they’ve added to the menu. The food is always surpassing my expectations and you can tell they’re cooking at a higher culinary level than most. You will see lots of regulars coming here because the food is consistently really good and so are many of the people. Would recommend especially when coming out in big groups! I believe they are available for hire to work events too

I’d been craving a great burger for days, and Maxtro’s absolutely nailed it. If you’re into messy, saucy, fully-loaded burgers, this is definitely the place to hit up. I ordered the Fox35: filling, flavorful, messy in the best way, and totally hit the spot. Now, at almost $19 for just the burger, I can’t say it’s something I’d get regularly, but for a late-night craving or a one-time indulgence, it was so worth it. But the real star? The CHURROS. Hands down, the best churros I’ve had in Florida. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, and just the right amount of sweetness. For the price, these are absolutely worth it, I’d come back just for those, no question. Service was also a highlight. A friendly staff member offered me water on the house and gave me great menu recommendations since it was my first visit. Really appreciated the hospitality. Would I come again? Definitely. Maybe not weekly, but the food and vibes made it worth the trip.

Wow!!! This place is amazing!!! Went once and will definitely be back again. As a first time customer (and I even noticed this with other customers there), the overall customer service was incredible. You can tell that Maxtro takes pride in his food truck and puts alot of thought and care into it. Not to mention the food was just on point. Everything we ordered was on point. We got the Surf and Turf fries, Maxtro’s melt, and the Wagyu chopped cheese. And I recommend it all!!!

Simply amazing. I got their shrimp as they had this wonderful special and they were TO DIE FOR then I tried the tater tots and they were also super tasty, also every person was super kind and helpful, just a lovely experience overall and I can’t wait to go back!!! If I could give the service 10 stars out of 5 I would. Restaurant quality service from a food truck with delicious food. The churros are the best churros we’ve ever had. Worth the 30 minute drive just for this food truck.
