Why We Like It: Mimo wants you to try both a pasta and a plated entree, and the four-course HRW menu is designed for you to do just that. In a space filled with wistful landscape paintings and soft pink curtains, this rustic Italian restaurant feels like a calm spa compared to the blacktop outside.
